Karan mentions her name is Anjali Ahuja and the person he was talking on the phone is Nidhi Ahuja, Karan exclaims he is going to his house but Anjali explains he cannot go like this to his house but the doctor stops him mentioning that he is still his patient and in the clothes of a patient so would be allowed to leave if he permits it, he asks Anjali to find out details about the hospital, she hands him his cheque book on which he writes it explaining this is a blank cheque and he can ask the owner to fill any amount that he desires, he takes the lab coat from a doctor explaining now since he is in the clothes of a doctor no one can stop him at all.
Karan walks out of the hospital where he asks Anjali to hand him her mobile since he needs to call the doctor, she herself instructs the driver to bring the car outside the city hospital, the doctor explains that he must be kept under observation otherwise he might not be fine since he is not stable, Arjun questions where is the driver to which she informs that he was not able to find a parking spot so would have gone somewhere else, he turning questions what does the doctor want now, Anjali assures they can leave if he desires but what if he stay here for a little longer then they would keep him under observation, he is tensed because of the past, the doctor explains he might forget the past. Karan informs the doctor that his past should always remain in his memory since it is the most important, Anjali asks if this means he has agreed to stay in the hospital, he warns the doctor of severe consequences if anything happens to his memory, Arjun walks back inside the hospital so Anjali starts calling on her mobile.

In the morning Preeta suddenly wakes up when she thinks about how karan would tease her when thy got married, claiming that it was his cushion. Preeta after a while realizes that it was just a dream, she walks over to the windows when Rishab questions if she has seen his mobile charger, Rishab notices she is still tensed so stands beside her exclaiming the weather is nice, she exclaims Rakhi maa said whatever the Pandit jee says is always true, she remembers how he said that karan is still alive and he saw Karan with her when Rishab exclaims Karan is still alive, she is shocked but he reveals that Karan is alive in their hearts and dreams, even in the conversation as he would always remain alive with them in their thoughts and mind, he even talks with her.

Kavya comes sitting on the bed saying that she doesnot want to go to her school, Rishab asks the reason so she reveals she ahs a stomach ache, Preeta mentions they would have to call the doctor and he is going to give her an injection. Kavya immediately explains that she is fine hearing which they both start laughing. Rishab starts making her wear the school dress but Preeta informs she would not wear it over her causal clothes so leaves to get her dressed.
Mayank enters the room with a bouquet, Arjun comes out of the washroom questioning what is he doing here since he was fired, Anjali enters thinking that she is the one who called him for his help, she thinks that she called him last night and advised that he must bring some files that would make sure Arjun gets busy in his work since then he would not think of remembering his past as it has hurt him a lot, Anjali explains she is the one who called Mayank and he helped her a lot last night, Arjun informs that he is not going to give him the same designation, Mayank would have to earn it and until tat time he would remain on Probation. Mayank is about to hand him the file which Anjali stops him from doing but then Arjun exclaims he would do whatever he feels like doing, he keeps the file and thinks that Anjali thought about keeping him buried in the business so he doesnot remember his past. H however thinks he would do whatever he feels like, Arjun sees the photos of Rishab and Preeta from the folder, he mentions that he had this file even when he did not remember his past but now knows they both are his enemies.

Karan is standing in front of the Luthra Mansion, he exclaims that he has returned and is really frustrated, he walks away seeing the guards.

Anjali entering the room is shocked when she is not able to find Arjun there, she doesnot know where he could have gone and so calls Nidhi who is in the business meeting, she is frustrated with the team questioning if they thinks this is the business model with which they should work, she scolds them all saying it would have been better if she had hired a team from Canada and not them all, she has realized her mistake, Nidhi answers the call of Anjali explaining she is going to call her back but sends everyone out of the conference room, Nidhi informs Anjali how she sent her to India so she can control Arjun and convince him to come back for their marriage but if she is not able to do it then she herself is a failure. Nidhi warns her to not call her again as she must learn to handle her own problems just like she is doing in Canada.
Karan walks in the Luthra Mansion, he is stunned to see his own house just as it was five years ago, he hears the voice of a girl calling her father so he immediately hides, Kavya says that her mother would not be able to catch her, Preeta calls Rishab jee for help and he catches Kavya, they both are really happy with Kavya, he instructs the driver to not drive fast as if there is a single complaint against him then he would be fired. Rishab leaves mentioning he is going to office while kavya must leave for her school, Preeta wishes him before leaving with Kavya, Karan is standing behind the pillar and is really tensed.

Rakhi in her room is really tired, she thinks she cannot share her grief with anyone as Mahesh jee is not here and Rishab is always busy in the business and doesnot have any time for her, she thinks that now no one even comes after her, when she used to get angry then her younger son would come to calm her down, she recalls when she got frustrated with Rishab for planning such a big business trip so karan came to her when he managed to calm her down, she would always forget her anger seeing him but this never meant that she has forgiven Rishab, Rakhi is crying when Karina comes calling her but Rakhi turns back taking the name of karan, she exclaims he was just here a moment ago when Karina informs karan has left them all, Rakhi gets tensed.
