Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi 20th October 2025 Written Episode, Written Update on TellyUpdates.com
Tulsi surprises Om and Parvati on their 36th wedding anniversary with a warm celebration and a specially ordered cake. She happily urges them to cut the cake, but before they can, Mihir intervenes. He says he needs to discuss something important regarding the property and directly asks Om about its price. Om calmly replies that he has no intention of selling the property. Parvati then steps in and says she is ready to return the property—but only under one condition.
Parvati places a sealed letter on the table and asks Tulsi to read it aloud. As everyone listens curiously, Pari whispers to Noina that Om and Parvati are being greedy. However, when Tulsi opens the letter, she reads that the price of the haveli is just one rupee. Overjoyed, Pari thanks them profusely, but Parvati
Mihir says he doesn’t know, prompting Parvati to insist that Parth explain. Parth recalls a heartfelt conversation he once had with Baa about the property. He had suggested that Baa gift the haveli to Tulsi, but Baa refused, saying Tulsi was too kind-hearted and would easily give it away if anyone asked for it. So Baa decided to transfer the property to Parth instead, instructing him to return it when he turned eighteen.
Now, fulfilling that promise, Parth approaches Om and Parvati—whom he regards as his Badi Maa’s well-wishers—and hands them Baa’s letter. With sincerity, he requests Parvati to return the property to Tulsi Maa. Gayatri becomes upset at Parth for his decision, but Parvati firmly tells her that Baa wanted Tulsi to have the haveli because she loved her deeply. Parvati explains that the haveli was precious to Baa and filled with cherished memories, and she trusted Tulsi to protect it.
Parvati hands the property papers to Tulsi. Pari, still greedy, tries to take the file, claiming she wants the property, but Parvati stops her. She firmly states that Baa’s wish was for Tulsi to inherit it, and no one else has the right to it. Pari’s hopes are shattered. Parvati consoles Tulsi, saying that Baa entrusted her with a great responsibility. She reminds Tulsi to pay the symbolic price of one rupee, as it represents Baa’s blessings.
Tulsi, emotional, opens Baa’s final letter and begins to cry, overwhelmed with love and loss. Parvati gently reads the letter for her. In it, Baa writes that while everything in life may change, Tulsi never will—she will achieve much in life but remain pure at heart. Baa expresses that the haveli holds her fondest memories and tells Tulsi that her soul resides within its walls. She warns that many will try to take advantage of Tulsi for the property, which is why she is giving her full authority over it, with strict instructions that it must never be sold or transferred.
Baa further writes that many children sell their ancestral homes for money, but she doesn’t want that fate for this house. She encourages Tulsi to build a school on the premises, turning it into a place of learning and kindness. Finally, Baa takes a promise from Tulsi to protect the haveli, assuring her that they will always meet in spirit there. As Tulsi finishes reading, she envisions Baa’s smiling face through her tears.
Pari, Gayatri, and Noina are visibly disappointed with Baa’s decision, but Tulsi vows to keep her promise. She tearfully tells Parvati that she cannot accept the property, feeling unworthy. Parvati gently explains that Baa loved her deeply and wanted her to have it. Tulsi insists that Baa’s love was never for her, but for Parvati, who had always protected Baa’s trust and honor.
Parvati comforts her, and Om adds that the property rightfully belongs to her now. Before leaving, Tulsi makes a humble request to Parvati—to accept something from her in return. Tulsi hands over her most treasured possession, the Ramcharitmanas, saying it is a token of gratitude from her heart. Parvati accepts it with reverence, and Tulsi thanks her, bringing an emotional close to the moment filled with love, faith, and the spirit of Baa’s blessings.
Precap: Parvati warns Noina that her saree might get torn, but the sacred Tulsi plant will remain unharmed. Meanwhile, Noina plans to take Mihir to London for the inauguration of their new store. However, Shobha advises Mihir to bring Tulsi along with him instead.
