The Episode starts with Akshay and Prachi returning home. Manpreet asks Akshay if anything is found. Akshay says not yet. Prachi gets emotional and thinks of Khushi, seeing the flute. Akshay pretends to make a call. Prachi gets shattered and sits down. Manpreet and Akshay make her sit. Manpreet asks how Khushi would feel if she sees you crying. Prachi says I am a bad mother and couldn’t take care of my daughter. She says my mother didn’t lose me ever, but I lost her daughter. She says God should have chosen someone as her mother, and says I am a bad mother and shall die. Manpreet says you are a good mother. Prachi says no, I shall die. Manpreet slaps her and says you are a good mother. She says I know that you married Akshay for Khushi, and says you are a good mother. She says God will do everything fine, and my blessings are with you. She says you will get Khushi soon, then you shall give her so much love, and asks her to trust her. Prachi asks if I will get my daughter. Manpreet says yes.
Ashok and Vishaka come there. Prachi asks Ashok to search her daughter and says I was making milk shake for her, and says don’t know where she has gone. Akshay smiles. Ashok says we will find Khushi and tells that he has hired detective who is an expert in child care and kidnapping. He says she is coming here. Akshay gets tensed. The guy in the lock up tells Ranbir that he doesn’t know that even 3 hours are heavy on his daughter and tells that the court will be closed for three days and you can’t wait. He says either she will be injured or killed if you keep waiting.
Prachi asks Ashok to call the investigator. Vishaka asks Akshay what happened? Akshay is tensed and says I hope I get my daughter and the investigator finds her. Door bell rings. The investigator comes inside as Prachi opens the door. Ashok asks her to come. Ritika says hello. Ashok introduces his family to her. Ritika says you have given me all the info on phone and asks him to tell if she is missing out some info. She says Khushi was brought by your son from the hostel. Vishaka says for Janmasthami celebration. Ritika says Khushi was last seen with Ranbir Kohli and the dancer and you have doubt on the former, Prachi’s husband. She says I want to ask question to everyone separately and says tonight will be big, and I need black coffee. She says my team will come and set up the work place.
The guy tells that he will help Ranbir. Ranbir says how you will help me, as you are here with me. The guy says I am here with my choice, and tells that he had a daughter too, and she was killed by a man who was fighting with him, and then he killed that man. He says then I got arrested and the lawyer proved that my mental condition is not well and I was freed. He says you have to save your daughter from that devil. Ranbir asks whom? He says that guy who had come to meet you, and says I saw evil smile on his face, he is inhuman. Ranbir says right. The guy says we will pretend to fight, and then we will go to Akshay’s house and follow him. Ranbir says yes. They begin fighting when the constable and Inspector are bringing a thief there. The constable opens their lock up to stop them from fighting. Ranbir and the guy comes out from then lock up and runs, while Inspector and others are busy with the thief.
Ritika tells Prachi that she can understand what she is feeling, as she is also having a daughter too of Khushi’s age. Akshay gets tensed. He asks Ashok if the investigating officer is good. Ashok says you will tell this to everyone and says guilty person can’t be saved. Vishaka asks why she is asking Prachi. Ashok says she catches lies with her eyes, and finds the truth like Xray machine. Akshay gets tensed. Ritika asks Prachi, how is her relation with Akshay? Prachi says it is ok, we are not like normal couples, but respects each other a lot. She says Akshay loves Khushi a lot and is busy on phone calls to search her. Ritika asks how is your relation with Ranbir. Prachi says not good, he was here as he is marrying Akshay’s sister Mihika. Ritika says ok and calls Akshay. Akshay tells her that he doubts Ranbir and is sure that he got the kidnapping done to get Prachi. Ritika says but he is marrying your sister.
Akshay says it is a drama and tells that Mihika is mad about Ranbir, and nobody wants to know about him, but I know him and knows how is he. Ranbir and the guy escape on the bike, while the Police team is behind them. The guy asks him to take the bike in narrow lane, as jeep can’t come inside. Ranbir takes the bike in the narrow lane. Inspector stops the car and asks Constable to keep the check post everywhere. The goon Rana reaches Akshay’s house and calls him. Ritika sees Akshay rejecting the call. He comes out and threaten the goon, asking him not to be smart infront of him. The goon asks him to behave himself and asks him to give the promised money.
Ritika says if the kidnapping is done for ransom, then we will get call. Prachi says may be we are doubting the wrong person. Manpreet says he is in the PS. Ashok says may be he has fixed someone to call us. Akshay gives money to Rana and asks him to call and ask for ransom, and everyone shall think that Ranbir asked you to make a call. Ritika asks them to trust her and says she couldn’t solve only one case till now. She says where is Akshay? Akshay tells Rana that nothing shall happen to Khushi until he tells, and then you know what to do. Rana says what you are saying, she is a small girl. Akshay grabs his neck and asks him to take work as work, and not to get personal, says Khushi is not your daughter. He sees Prachi, and hides with Rana. He asks Rana to hide and then he goes to Prachi and makes an excuse. Rana says we do bad things, but we have heart for a small girl. He says this man is a beast.
Ranbir and the guy are riding on the bike still. Ranbir sees Rana travelling in his car and asks him to stop, asks where is my daughter? He asks him to stop the car and asks why the bike is not speedy. Rana speeds up the car and thinks how did he come here, he will catch me. He stops the car at the check post. Ranbir also stops the bike. The Inspector asks the driver about Ranbir showing his photo. Driver of a car says that he didn’t see. Ranbir says whom they are searching. The guy says you. you had escaped from the PS. Ranbir says even you had escaped. The guy tells Ranbir to think where to hide. Ranbir says he will sit in the dancer’s decky, as it is already checked. The guy gives his mobile to him and asks him to meet him whenever he calls him. Ranbir sits in the car decky and thinks he will go where the dancer goes and will reach Khushi.
Precap: Ranbir calls Prachi and tells that their daughter will be found, as he has come there. Prachi says Ranbir. Ranbir says yes, your Ranbir. Prachi says please tell me where is Khushi? Mihika snatches phone from Prachi’s hand and says nobody will trace Ranbir’s call, if he has gone to search Khushi then let him. Akshay gets angry and slaps her.

