Tulsi tells Mihir that she has no interest in property and asks him to tear all the papers immediately. She questions why he suddenly transferred everything to her when he hardly speaks to her. Tulsi says she doesn’t want wealth — she wants something else from him. When Mihir asks what she desires, Tulsi surprises him by saying she wants to go on a dinner date with him. Mihir tries to brush it off, saying that their children are grown and Pari is about to get married, so such things don’t suit their age anymore.
The next day, Ranvijay arrives at Shanti Niketan with his parents. They inform Tulsi and Mihir that a pandit has said Pari and Ranvijay’s wedding can take place within the next four days. Both Tulsi and Mihir are shocked, saying four days is too little time to prepare.
Just then, Shobha arrives and tells them that their family astrologer is on his way because she wanted to consult him for a personal matter. Since he will be there, she suggests they also confirm the wedding date with him. When the astrologer arrives, he looks at Ranvijay’s face and declares that the wedding should not take place for the next 20 days, or it could bring problems for the groom.
Tulsi, Mihir, and Pari agree with the astrologer’s advice, but Ranvijay insists on marrying soon. Pari, however, happily says that a 20-day wait will give her enough time to prepare and make the wedding grand. Later, it is revealed that Tulsi and Shobha deliberately planned to delay the wedding so they could uncover the truth about Ranvijay.
Meanwhile, in the chawl, some women mock Angad for living as a ghar jamai in Vrinda’s house. Vrinda’s sister-in-law gets angry and shuts the door on them in frustration.
At Noina’s house, she is dressed up to go out. Her sister asks where she is going and whether she plans to meet Mihir, which irritates Noina. Annoyed, Noina lashes out and leaves.
In a garden, Mitali and Pari are enjoying coconut water. Mitali becomes emotional after seeing a romantic couple, feeling upset that such romance is missing in her own life. Ranvijay calls Pari, who tells him she is out with Mitali. Pari mentions that Mitali is sad about Angad leaving her. Ranvijay offers to introduce Mitali to some of his friends, but Mitali snaps, saying she isn’t interested in boys of his level who live in a chawl. Pari immediately warns her not to speak to Ranvijay like that.
Back at Vrinda’s house, Angad returns home and reveals that he failed to secure a job, which leaves Malti disappointed. Vrinda, however, stands by him supportively. Angad admits that he now truly understands how difficult it is to find a job.
Precap: Mihir finds out that Noina is set to marry someone else, yet she continues to take bold risks in an attempt to win him back. Meanwhile, Ranvijay decides to stay at Shantiniketan, aiming to step into Angad’s place within the family.
