Prarthna rushes to meet Preeta and assures her that Karan is fine. Preeta is relieved that Prarthna trusts her and is glad she cleared her name with the inspector. Prarthna reveals that Preeta will be released soon, and Preeta thanks her. She shares her suspicions with Prarthna and Gayatri, telling them Smita informed her about the food poisoning. Gayatri starts growing suspicious.
After Preeta is released and retrieves her phone, she thanks Prarthna and leaves. Meanwhile, Karan arrives at the police station to inquire about Priya Saluja and senses Preeta’s presence nearby. He rushes out but misses her again as she leaves in an auto. Prarthna looks for Gayatri.
Elsewhere, Neha warns Payal they could get exposed. Smita, overhearing their conversation, learns Shivansh is planning to frame Raunak. Payal tells Smita not to worry and claims she isn’t afraid of Raunak. Smita, determined to protect him, insists that Shivansh is out for revenge and vows not to let the truth come out. She also reveals she’s already handled the situation at the police station.
Gayatri later informs the police inspector that she suspects Smita is the mastermind behind the food poisoning. She’s willing to testify and mentions seeing Payal at the reception. Prarthna gets a call from the hospital and rushes off.
Smita visits Shivansh and emotionally confronts him. She accuses him of trying to ruin Raunak, but Shivansh fires back, questioning her about her “other son.” Smita insists Raunak is her only son. Their argument escalates until Bua Maa intervenes. The police then arrive and arrest Smita for food poisoning. She defends herself, but the inspector insists she prove her innocence at the station. Shivansh tells Bua Maa that Smita’s arrest may be a tactic to shield Raunak.
Ketki informs Payal about Smita’s arrest, leaving her stunned. Ketki accuses Payal of being complicit and slaps her when she tries to deny it. Meanwhile, Kanti advises Raunak to stop pursuing Prarthna and instead focus on comforting Smita, urging him to heal and move on.
Ketki warns Payal to back off from Prarthna, who’s now powerful and responsible for Smita’s arrest. But Payal remains vengeful, determined to expose Prarthna to Raunak and turn him against her in hopes of winning his love. Ketki approves of her plan.
