Sonalika rushes to Bua Maa and reveals that Shivansh promised loyalty to her. Bua Maa worries about how Prarthna will accept such a truth, sensing an upcoming storm, but Sonalika urges her to stay positive. When Bua Maa stops Shivansh in the corridor, he tries to avoid the topic, claiming office work. Bua Maa presses him to take leave for wedding preparations, but Shivansh admits he doesn’t want to marry so soon. Sonalika gets upset, reminding him she already informed her parents, and insists he cannot back out. Shivansh explains that Prarthna isn’t happy with the marriage, but Sonalika accuses Prarthna of being after money and demands he go through with the wedding. Bua Maa declares the marriage will happen.
At that moment, Prarthna interrupts, declaring the wedding can’t take place. She clashes with Sonalika and shocks everyone by revealing that her divorce with Shivansh isn’t finalized, making the marriage illegal. When Shivansh accuses her of being greedy, she plays along, saying she only wants money and will leave once she gets it. Privately, Prarthna admits to Gayatri that she spoke that way because she can’t reveal her true feelings—she only wants time to protect Shivansh from his Kundali dosh.
Meanwhile, Bua Maa tells Shivansh that Prarthna’s constant demand for money proves her greed. Sonalika offers to arrange the money herself, planning to throw Prarthna out of their lives. Though Bua Maa supports this, Shivansh refuses, insisting it’s against his self-respect to borrow from Sonalika. He calls Jai to discuss financial matters. Sonalika warns that Prarthna won’t leave until she’s paid off.
When Jai arrives, Shivansh learns investors are interested in buying shares and property. Prarthna overhears and pleads with him not to make such sacrifices, fearing he is doing it for her. Shivansh assures her he would never sell his dream, his business, and dismisses her concerns, though Prarthna remains worried for him.
