The Episode starts with Jassi telling Nethra that she is responsible for Sahil’s murder and had planned his murder, yes or no. Nethra says it is not truth. Jassi says if you need proof against Nethra, then you have to freed me, and says I don’t want to go with Police, I didn’t do anything, had just talked. He says this is a deal, inexchange of my freedom, proof against Nethra. He asks if you agree or not? Poorvi agrees for it. Jassi says ok, I have proof, she has accepted in front of me that she got her boyfriend Sahil killed. He plays the recording in which Nethra telling Jassi that she made the news reach him that Sahil and RV are meeting and he will tell the truth to RV, and says she knew that he will get angry when Sahil refuses to hear him. She says Sahil would make anyone get angry, and says I know what happens when you get angry. Jassi says so you have planned his murder. Nethra says yes, and says what I got from him.

RV gets angry and says I don’t raise hand on women, as I respect them, they are sensitive and delicate. He says you are not just cunning, but betrayal, cheater and can kill anyone. She says you didn’t leave your boyfriend who used to love you. He says Dadi said right that you are black spot on womanhood. He says you have played with many lives, and says you have no humanity. He says what you have done with me, raised question on my name and character,I was silent, and says then you involved my family. He says you made me see my mother’s tears, Dadi and Dadu got unwell. He says nobody sit peacefully even for a moment, and says I was quiet as I didn’t want to hurt them, and says I was sacrificing myself by doing this marriage. He says thanks to Poorvi, she told me who you are, she gave me new life and showed your truth infront of everyone. He says if you was a man then I wouldn’t have left you to see your face to anyone.

Harleen asks RV to stop it and tries to pacify him. Poorvi tells Inspector that this much proof is enough for her arrest. Inspector says it is enough to get her punished and asks Constable to arrest her. Nethra says nobody can arrest me and runs upstairs. Jassi asks Police to catch her. He silently tries to leave from there. Nethra collides with the table and the knife falls down from the basket. She takes the knife and comes down. Everyone sees her coming down holding knife. Nethra asks everyone to move back and says let me go, else I will not leave anyone.

Poorvi says don’t do this, else you will repent. Nethra says you all will repent, and says so much happened, but even now I will win. Poorvi takes file from reporter and throws at her knife. Nethra drops the knife down. She picks it and holds Poorvi on knife point, blaming her for stopping her marriage, and ruining her planning. RV says you have already done so much madness and asks her to leave Poorvi. Khushi says if anything happens to her then I will not leave you. All the family members ask her to leave Poorvi. Nethra says she has become my life’s curse and eclipse, and says I will not leave you. Poorvi pushes her and runs to safety. Harman asks if you are fine. Nethra runs towards Poorvi to stab her, but RV comes infront of Poorvi and gets stabbed on his stomach. She takes off the knife. RV holds the knife and looks at her. Nethra is about to stab him again, when Police comes and arrests her.

Everyone rushes to RV. Harman and Harleen ask someone to call ambulance. Khushi is in shock and recalls RV taking the knife stab on himself to save Poorvi, and recalls Armaan slapping her asking her to keep her eye sight low.

Harman, Harleen, Monisha and Khushi rush RV to the hospital. Nurse asks if you got FIR filed. Harleen says we will do it, and asks her to get him admitted. Monisha argues with Nurse and says nothing is important than RV’s life. Doctor comes there and asks why they are shouting. Monisha says rules are such that we have to shout. She says whatever happened is infront of Police, and asks him to get him treated, and asks him to see RV’s condition. Doctor says this is Police case and we do the work as per law. Nurse says they didn’t file the FIR. Harman tells that we don’t have time to go to PS now. Monisha asks Doctor to admit him, but Doctor refuses to treat him until FIR is filed. Monisha asks him to admit him else he will die.

Harleen says my son will not die, if anything happens to my son then I will not leave anyone. Poorvi comes there running and gives FIR copy to the Doctor. She tells Harman that she had gone to PS and got FIR done, as she knew that they will not treat him without FIR. She asks Doctor to save her husband, and asks if rules are important than someone’s life and remind them about their swear when they become Doctor.. She pleads infront of him to save him. Nurse says emergency room is vacant. Doctor says let us check him. Monisha says I will go with him, but she falls on the wall and gets injury. Doctor asks them to get her bandage done. Harleen takes her from there. Poorvi and Khushi look at RV, as he is getting treated. Khushi says RV is a nice guy. Poorvi says he is very good man, and tells that he has risked his life for me, this is not the first time, he has done this before also. Khushi asks how can anyone love someone, to this extent.

Poorvi says don’t know if he loves me or not, but we are good friends. She says when he loves someone then how he will be, with her. Khushi recalls and a fb is shown, she tells her friend that RV can do anything with her sister as he hates her. Her friend says he will not do anything, as he loves you even now, his hatred is love, and tells that he can make friends, but his love is you. Fb ends. Khushi gets teary eyes. Poorvi asks what happened? Khushi says nothing. Doctor comes out and asks them to arrange A positive blood. He asks her to ask his parents. Poorvi asks Khushi to be there and goes to arrange the blood. Khushi thinks who does this for anyone and thinks RV is good for Poorvi. She goes inside.

Poorvi asks the hospital blood bank, but A positive blood is not there. The lady asks her to talk to the family members, and says she will talk to the other blood banks. Poorvi calls Armaan and asks him if his blood group is A positive. Armaan asks what happened? Poorvi tells him that Nethra stabbed RV and he needs blood. She asks for his blood group. He says my blood group is not same, and says I will enquire in my office. He asks her not to worry and says nothing will happen to RV. He asks if Khushi is there. Poorvi says yes. He ends the call and calls Khushi, but her phone is unreachable. He gets mad and shouts Khushi.

Khushi recalls and a fb is shown. RV gives her biscuits to eat with tea, but she gives the biscuits to the couple sitting there, and makes faces. Later she recalls RV taking care of her, when she meets with an accident. She reminds his words that we come to know about the importance of life, when something happens with us, and then we find out that life is a blessing and true relation is understood. She says whatever he said, that small thing happened, and now everything to be good.

Precap: Armaan asks Khushi if you love RV even now. Khushi says yes, I love him even now. Armaan gets angry. Harleen blesses Poorvi to be happy, stay with RV and says your husband shall be with you. Armaan tries to suffocate RV to death and presses pillow on his nose.
