The Episode starts with Prachi asking Ranbir to talk to her and cries. Ranbir opens his eyes and says you asked me to talk and you have become silent. He says you have shed river of tears, and says if you have shed it there then fire would have set off there. Prachi smiles and says I get my life seeing your smile. Ranbir says it is wonder, I was shot and you are feeling pain. Prachi says I will not tell you the reason, but will fight with you. Shahana tells Prachi that he is closing his eyes. Prachi says you can call me yaar, then asks him not to call her yaar, but scold her if he wants. Ranbir asks what do you say, that I can scold you. He says you are big paltu and says you have changed kaddu and lauki’s name. She says I asked you to get lauki and you brought kaddu. A fb is shown, Ranbir
Rhea drinks water and falls down suddenly. She sees the courier guy unconscious under the table and shouts. Pallavi comes there and asks Aaliya why she is scared. She says I heard Rhea’s voice and asks what happened? She asks where did you both go and when came back, not saying anything. She calls Rhea. Aaliya calls Rhea too. Rhea comes out and tells that she has fallen down. Aaliya sees the courier guy gaining consciousness. Pallavi asks Rhea where did you go? Rhea says doctor and says if you had told me then I wouldn’t have taken you to doctor. Aaliya sees the courier guy gaining consciousness and pretends to wipe the water from the floor. Pallavi asks what is she going. Aaliya says she is wiping the floor and asks Rhea to go. Rhea pretends to be dizzy and asks Pallavi to drop her to room. Aaliya threatens the courier guy and asks him to get up without making any noise.

Sid, Prachi and others take Ranbir to hospital. Shahana says call the doctor. Sid tells about Ranbir. The nurse says we can’t start the treatment without informing Police. Prachi says he is bleeding profusely and says you can’t risk my husband’s life due to protocol. Nurse says I am doing my duty. Ranbir says nothing will happen to me, don’t fight with her. He says I will not leave you easily. Doctor comes there. Prachi tells Doctor that nurse said that first they will call Police and then start the treatment. Doctor asks them to take Patient to OT and asks them to get the formalities done later. They take Ranbir to OT. Nurse asks Prachi to fill the form. Prachi fills the form. Nurse asks what is your relation with her. Prachi says I am his wife. Shahana and Sid ask her to inform Pallavi.
Aaliya gives money to the courier guy and threatens him, saying anything can happen in your house. She says she knows his address, and she can come at anytime. The courier guy leaves.
The goon calls Aaliya and tells that the house is burnt fully and Police might write this in report. He says there is a bad news too and tells that we were about to shoot Prachi, when Ranbir came infront of her and got shot. Aaliya asks where? The goon says he don’t know as police had come there. Aaliya asks them not to tell Rhea as she will tell her herself. She asks them to hide.
Pallavi takes Rhea to room and asks her to come to her if she needs any help. She asks her to sleep and says she will talk to her in the morning. She gets Prachi’s call and asks her if meeting is over, and says if you got late then would have called and informed me. She asks why you called, just come home now. She calls Prachi. Rhea hears and thinks Prachi is alive. She thinks if Ranbir called to tell that Prachi died. Pallavi asks Prachi to say. Prachi says Ranbir is shot, he is in city hospital and is critical. Pallavi drops her phone on the floor. Aaliya comes there. Pallavi says Ranbir is shot and is in city hospital. Rhea is shocked and runs out of room. Aaliya goes behind them. Vikram asks Pallavi why is she crying? Aaliya says Vikram. Pallavi says Ranbir is shot, Prachi called and informed. Vikram says lets go. Pallavi gets dizzy and is about to faint. Vikram asks Aryan and others to go to the hospital and says we will come just as Pallavi gets fine. Aaliya says she will call him from there. Pallavi blames Prachi for this. Vikram asks her to just pray for Ranbir now. Pallavi says Prachi had gone with Sid, so when Ranbir gone there and how he got shot. She says whenever Prachi is with him, something wrong happens to Ranbir. Vikram goes to get her medicine. Pallavi says if anything happens to Ranbir then she will throw Prachi out of his son’s life for forever.
The doctors take out the bullet from Ranbir’s chest. Prachi looks at Ranbir, as doctor takes out the bullet. Doctor says his heart beat is dropping and they shall stabilize it. Prachi gets worried.
Precap: Junior Doctor asks nurse to call Doctor and says, tell him patient is not responding. Rhea says to her Bua if something happens to Ranbir, then remember I won’t forgive you. Prachi’s sister asks her to sit down and try to do it but mistakenly, she breaks her mangalsutra.
