Gayatri repeatedly tries to reach Prarthna and Shivansh, wondering if they’re asleep. When she finally gets through to Shivansh, he tells her that Prarthna can’t talk right now as he’s at the city hospital, promising to update her later. Shivansh consults the doctor, who reveals Prarthna has a serious bullet wound and will need careful attention after discharge. Seeing Prarthna, Shivansh reflects on their past, feeling guilty for involving her in his quest for revenge.
Meanwhile, Payal meets Neha to hand over money, but Bhavesh is tracking her. Payal receives a call from Ketki, assuring her she’s fine and will be home soon. Spotting Prarthna and Shivansh at the hospital, Payal is shocked to see Prarthna being treated. Bhavesh explains that although he previously claimed Prarthna was being sold, Shivansh must have rescued her. Payal, determined to end Prarthna’s troubles, plots to harm her by giving her the wrong medicine. Bhavesh suggests a more drastic plan: kidnapping Prarthna and handing her over to Marcus for a reward, to which Payal agrees.
Back at the hospital, Shivansh tells the nurse how Prarthna risked her life to save Naina, expressing regret for hurting her. He admits his marriage to Prarthna was never meant to be malicious, but rather a way to hurt Smita and Raunak, and now Prarthna has become important to him. The nurse urges him to take good care of Prarthna, noting her fragile condition.
Payal disguises herself as a doctor, shocking Bhavesh with her determination to remove Prarthna from Raunak’s life. They inform John of Prarthna’s hospital ward, setting their plan in motion.
Gayatri arrives at the hospital and questions Shivansh, who apologizes for not informing her about Prarthna’s condition. Gayatri expresses her deep affection for Prarthna and insists she can sense her pain. Shivansh admits Prarthna is hospitalized but assures her she’s out of danger, though he complains Prarthna always brings him trouble. Gayatri defends Prarthna and scolds Shivansh for keeping her in the dark.
Gayatri then encounters Karan, who reveals he was present when Prarthna was injured. He explains that Shivansh saved Prarthna from a human trafficking ring and fought for her as a devoted husband. Karan, once upset with Shivansh, now believes he’s the right man for Prarthna. This reassures Gayatri about Shivansh’s intentions.
As Marcus’ goons approach, Karan urges Shivansh and Gayatri to leave. Prarthna regains consciousness and asks the nurse to call Shivansh, showing her concern for him. The nurse observes their deep care for each other and tells Gayatri that Prarthna is lucky to have such a loving husband. When Gayatri wishes to see Prarthna, the nurse explains that Prarthna only wants to meet Shivansh for now, leaving Gayatri saddened but understanding the bond between them.
Shivansh finally goes to see Prarthna as Gayatri realizes she may have misjudged him, witnessing the genuine love and concern between the couple.
