The episode starts with Monisha urging RV not to rescue Poorvi, citing the danger involved, and tries to make him swear on her. RV refuses, declaring that when it comes to Poorvi, he doesn’t believe in such things. Monisha, upset by RV calling Poorvi a loved one, decides to distract him by putting herself in danger. She deliberately traps herself in fire and calls for RV’s help. RV goes to save her but gets stuck. Khushi arrives and rescues both RV and Monisha.
Meanwhile, Poorvi spots RV’s shadow and calls out to him. RV saves her, and Poorvi hugs him, but Monisha separates them, insisting they focus on escaping. RV leads everyone out, but Poorvi notices a CCTV camera on the wall. Later, a fiery pillar falls, and Poorvi pulls Khushi to safety. Monisha watches excitedly, hoping they remain trapped. RV risks his life to push the fiery pillar aside with his bare hands. Poorvi scolds him for not caring about himself.
Firefighters arrive, extinguish the fire, and declare the Malhotra house safe. The family is relieved, and RV and Poorvi receive warm embraces from Harleen and Diya. RV reports that half the house is destroyed but their rooms are intact. Harleen requests RV to drop Khushi home, and he agrees.
On the way, Khushi feels happy to be with RV but reflects on Armaan. She asks RV to stop at a temple, where she confesses her regret for leaving him and admits her love. She brings a sindoor box, asking RV to fill her hairline and accept her as his. However, RV rejects her gesture and knocks the sindoor box away.
