Kishan and Gayatri visit an unconscious Prarthana and wish her a swift recovery. Gayatri, aware of Kishan’s deep love for Prarthana, consoles him and informs him that Purvi bravely fought the goons, saving both Raunak and Prarthana. Kishan believes Purvi might be Prarthana’s mother, driven by a hidden bond. He breaks down in sorrow.
Elsewhere, Payal pressures Bhavesh to kill Prarthana, and he agrees for money. Baa questions Kinjal for hiding the truth. Kinjal confesses fear held her back, suspecting Harsh and Payal’s marriage was accidental. Mayank reveals Raunak confronted Bhavesh and assures them Raunak loves Prarthana and will be alright. Harsh confirms Raunak’s love.
Raunak arranges a DNA test, explaining Purvi and Prarthana’s connection to the nurse and asking for help reuniting them. The nurse agrees. Purvi visits the inspector, who is relieved she didn’t flee. The inspector suspects Prarthana is Purvi’s daughter based on her emotions. Purvi reveals her daughter is named Pragya and shares her painful past. The inspector is moved and vows to help.
Gayatri tries to comfort Kishan. Raunak arrives and thanks Kishan for saving Prarthana. Kishan expresses gratitude in return. Raunak admits Prarthana has become his life. Gayatri gets emotional. Raunak stays outside the ward while Kishan follows Gayatri.
Meanwhile, Bhavesh and his friends plot to kill Prarthana but worry about CCTV exposure. He decides not to risk it and orders a retreat. Raunak receives the DNA test results, confirming Purvi is Prarthana’s mother. Payal calls Bhavesh, demanding answers. He refuses to get jailed for murder, prompting her to insult him and seek another killer.
Bhavesh’s friends urge him to reconsider for money. He agrees, planning to disguise himself for the hospital attack and calls Payal to confirm the hit. The nurse informs Raunak that Prarthana has regained consciousness. He rushes to meet her.
