Here Ranbir actually stated the problem inside him, if only he identifies it himself: his care and concern seems uniform to all the girls i.e. it doesn’t distinguish between the girl he actually loves and the remaining girls, so maybe he should tone down the care he shows for remaining girls…

Because definitely Mihika didn’t fall in love with him by deciding that ‘now I am going to fall in love with Ranbir, no matter what’.. it’s care and concern he showed her that made her fall for him: his hugging her, wiping her tears, whispering soothing words, this all made her fall for him.
