The episode starts with Kranti approaching Smita, pointing out that she is trying to bring Payal and Raunak together. Smita reminds him that they have already discussed this, but he insists, emphasizing that Raunak does not like Payal and recalling the events of the previous day. Smita questions why Kranti cannot see the benefits of their marriage, explaining that their businesses would merge. Kranti argues that if she is only considering this from a business perspective, the marriage should not happen and asks her not to impose her wishes on Raunak. Smita, however, insists that she is doing what is best for Raunak and the family before walking away.
Later, Raunak approaches Kranti, who advises him to follow Smita’s wishes to avoid angering her. After Kranti leaves, Raunak apologizes to Smita but firmly states that he will not go through with the marriage. Payal overhears his words. At a modeling agency, Prarthna attempts to enter but is stopped by security and asked to sign in. When she asks for a pen, the guard pauses to salute his arriving boss, whom he later praises. Prarthna then signs the form.
Meanwhile, Ketki notices Payal’s distress. Payal confesses that she overheard Raunak saying he doesn’t like her and expresses her disappointment. Ketki advises her not to take it to heart, emphasizing that love is irrelevant and that the marriage must happen for business reasons. She then walks away. Elsewhere, Baa and Kinjal try to convince Harsh to abandon his engineering dreams in favor of an MBA to manage the family business. Harsh pleads for a loan, insisting on becoming an engineer. Baa asks for time to consider his request.
At the modeling agency, staff inform Gayatri and others that they must wear short dresses. Gayatri refuses and tries to leave, but the manager stops her, pointing out the contract she unknowingly signed at the reception. She is told that backing out would cost her ₹30 lakhs. Shocked, Gayatri protests, saying she thought it was just an application form. The manager dismisses her pleas.
Outside, Prarthna tries to enter the agency but is blocked by security. Meanwhile, Gayatri cries for help as the manager threatens her with a knife. Prarthna, realizing something is wrong, pretends to have left her wallet inside and attempts to gain entry.
