Fire officers arrive to control the blaze as Raunak tells Payal he’s going to check on Prarthna. When a fire officer asks for help, Mayank allows Raunak to go. Meanwhile, Shivansh, stuck in traffic, grows frustrated and shouts. Prarthna regains consciousness and tells him to drive carefully. She confirms she’s fine and asks about Smita, learning Smita is unconscious. They rush her to the hospital, and Shivansh informs the staff about the fire. Prarthna, feeling dizzy, learns Smita will be treated first.
Raunak, bitter about Shivansh’s presence in Prarthna’s life, drives rashly, causing an accident. A fight breaks out with the car owner, who calls the cops despite Raunak’s apology and plea of emergency. Back at the hospital, Shivansh feels emotional seeing Smita and is comforted by Prarthna, who praises his love for Smita. He updates Bua Maa about the fire and Smita’s condition. Though relieved that Prarthna is safe, Bua Maa shows displeasure about both women. Shivansh fills out Smita’s hospital forms and returns to Prarthna. She reminds him that he is Smita’s son and urges him to stay by her side and give her strength to survive.
Shivansh visits Smita and breaks down, calling her “Maa” and pleading with her not to leave him again. Prarthna sees his vulnerable side and feels proud. Meanwhile, Payal’s father confronts Ketki about Payal’s whereabouts. He reveals the police arrested his guards for setting the Zaveri mansion on fire and that he got them bailed. He fears Payal’s involvement. Ketki lies to him and calls Payal, warning her about the police investigation. She wants Raunak to take the fall for the fire, despite Payal’s objections.
Ketki shares the information with Shivansh’s lawyer, who informs Bua Maa of Raunak’s supposed crime. Shocked, she says Shivansh is at the hospital helping someone. Shivansh, still emotional, pleads with Smita to return and explain why she left him. The doctor intervenes and tells him not to disturb her. Prarthna comforts Shivansh and urges him not to give up hope. When he lashes out, she smiles and calls him adorable. Though he tries to brush her off, she asks him to forgive Smita, leaving him stunned.
