Prarthana shouts for help as the cops rush to the terrace. Smita informs Payal that Prarthana has taken Shivansh there. A sniper stops Prarthana, threatening her, but she fights back, demanding they step back. She defiantly declares that she will save both Shivansh and herself. Meanwhile, Smita, Payal, and Ketki rush to help, while Kanti checks the news.
Raunak arrives home and finds Kanti watching the live coverage of Prarthana struggling to protect Shivansh. Distressed, they see Smita running to the scene, upsetting Kanti. Bua Maa, shocked to learn Shivansh is in danger, rushes to the hospital with Tanya.
As Smita and the cops navigate the corridors, Prarthna battles the goons. Johny strikes her, causing her to collapse, but the sniper stops him from killing her. The media broadcasts the chaos live, with Kanti preventing Raunak from intervening. The sniper taunts Prarthana, claiming Shivansh is destined to die, but she refuses to back down.
In a heroic moment, Prarthana shields Shivansh as the sniper swings his sword. Just in time, Shivansh awakens, catching the blade—his blood dripping onto Prarthana. The police arrive, arresting most goons, though the sniper escapes. Shivansh collapses in Prarthana’s arms as the media hails her bravery.
Bua Maa, now at the hospital, berates Prarthana for not informing her, calling her selfish. Gayatri defends Prarthana, but Bua Maa remains furious. Meanwhile, Kanti reconciles with Smita, apologizing for his earlier harshness.
Raunak confronts Payal, who shockingly admits she hired the attackers. Enraged, he warns her never to endanger Prarthana again, insisting she belongs only to him. Payal, disturbed by his obsession, realizes his madness mirrors her own.
The crisis ends with Shivansh and Prarthana receiving medical care, but tensions remain unresolved as threats of revenge linger.
