At the hospital, Prarthna asks about Shivansh’s condition. The doctor says he’s out of danger but must remain under observation for 24 hours. Shakti and Surya inform Payal that Shivansh survived. Shocked and panicked, Payal angrily vows to finish what she started. She contacts a goon to arrange a sniper, saying she loves herself and hates Shivansh—he must die.

He demands ₹1 crore, warning that she’s paying for her own safety, since Shivansh won’t spare her if he lives. Cornered, Payal agrees. The sniper and his team prepare for an attack on the hospital and cut the power supply. Prarthna stays by Shivansh’s side, alert and protective.
As panic spreads due to the blackout, Prarthna sees armed men entering. She warns the nurse and asks the ward boy to alert security and lock the gates. She urges patients and families to stay calm and cooperate. Suddenly, a guard is shot, and chaos erupts. Prarthna steps up to organize the people and prepare to protect the target.
Realizing the attackers must be after someone rich, she checks the patient register. The nurse confirms only one high-profile patient is admitted—Shivansh Randhawa. Prarthna is stunned to realize Shivansh is the target.
The ward boy secretly contacts a reporter friend and informs him about the hospital attack. The friend quickly airs the breaking news, revealing the assassination attempt on Shivansh. Smita approaches Kanti, but he ignores her and turns on the news. They both watch in horror as the report confirms the deadly plot against Shivansh, leaving them shocked.