This is applicable if there were any incidences before PRANBIR separation wherein Ranbir was accused of something not related to their relationship and Prachi believed him guilty since there was no proof of his innocence.
So..is there any such incidence??
On the contrary, despite hotel incidence, we have Prachi not believing Siddharth’s words that Ranbir was co-conspirator in framing them. Even after getting insulted by him so much, even after going through all that without any fault, despite the fact that events that happened aligned with Siddharth’s words, we have Prachi refusing to believe that Ranbir was involved.
She agreed it could be conspiracy, she also agreed Rhea and even Pallavi could be part of it. But still she refused to believe Ranbir could be part. In this, we have Prachi still having trust in his character, despite that he had refused to trust in HER character.

Exactly this is my point. As Colin said if prachi’s behaviour is forced degradation then after hotel incident they will show her trusting Ranbir, but Prachi not trusting Ranbir is her constant behaviour.
So it is not forced degradation. Prachi was not put in any situation like kidnapping or Ranbir is charged for molestation and Prachi supported him. If that was the case then it can be said prachi’s behaviour is forced degradation, but after hotel incident during Payal case for the first time Ranbir was charged for molestation and Prachi believed.

And even if we accept that Prachi’s character was made to go worse since hotel incidence itself, still it’s forced degradation only because her character arc is not worthy of being called as that of FL.
PRANBIR are second generation lead pair. Ideally, the story is supposed to revolve around their characters. Yet here, progressively tracks were brought to still drift them apart more. Both of them were alternately shown to behave in a way that’s not suitable to leads behaviour. Why?? Because Nagpal has problem with their pair and he wants to make them fall from viewers eyes, hence their behaviour were progressively made worse, when eventually they COULD have been improved, as happens with all couples in separation. Both only PRANBIR were taken from bad to worse, so much so that now most people would even refuse to acknowledge them as ‘leads’.

This I completely agree. But unlike you I consider it’s truth coming out without control or constant worry about papering Prachi instead of insulting Prachi. During hotel incident he insulted Prachi yes. I did mention regarding that video that Krishna might be reminiscing that how fast these 4 years passed without realizing the passing of the time. It wasn’t by any means the confirmation of their soon to come goodbye. But since news of leap was already out, his reel was interpreted as a goodbye
And as for that interview, he didn’t say that he WILL be playing a dad to 20 years old child, like in the sense that it’s already decided. His words were ‘he won’t have any problem in playing dad role to grown up child’ i.e. IF the leap comes and he gets asked whether he will be okay to play a dad to grown up kid then he is ready for that.
It’s possible that he was reacting to GossipsTv’s article, not because he himself already got the news about it from PH

Nehmat, the problem with Abhira reunion and marriage is it is happening too soon. They should have at least taken a leap of 1 year. Universally 1 year is considered the mourning period when a family member died. But here just after 1 month they are doing Abhira marriage 🤷♀️ That’s absurd in every level. Even if Abhira fall for each other and their family and Abhir want them to get married what’s the need to get married so soon? Can’t they just wait until at least 1 year past Akshara’s previous husband’s death to have her re-marry. Worst is those two families expect Abhinav’s family to accept it as not replacing Abhinav when clearly there is no reason to have Abhira marriage this soon after the death of Muskan’s brother. It’s ok that Akshara and Abhir need to move on in life but which child can move on within just 1 month of his father’s death, which wife move on within just 1 month of her husband’s death 🤷♀️ This is where Abhira reunion and marriage become wrong. Fandomara and Sanam, this is another reason why I say Prachi’s character is being forcibly degraded, because it’s not shown just in PRANBIR relationship , but in other aspects as well.
Even if we agree that Prachi’s distrust about Ranbir and her nature to believe anything bad regarding him is natural progression by now, yet it doesn’t affect her other capabilities, right?? Distrust about PRANBIR is not related to her capabilities of being a mother??
Prachi could have been shown to actively search Khushi, and somehow reach the place where she was kept. And it could have been shown that Prachi saves Khushi but Ranbir saves both Prachi and Khushi from the goons.
If Prachi was being highlighted only as Khushi’s mother since June onwards, then at least she could have been shown an efficient mother who is capable of rescuing her daughter from danger??
