The doctor is sitting in her hospital, she answers the call greeting Sona, she asks how the doctor is doing, she however assures she would reach the wedding in time, Sonakshi explains she called for some other reason because there is couple who are very dear to her and need some consultation regarding the pregnancy, the doctor assures she would consult but advises Sonakshi to send the reports, Sonakshi requests her to keep it a secret, she ending the call explains they have got the appointment, Karan and Preeta both try to calm themselves down.
Sherlin is in her room, Prithvi enters the room exclaiming she is looking gorgeous mentioning the glad would break, he entering the room exclaims she is fantastic and mind blowing as she said Preeta is not pregnant which he has come to realize, he asks
Karina greets Archala asking if she has seen Karan and Preeta, Archala exclaims they both would be with Sonakshi, Archala mentions that she is really not serious as it is her wedding day and she is really not serious, Karina exclaims that she might be in the room of Sonakshi and they both go there, Karina and Archala je open the door to see that it is empty, they get worried, Karina and Archala jee both get worried.
Karan and Preeta are sitting while Sonakshi is biting her nails, the doctor instructs her to stop it as she is getting irritated, Karan mentions she has not changed informing Preeta she would bite her nails in collage, Karan pushes her hand, she requests him to not hit her, Karina and Archala je get tensed so they decide to call Preeta but she is doesnot answer and then Archala jee decides to call Sonakshi, the doctor asks Preeta to answer the call, she explains that Sonakshi is with them, karan then takes the phone, Karina questions what has happened, he replies that Preeta was not feeling well so they brought her to the doctor, Karina getting worried asks if there is anything to be worried about, karan assures she is fine, they are just coming back, Karina informs Archala jee that Sonakshi is also with Karan and Preeta, Archala jee asks her to witness how much she loves Karan, Karina gets shocked, she clarifies she meant both Karan and Preeta as it is a really big day for her but she is still with them both, this means they are really important for her, Karina asks Archala jee if they should leave.
Sarla instructs the auto driver to be fast otherwise she would miss the bus to Lonavala, she gets a video call form Preeta so is worried, she apologizes to Preeta explaining she knows it would have been really difficult for her to bear the news and not be able to tell anyone, it is her fault that she stopped her from saying anything, she must not be worried however Preeta asks her to at least listen, explaining they met a doctor who has handled a lot of difficult cases, she assured them that her case is not so troublesome and she would be able to get pregnant, Sarla responds she said that Bhagwan would not do so wrong with Preeta because she always cares for everyone and even science has got so further. Karan taking the mobile asks Sarla to stop crying otherwise he would get mad with her, Karan explains that Sonakshi also heard them so took them to the doctor, she asks who is Sonakshi, Karan asks her to come, Preeta explains she is the one who is getting married, Sarla blesses Sonakshi explaining that she has brought the smile on her daughters so just like that she would also be happy, it is the blessing of a mother.
Karan asks where is she going, Sarla explains that she told Preeta to hide the truth but then got worried thinking her daughter would be alone so decided to come to Lonavla as her daughter can hug her and cry but seeing that he is with her she got really comfortable knowing he is always with her, Karan explains she would never be alone, Sarla says that now she is not coming but when they will return she will bless them, Sarla asks the auto driver to take her back to Chambur.
Preeta thanks Sonakshi however she is hugging Preeta explains that she now has to fulfill her promise of teaching her how to make round Tortilla, Preeta starts teaching Sonakshi how to make them, she first starts kneading the dough, karan enters the kitchen asking what is she doing, he places the glass of water on top of the utensil, so it falls in the pan where Preeta is kneading, she gets mad at him however he assures her there is nothing to worry about, he adds some more water, Preeta apologizes to Sonakshi exclaiming it is all ruined, she mentions what is the need for a child when she has Karan, they both get tensed Sonakshi realizing apologizes.
Karina is with Sherlin who seeing karan and Preeta mentions they should be happy but are always sad, Karina exclaims it might be in between them, Karina stops her, she then goes inside asking what is the matter and why are they not ready, Rajat also comes exclaiming does Sonakshi want him to sit alone in the Mandap as he needs a bride, she leaves, Karina leaves with Sherlin advising Karan and Preeta to also get dressed after washing her hands.
Karan hugs Preeta, Sherlin standing in the corner thinks this is the silence before the storm so prays to god that he never let the couple of Preeta and karan to remain happy.
In the night Karan is getting ready, Preeta comes hugging him recalling how he was always with her, then she thinks that the doctor assured her case is not impossible, she will be able to become a mother.
Precap: Preeta exclaims he doesnot only stop her from falling but also protects her from being weak, he is not only her destiny but her strength, she turns to leave he asks if she is not forgetting anything, he turns his face for her to kiss, she walks to him in a shy manner before running away after kissing him.
