Prarthna opens up to Gayatri, revealing that she was initially set to marry Raunak, but Shivansh married her instead, driven by a desire for revenge against Raunak and Smita. She shares her fear that Raunak, blinded by anger, is plotting to harm Shivansh. Gayatri is shocked and asks for clarity. Prarthna then reveals that Raunak and Payal were behind the fire at the Zaveri mansion, trying to frame Shivansh. She insists that Shivansh is innocent, but Raunak is consumed by hatred.
Meanwhile, Tanya informs Bua Maa that Smita visited the hospital to help Shivansh, but Bua Maa is skeptical, recalling Smita’s long-standing hatred for him. She fears losing Shivansh and refuses to let Smita take her place in his life. The doctor sends them to the waiting area.

Raunak, seething with jealousy, ignores Smita’s call. Meanwhile, Prarthna visits Shivansh in the hospital. The nurse allows her to stay, acknowledging her love for him. Alone, Prarthna confesses her feelings, torn between denial and emotional vulnerability. She cries beside him, uncertain of what this love means, but cherishing the sindoor in her hairline as a symbol of their bond.
Sonalika, on the other hand, burns with rage over Shivansh’s betrayal. She vows to separate him from Prarthna and destroys their photo in fury.
Prarthna lovingly talks to Shivansh, claiming her right as his wife and teasingly declaring he can’t stop her. Just then, the doctor enters, and she steps out. Suddenly, Raunak arrives with the police and demands Shivansh’s arrest, falsely accusing him of arson. Prarthna confronts him, but he asks for proof. In a shocking moment, Shivansh regains consciousness and questions the chaos—only for Prarthna to awaken and realize it was all a nightmare. She rushes to check on Shivansh and is relieved to find him safe.
Troubled by everything, Prarthna prays at the temple. She reflects on how fate led to her marriage with Shivansh, despite his betrayal, and how she now accepts it. She wishes Raunak would let go of his vengeance and accept reality. Fearing Sonalika’s wrath and harm to Shivansh, she blames herself for everything that’s gone wrong.
Gayatri tries to reassure her that she isn’t at fault. Meanwhile, Sonalika searches for Bua Maa and Tanya in the house but finds no one. Enraged by Shivansh’s betrayal, she swears she won’t spare him. Gayatri urges Prarthna not to carry the burden of guilt and tells her to go home and rest.
