Prarthna and Vibha push Shivansh’s wheelchair toward the hospital exit. Vibha suggests they try the main door, which is jammed, but with Prarthna’s help, they manage to open it. After securing the door behind them to delay the goons, they rush Shivansh away. The goons notice the wheelchair tracks and follow. When the wheelchair breaks down, Vibha urges Prarthna to go ahead with Shivansh while she searches for another one. Unfortunately, Vibha is caught by the goons, and the sniper knocks her unconscious using chloroform.
Meanwhile, Smita, feeling trapped, tricks the goons by pretending she wants to help Prarthna and Shivansh. In the darkness, Prarthna hides with Shivansh. The sniper plans to restore power. At that moment, the media spots Smita inside the hospital, causing a stir. The news reports portray her as brave, risking her life for a loved one. Raunak and Kanti are shocked by her presence on the news, but Kanti senses Smita’s deep care for Shivansh and reaches out to Raunak, who decides to return home.
As police arrive, Ketki questions Payal about the sniper’s failure to kill Shivansh. Payal repeatedly tries to contact the sniper with no success. Prarthna continues to hide in the dark, not moving the wheelchair to avoid detection. When the lights come on, the goons spot her. The sniper mocks her courage and threatens her, but Prarthna stands firm, stating she has no grudge against him but will protect her husband at any cost. She reveals how her marriage to Shivansh happened without her knowledge, but as a pandit’s daughter, she believes in destiny and Kumkum Bhagya. She vows to fight for Shivansh with her last breath.
The sniper mocks her devotion and reveals his greed-driven motive. Just then, Smita arrives and offers him money to spare Shivansh, pleading that he deserves a chance at happiness after a life of loss. Amused, the sniper announces a deadly game—one bullet, three targets. He fires at Shivansh first, but the shot misses. Prarthna and Smita are next. When it’s Smita’s turn, she braces for death, but Prarthna intervenes, pulls her away, and saves her. Enraged, the sniper lunges, but Prarthna pushes him back and grabs a sword.
She tells Smita to take Shivansh and run. A shootout begins as the police arrive, forcing the goons to flee. Just when it seems safe, Johny disguises himself as a constable, knocks one out, and abducts Shivansh. Prarthna spots him and alerts the police, while Smita desperately searches for Shivansh. Payal lies to Smita, claiming Shivansh is behind an ambulance, distracting her. Meanwhile, Johny looks for a new wheelchair, giving Prarthna a chance to escape with Shivansh via the lift. Johny follows and alerts the sniper that they’re heading to the terrace.
Determined to finish the job, the sniper orders Johny to monitor them, saying he’ll throw both Prarthna and Shivansh off the roof. On the terrace, Prarthna locks the door to buy time. As the goons try to break in, she spots a broken loudspeaker, manages to repair it, and sends out a distress signal to the cops and media. Just as help seems near, the sniper arrives and stops her.
