Kumkum Bhagya 24th January 2024 Written Episode, Written Update on TellyUpdates.com

The Episode starts with Palki stopping Poorvi and tells that she is happy that she is marrying RV. She hugs Poorvi and whispers to her that there is something wrong with them, and asks her to get ready to run. She lifts Jasbir’s veil. Prachi identifies him and says Jasbir. Palki asks if he is Jasbir. She pushes them and runs with Poorvi. Jasbir and Tiger catch them. Shaurya comes to their rescue and asks how dare you to touch them. He fights with Tiger and Jasbir. Then they hold him and beat him. Shaurya pushes them and then beats and kicks them. Shanaya comes there and says I will call Police. She says hello Police…Jasbir and Tiger run away from there. Palki tells that Poorvi had told her about Jasbir. RV is coming there. Shanaya asks Poorvi not to tell RV now, and don’t spoil her marriage due to Jasbir. RV asks if everything alright. Shaurya says we will be leaving now. RV asks them to wait till the marriage happens. Palki asks RV to make sure that nobody takes his would be wife as Poorvi is good. Shanaya congrats them. Palki asks RV to take her with him. RV takes Poorvi with him.

Everyone sees RV and Poorvi coming there. Harman asks Harleen not to worry and says nothing wrong will happen. Dadi comes there and says he troubles me a lot. Dadu asks who, I? She says yes, you. Dadu dances on the song main nikla gaddi leke…..with Dadi. Everyone cheers for them. Pandit ji asks them to come to the havan kund and says now we can lit up the fire. Jasbir gets angry watching from outside. He comes to someone’s house and knocks on the door. Tiger asks why did we come here? Jasbir tells that he will not let Poorvi marry RV. The eunuch Khushboo opens the door. Jasbir asks if she knows Prachi? Khushboo says she had helped someone. Jasbir asks her to bless Poorvi and him to be together always. Khushboo blesses him. Jasbir says not here, and asks her to come.

RV and Poorvi start taking the rounds, when eunuchs come there. Poorvi tells RV that he is Jassi. RV asks them to stop dancing and says Jasbir is in the saree. Everyone gets shocked. Ashok says Jasbir will not be saved now. They ask him to lift the veil. Jasbir refuses, and says we lift veil once in a year, it is a ritual. RV asks him to show his face else leave. Ashok says we will call Police. RV’s Chacha asks who are you. Vikrant says we shall throw them out. Dadu says we don’t want to ruin the moment here. Harman says I will call Police now. Khushboo lifts the veil and shows her face, as she is one among them. Vishaka says she is Khushboo. Prachi says Khushboo ji…you. Khushboo says nobody insulted us, never. She says we have come here, as Prachi has helped their Mausami, and that’s why she came to bless her daughter. She says we will leave. Poorvi apologizes and says we saw someone in the veil. They all apologize to them, and asks them to bless the couple. RV’s Chachi also asks them to bless the couple.

Harman says you shall dance until then the rounds will happen. Jasbir says misunderstanding is cleared, until then lets nacho. He throws the gulaal in the air and then in the havan kund, as Poorvi and RV taking rounds. The place gets smoky. RV holds Poorvi’s hand as she is coughing. Jasbir comes out and tells Tiger that Poorvi has become shameless to let RV hold her hand. Tiger says we shall leave her. Jasbir says she is my life, shall I kill myself. He says I will marry Poorvi anyhow, and will try all my life. He asks him to say that you will kidnap Bhabhi from mandap. Tiger tells it. Jasbir says say it like a man. They say it loudly.

Precap: Jasbir kidnaps Poorvi and takes her from there. Rajveer sees Jasbir taking Poorvi in the car and tells RV that his bride is kidnapped. Prachi hears him shocked.

    Colin you asked why Shaurya won’t save Purvi. Well he did first. He just won’t be able to do it again as he left the wedding.

      Yeah. And that’s so because he is not the ML. ‘Cherry on top’ saving of Purvi, which actually matters would be done with Rajveer’s help, the real ML

      Shaurya and Palki were just sent together to highlight Shaurya’s obsession towards Palki and kkb cast to warn Palki against him. This little jaunt in kkb actually worsened Shaurya’s character

    Shaurya’s sniffing Palki’s hair in wedding hall full of people was so disgusting, even those who identify themselves as SHALKI shippers on Twitter expressed disappointment about it. Makes you wonder the purpose for which Nagpal sent them together there

    Saw an article which says Krishna has left kkb because he got a other project . I will be glad if that happens but Pranbir chapter should get closed first does anyone think this is true. I would love to see him in another project and Mugdha as well

    First 2 months after leap the trp was stuck between 1.3-1.4

    Then it rose to 1.5 due to one 6 days week, and now stuck on this for last 2 weeks (and dunno how many more 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️)

      Initially makers not shown pranbir, now they cameup with hit&miss scenes, prachi ,ranbir scenes,dream sequences and little softside redemption for ranbir remembering prachi without any hate dialogues. This is my opinion this can be possible for 1 point rosen

    If during the period that I didn’t watch the series the script was as bad as it is now, then I’m ready to take back my words that the rating fell back because of Pranbir. And it’s not about the plot, but about its presentation. It seemed to me that the track with Prakshay’s fake wedding was not bad in itself, but if it was shot as badly as Rajvi’s wedding, then it is not surprising that it had a bad rating.

