Sonalika, heartbroken and enraged over Shivansh and Prarthna’s marriage, drives recklessly while consumed by memories and betrayal. Meanwhile, Raunak returns home to find his family shifted to the basement after a house fire. Smita laments the loss of their home and questions Raunak about any conflict with Shivansh, which he denies. Shivansh’s servant informs Payal that Sonalika, in her fury, has vowed revenge against Shivansh. Delighted, Payal summons Raunak to conspire.
Elsewhere, Prarthna seeks divine guidance, confused over Shivansh’s distant behavior. Shivansh spots Sonalika at a traffic signal and tries to approach her, but she ignores him. Prarthna attempts to contact him, but he brushes her off coldly, leaving her hurt and confused. Bua Maa blames Prarthna for ruining Shivansh and Sonalika’s relationship and accuses her of destroying couples, including Raunak and Payal.
Raunak refuses to join Payal in teaming up with Sonalika, refusing to harm Prarthna. As accusations mount, Prarthna insists she was unaware of Shivansh’s motives and claims he married her for revenge. Bua Maa urges her to divorce Shivansh and fix his relationship with Sonalika. Later, Bua Maa contacts Sonalika, asking her to speak with Shivansh and heal her heart. Under pressure, Shivansh agrees.
Sonalika calls Prarthna and lashes out, blaming her for her shattered life. Despite Prarthna’s apology, Sonalika threatens revenge. Sensing a storm ahead, Prarthna prays for Shivansh’s safety. Shivansh contacts Sonalika, who accuses him of betrayal, claiming he used his revenge as an excuse to leave her for Prarthna. She vows to destroy him.
Moments later, Sonalika meets with an accident when Payal suddenly crosses her path. Payal, shocked, decides to help Sonalika, seeing an opportunity to gain her trust and plot against Shivansh. She calls for an ambulance and informs Raunak, while a bystander alerts Shivansh. He rushes to the spot, rescues an unconscious Sonalika, and takes her to the hospital. The man hands him her phone and shares Payal’s involvement. Shivansh informs Bua Maa, who panics. Prarthna, sensing something wrong, prays fervently for Sonalika’s recovery.
