A Sadhvi greets her, assuring that Shiv has summoned Prarthna and will answer her prayers. She blesses Prarthna, urging her to prove her devotion.
Meanwhile, Tanya blocks Gayatri from seeing Shivansh, blaming Prarthna for his condition. Gayatri argues, refusing to back down. Bua Maa arrives, siding with Tanya and accusing Prarthna and Raunak of causing the accident. Raunak calls Payal, demanding Prarthna’s whereabouts, but Payal snaps back, claiming Prarthna will never return to him.
At the hospital, Gayatri defends Prarthna’s sacrifices, sparking a heated argument with Bua Maa and Tanya. As they quarrel, Prarthna performs a fierce tandav at the temple. Shivansh’s pulse drops, but miraculously, he revives—the doctors credit divine intervention. The Sadhvi confirms Shiv’s blessing, gifting Prarthna a Rudraksh for Shivansh.
Back at the hospital, Shivansh regains consciousness. Tanya tries to shoo Gayatri away, but she and Swati rush to find Prarthna. Raunak intercepts Prarthna at the temple, insisting she is his destiny. She lashes out, exposing his schemes against Shivansh, but he denies everything. With Shivansh safe, Prarthna’s unwavering faith triumphs.
