While Karan prepares to explore the hospital alone, Prarthna, waiting for Raunak, accidentally collides with him. He apologizes and helps her with the reports, noticing her dizziness and reviewing her DNA results. Concerned, he asks about her situation. She shares her search for her mother, and in return, Karan opens up about his own quest to find his lost love, Preeta. Overhearing nurses mention a coma patient named Prerna, Karan feels a sudden surge of hope. The two embrace, shedding tears of happiness as the senior nurse asks them to complete formalities to avoid complications for Raunak.

Meanwhile, Karan searches for Preeta, asking hospital staff for help. The Zaveri family arrives at the hospital looking for Raunak. Gayatri rushes to inform him, and he faces his emotional family. Smita, distressed by Raunak’s injuries, lashes out at Prarthna, blaming her and cruelly revealing that Seema has disowned her, calling her a curse. Just then, Purvi steps in, defending Prarthna. She firmly declares that Prarthna is not alone—she is her daughter, Pragya Malhotra, and she has a mother who loves her.