    It is only thanks to Rajvi’s chemistry that this nonsense has at least a 1.5 rating, without them such a pathetic script would have been rated even worse. Perhaps even Abzhigya would not have been given a rating with such nonsense.

    I’ll express my opinion about Krishna’s expected departure… I think that if his contract ends in February, then he could well sign a new contract with another series. He can finish his job at KKB in February and immediately start a new one. I don’t know if this news is true or not, but February is coming soon, it may well be so.

    And also, I recently read that KKB’s start was not good, in the second week of broadcast they were the 8th series on the channel out of 9, but already in the 5th week the rating increased so that they began to take leading positions. And in fact, the very beginning was not very interesting and the heroes met only in episode 9. What I mean is that with a good script even now the rating can increase significantly, the trouble is that it doesn’t look like Nagpal will ever return to the muse that helped him write the script for such a masterpiece as KKB was from 2014 to 2019.

    I can’t even believe that this same Nagpal was the author of KKB even in his best years… But most likely it was due to the fact that he is now working on too many scripts. Maybe he wouldn’t be so bad now if he focused on one scenario instead of many.

    Seeing rajvi storyline can’t feel any jealousy on them. Feels pity on them it is so bad than abhigya and pranbir storyline with baseless dragging..they are giving so much promotion but without good plot😵‍💫😵‍💫

    Are there so many of them? This week even Pranbir had more scenes than Rajvi. Even if they were stupid, there were still more of them than usual. And Rajvi, even though it was their wedding, there weren’t really any normal scenes.

      As I keep saying, this crossover has to be the stupidest idea Nagpal has come up with so far… till now his logical mistakes used to be indirect and abstract. But this union of two stories that are at least 20 years apart in current time is beyond ridiculous, and I am actually surprised that there seems to be not even a single person there intelligent enough to tell Nagpal that this is dumbest idea

    This is how you look at it… While RV’s true motives for marrying and his past are not clear, can you say what this story is about?

      Do you need to have the full background information to actually determine whether a story has began??
      The finer details of their plot will be revealed as time goes on, but it cant be said their story hasnt started. How did they end up in the mandap if their story hasnt started?? Did they just go and sit their because there wasnt any other open seats??

    The story that ‘doesn’t start’ even after almost 3 months worth of episodes are over, automatically reveals itself as failure.

    ‘Saying nothing with a lot of words’, or in this case, having conveyed almost nil in almost 90 episodes is a mark of ineptitude, not ingenuity

    The reason this leap is a failure because the objective for which it was claimed to have been taken, boost of trp, that objective has failed.

    Coincidentally, another show, YRKKH, took generation at the same time as kkb so we have another story in same category, generation leap, to compare kkb with, and trp comparison of both the shows clearly show that kkb leap is a vast failure, and this is particularly true because Rishta leap story already had a challenge with their leap: massive discontent of ABHIRA fans..

    We can safely assume that Rishta lost an entire fanbase in ABHIRA, so most of their current viewers are in majority, watching for the story, not the plot, so Rishta trp is majorly of the plot, and this shows that its writer was successful in writing an engaging story, bringing the show from 1.4 trp to current 2.3

    Kkb on the other hand, not only retained PRANBIR fanbase, but it also brought back ABHIGYA fans like Anna, and Abrar fans, so kkb has actually 3 varieties of fanbase, and despite this support Nagpal has utterly failed in lifting the trp

    In my opinion, both the Rajvi and even their story, although it is not completely clear, are quite interesting, and would bring a good increase in TP, if implemented more competently. Boredom is created by too many unnecessary scenes of minor characters.

    I wrote that it depends on what you mean by this concept. Those who write that the story has not yet begun believe that it will begin from the moment the Rajvis get married, or at least RV’s past and his motives will become clear. I probably also cannot say that their story has not yet begun, but for me it began not immediately after the leap, but after Purvi’s marriage to Ashuntosh was dissolved.

    He had enough time to make the jump more thoughtful, but his problem is that he writes the script for too many sertals. Ekta should limit the scope of his work. It doesn’t matter where he will be fired, I think if he had been left to work only at the KKB, the same masterpiece could have been released as in 2014-2019, and not “why what to shoot” as now.

YRKKH doesn’t need much intelligence… This is an adaptation of the Bengali TV series Kusum Dola, just like the first generation of ghum… Still, slightly changing an existing script is easier than creating it from scratch. I’m not saying that it’s bad, since the audience is watching it, it means they haven’t gotten tired of this story yet. But the work of screenwriters in cases of adaptation is still simplified.

    True, after that I changed my mind, because when I watched the KKB script before that it was not so pitiful, and now I am ready to believe that it is still Nagpal’s responsibility, and not the actors.

    It is amazing that Nagpal writes such drivel. This series is degenerating so badly what was need to bring other bhagya actors .for trp did nothing.people are watching for hit and misses . And nobody is wandering were Kushi went . Even Prachi and Bua as well and rv not wondering what drum is doing in his room. This week bringing preeta and bl leads for trp this is ridiculous. Cousins are being shown there age differences. When preeta comes what will she be to Prachi . This show is going downhill .and even Ekta is doing nothing . I am waiting for Pranbir to leave then I am done just waiting for pranbir outcome and kushi meeting her father I do not careabout her relationship with rv.
