Prarthna rushes to an unconscious Shivansh, pleading with him to wake up as goons have infiltrated the hospital with the intent to kill him. She urgently asks Nurse Leena for a secure location, and they decide to shift Shivansh to the basement. Leena sends Ward Boy Vimal to retrieve his essential injections. As Prarthna and Leena move Shivansh, goons search the hospital, flashing his photo and threatening staff and patients.
Vimal is caught by the goons while fetching the medicines, and despite his girlfriend’s distress, the goons shoot him in the leg to extract information. Nurse Leena intervenes to stop them, but Vimal, under pressure, speaks up to protect his girlfriend. Prarthna hears approaching footsteps and urges Leena to flee, but Leena insists on staying. Soon, Leena is captured and tortured for information about Shivansh. Just as she’s about to be stabbed, Prarthna returns and attacks the goon, helping her escape.
Shivansh regains consciousness but is disoriented. He sees Prarthna and thinks he’s hallucinating, but she reassures him that he’s awake and safe. Overjoyed, she hugs him. When he faints again, Leena tells Prarthna that the injection is urgently needed. Prarthna decides to hide him in the cleaning staff’s room and rushes to get the medicine.
Meanwhile, Raunak, overwhelmed by emotions, contacts Kanti to speak to Smita. Kanti sees Smita on the news anxiously asking about Shivansh’s condition. Her public concern raises eyebrows—especially for Payal and Ketki, who begin suspecting Smita’s past. Payal reveals to Ketki that Shivansh is actually Smita’s son, a secret Smita had confessed. Ketki fears this could destroy Shivansh and Prarthna’s relationship and even push Prarthna back toward Raunak.
Prarthna discovers Shivansh’s hospital bed pillows have been stabbed, intensifying her fear for his safety. She retrieves the injection and returns. Leena administers it while comforting a tearful Prarthna, who is emotionally shaken but determined. Leena commends her for saving Shivansh’s life and urges her to stay strong. Prarthna, recalling Kishan’s words, affirms her resolve—Shivansh is her husband, and she will protect him at all costs.
Elsewhere, the sniper finds his injured accomplice, who reveals that Prarthna is Shivansh’s wife and that her name was on his medical form. The sniper vows to kill both. When Payal checks in, he confirms his new target. Payal, consumed by hatred, orders him to kill Prarthna too.
