Prithvi and Sherlin tremble watching Shrishti’s photo. Prithvi says their game has now ended, Shrishti witnessed Tapsi’s murder. Sherlin says she is now an eye witness, and they are caught in a bigger problem. She again curses Tapsi and Prithvi for holding her dear. Prithvi accuses Sherlin for this contact of her goon. He only wanted Tapsi to be in a hospital till he marries Preeta but Sherlin brought that goon who killed Tapsi. Prithvi was angry over Sherlin and clutches her jaw tightly accusing her to hurt his ego. Sherlin says that Tapsi must have satisfied his ego by calling him a handsome hunk. Prithvi pushes her on the bed forbidding her a single word from her anymore. He decides to call that goon and tell him to kill Shrishti, he will throw as much money at his face. Sherlin was reluctant for another murder. Prithvi asks if there is another plan, Shrishti isn’t a friend of Sherlin or praises Prithvi and will get them jailed before she can speak up. Sherlin asks Prithvi to call Neil.
At home, Dadi asks about Shrishti and was hopeful that Rishab must have brought Shrishti along with him. Rishab says police said they can’t help them before 24 hours. Preeta was crying for Shrishti and curses herself for not understanding her sister in time. Karan promises nothing would happen to Shrishti. Rishab says Karan has said everything possible. They will take action together, Karan’s promise won’t break and they will find Shrishti.
Karan asks Sarla about a neighbor who keeps an eye over themselves. Preeta says she is sure Janki knows about those goons. Rishab was hopeful she can tell them through signals. They hurry to ask Janki about it. Karan asks Janki to only blink her eyes at Yes. He questions if Sarla knows who kidnapped Shrishti. Janki blinks. Preeta then asks if Shrishti shared something with her last night? Janki tries to make a noise, then stares at a receipt with Neil’s signatures. Sarla says this is the receipt Neil gave them. Preeta asks Janki if it was Neil. Janki blinks. Preeta panics that this is Neil. Sarla tells them Neil is a corporator. Preeta tells Karan and Rishab that Shrishti must have gone to fight Neil for her. She reminds Karan about the goons who didn’t give way to his car yesterday, they tried to harass her and she insulted them and returned home. Shrishti was irked at Neil by then. Karan and Rishab turn to speak to Neil. Sarla tries to convince them they must take police by their side, she was worried they can’t speak to the goons as they own guns and arms. Sarla cries that she can’t put their lives at stake to save Shrishti. Rishab and Karan convince Sarla that corporator have contacts with police, Neil might remove all the proofs if he is alert. Sarla cries and not ready to let them go. Rishab promises Sarla nothing will happen to anyone of them. Preeta was also convinced and promises Sarla to save Shrishti at any cost. Rishab also convinces Sarla that he has always fulfilled each promise he did to Sarla. He will call Sarla if they are in any trouble, but needs a single chance.
Mahesh comes to Sameer and asks if he spoke to Rishab. He discuss about Karan’s call to Rishab to come to local police station. His sons won’t receive his call to save him from tension. Rakhi comes there, Mahesh tells him not to share with her. Rakhi asks Sameer about Rishab or Karan. Mahesh says he has sent them outside to have some spare time. Rakhi was concerned and sends Sameer to find about it. Sameer goes aside. Mahesh takes Rakhi inside to prepare a coffee for him.
Shrishti deters she won’t spare any one of them if she is able to get out of here. She will find all their details and of their families. She insults all of them who were offensive. One of them leave. Another one boasts about being literate. Shrishti promises to turn him to Mumbai’s biggest goons if he opens her rope. Neil gets a call from his mother who was in pain, he turns to leave and tells Sheru to stay with that girl at any cost.
Preeta takes Karan and Rishab to the corporator’s house. They knock at the door of that corporator. Rishab and Karan tell Preeta to signal when its Neil. Karan was about to break the door when it was opened. They were shocked to see inside.

PRECAP: Neil tells Shrishti they will get paid to kill her. She will be killed as soon as they get the money. Shrishti wonders who would give money to kill her. Preeta tells Sameer the van must belong to Neil, and it must be Shrishti if Sameer heard her voice.
