Karan apologizes to the person when the other people gather, he comes to Karan asking if he cannot see the road when Karan informs he has a patient in his car and they need to reach the hospital but the person demands that he should come out, Shaurya asks his father to leave but then Preeta suggests that he should go out while she will take Nidhi to the hospital with Shaurya, karan steps out requesting the person to let the car leave but he demands to call the police, preeta also steps out telling the uncle that he should at least look in the car as they have a patient so after a while the person agrees, karan asks Shauyra to come in the car while he with the help of everyone manages to push thee cart out of the way, he then asks Preeta to go and sit in the car asking Shaurya to leave.
Rajveer asks if he is yelling, she replies he is saying anything and explains what is he talking of the personal matter when he belongs to her so she cares for his every personal and business matter, Palki mentions they have been engaged and if she feels that he is not well and she cannot handle it so she will call his mother and even aunt, Palki says that he seemed tensed so she was worried for him, he asks her to not worry for him when she says that he wants her to leave him on his own will, she asks if he is sure and Rajveer agrees when Palki furiously throws him out of the house while closing the door, Palki reaches to open the lock but stops while Rajveer is also about to knock at the door but he also stops and then wonders what has he done, he leaves and Palki also heads inside.
Karan accepts that he was driving fast and accidentally hit the cart when the police inspector arrive and Karan requests the person to let him speak, he explains that he was driving the car fast because the mother of his son was panicking in the back, the Inspector orders the hawker to not create a scene and then even says that Karan is ready to give him the payment but he is still making a scene of it, Karan requests the Inspector to not talk like this, when the Inspector leaves and Karan also leaves.
Shaurya reaches the hospital while holding Nidhi in his hands and then asks the receptionist to admit her saying that she tried to commit suicide hearing which the receptionist refuses to admit her, Preeta explains that she knows that they cannot admit her like this but she is not well, Shaurya also demands they should admit her but the receptionist says that nothing would happen if he keeps yelling, Shaurya threatens to set the entire hospital on fire if they donot start the treatment, the receptionist is about to call the police but Preeta once again requests them to admit Nidhi as she is not well the senior doctor comes telling the receptionist to admit her as they would take care of the formalities later, Mahesh along with Rakhi and Karina also reach the hospital and they rush Nidhi to the operation theatre, the doctor asks them to wait outside when Bani Dadi also comes and Mahesh asks why did she come when she is not well, Bani Dadi says how could she stay back home when such a big incident happened, Preeta asks Shaurya to not cry when he leaves, then Preeta follows him. Karan also reaches the reception asking where is Nidhi, he reaches them all and then asks Rakhi about the condition of Nidhi, she informs that they are still treating her.
The detective seeing the situation calls Mr Panday who questions what was such big information that he called him so late at night, the detective informs that he saw Karan and his son Shaurya bring Nidhi to the hospital and he has even heard that she might have attempted suicide, Mr Panday gets a call from Rajveer who is shocked hearing that Nidhi Luthra attempted suicide, Rajveer exclaims that if Nidhi Luthra has take such a big step then it will be due to karan Luthra, he thinks he cannot allow anything of the sort happen to his aunt and so needs to bring it back to her. Mr Panday tells the detective to leak this information to the police that Nidhi Luthra has attempted suicide
Preeta sits beside Shaurya assuring that nothing would happen to his mother and everything will b fine, he asks why is she crying when Preeta replies she does not like to see him cry, she explains he is the strength of everyone else so if he gets weak then what would the rest of them feel, Shaurya wonders why did his mom do it, Preeta replies she does not know it, but grown up people tend to bear a lot of tensions which they cannot solve themselves so take such a step, she requests him to listen that nothing would happen to his mother as she knows that Nidhi loves him a lot and even he loves her, she knows Nidhi wold not go anywhere leaving him and they both cannot live without each other so the doctor would come and say that Nidhi is out of danger, she asks him to be rest assured that his mother would get fine. Preeta hugs Shaurya assuring everything would be fine but he cannot stop crying.
Karan requests them all to understand as he did not have anything to do it in it and they both talked as mature grown up people but he could not believe that Nidhi would take such a big step. Karina asks Karan to look at the operation theater, and asks when did he think she would not do anything of the sort as Nidhi tried to commit suicide and is not fighting for her life. Rakhi turns karan asking him to listen and says they all are a family and love each other a lot, so it is their responsibility that they take care of each other and not elt someone break emotionally, but Nidhi loves him a lot and would have expressed herself, she has lived in their house for so many years due to him but something very big might have happened that Nidhi tried to commit suicide, Karina explains that being a family means to care for each other and this is how they love but Karan does not love like this as he only focuses on his business, Karina asks him to realize that Nidhi gave twenty years of her life to raise his children but did he ever ask her or tried to cheer her up, Karan replies he tried to talk to her a lot of times, she had a lot of problems and they both could not like a lot of things, while his thinking and liking is different, he says that he does not know anything, Shaurya comes when Rakhi asks where was he for so long, Shaurya asks if his father is alright however Preeta is tensed.
