Purvi attempts to admit Prarthna, Raunak, and the inspector, but the nurse explains the influx of train accident patients. Purvi pleads, and the doctor agrees to treat them, asking her to wait outside while he does his best.

Kishan informs Seema about Raunak and Prarthna’s hospitalization, urging her to visit. Seema refuses, calling Prarthna a curse and cutting ties. Kishan threatens divorce if she doesn’t accept Prarthna, leaving Seema stunned. Meanwhile, Raunak regains consciousness, calling for Prarthna. Purvi sees Prarthna and prays for her recovery.

Raunak insists on seeing Prarthna despite the doctor’s initial refusal. Grateful to Purvi, he expresses his worry. Purvi feels an inexplicable bond with Prarthna, describing a motherly connection. Meanwhile, Praful boasts about their rising power over the Zaveris, while Payal vows to claim Raunak. Praful plans revenge on the Zaveri business, and Ketki agrees to handle Payal.

Mayank confides in Kinjal about Raunak’s love for Prarthna and his intent to marry her. Payal visits Bhavesh, offering a deal to kill Raunak and Prarthna in the hospital.

Kishan arrives at the hospital, questioning Gayatri about Seema’s absence. Gayatri calls Seema, who refuses to acknowledge Prarthna as her daughter. Purvi donates blood, and Raunak, noticing Purvi’s name, recalls Prarthna’s words about her mother.
