Kumkum Bhagya 1st November 2023 Written Episode, Written Update on TellyUpdates.com

The Episode starts with Akshay telling Prachi that Ranbir and you are real parents of Khushi, there are other formalities which I will complete till marriage. Prachi says I don’t know how to thank you. Akshay tells her that he got his friend back and will never let this friendship end. Prachi thanks him holding his hand. Akshay asks if she is happy, then make him have coffee. Prachi says yes and goes calling Sangeeta. Akshay sits down and says Bua ji, I am damn tired.

Pandit ji comes to Kohli’s house and tells that he has seen Ranbir’s kundali, and the next 4 days is heavy for him. Dida asks what is the solution? Pandit ji asks them to be alert and take precaution, as the 4 days are very crucial for him. Ranbir thanks him for coming there and alerting them. Pandit ji goes. Ranbir asks them not to worry, and says nothing can happen to him when they are with him, and asks them to get ready to go to Tandon house.

Vishaka reminds Akshay to be nice with everyone, and be sweet. He asks where is Mihika? Vishaka says it is good that she is not here, she is not like you and can’t pretend, and her anger will be sense by everyone.

The Kohli family comes to Tandon house. The Tandons greet them. Akshay asks if everything alright? Ranbir says yes, why you are asking? Akshay asks if you are missing Prachi. Ranbir says yes. Manpreet asks Akshay to apologize to everyone, for leaving the puja midway. Akshay apologizes to them for claiming rights on her, who doesn’t belong to him. He apologizes. Dida says we shall make a new start. Akshay says thanks Dida and asks if I can call you Dida. Dida says yes, I am your Dida also.

Pallavi says we shall start afresh. Ashok asks Manpreet to bring Prachi for the rasam. Vikram thanks Ashok and says Prachi was not with us since a long time, so you have taken care of her like a daughter and gave her love and happiness which we couldn’t give her. Ashok says Prachi is my daughter and it is God’s blessing that I could love her. Vishaka thinks he doesn’t care for his own daughter, and thinks she shall not say anything.

Prachi comes there with Manpreet. Pallavi hugs her happily, then Dida hugs her. Pallavi does Prachi’s aarti and makes her have sweets. She then gives her shagun, and says you know what this shagun means. Prachi smiles. Pallavi says you are our house bahu now. Prachi gets up and touches her feet. Pallavi blesses her. Prachi touches Dida’s feet. Dida hugs her. Prachi then touches Manpreet’s feet. Vikram blesses her. Prachi then hugs Ashok and takes his blessings. She then takes Vishaka’s blessings. Dida tells that Prachi and Ranbir will be marrying for the first time, with all the rituals. Akshay says we have to do Ranbir’s rasam also. Manpreet does Ranbir’ aarti and then make him have sweets. Akshay asks him to smile and says you are getting Prachi. Ashok says now everyone will have sweets. Vishaka says Ashok.

Akshay is having sweets. Ranbir says it is too sweet and asks why you are acting to be sweet, I know what is in your heart, so don’t act. Akshay smiles, makes him have sweet and goes.

Khushi says it will not happen. Mihika tells Khushi that they will take you far away from here. Mihika says I love you a lot and you will go away from here. Khushi tells that their house is not far. She wipes her tears. Mihika says if you are not here, then who will wipe my tears. Khushi says she is here for her, and tells that when she is not here, then she shall wipe her own tears. She asks her to be happy for her parents’ marriage. Mihika asks her to go and tell outside that she don’t want them to be married, and she wants her Papa to marry her (Mihika), and says if she does this then she will give her clothes, bangles etc. Khushi is confused.

Ranbir comes to the kitchen and asks Prachi to guess why he has come here. Prachi says I think you need tea. Ranbir says I can spend time with you alone, and now I have special permit. Prachi asks him to go from there. Ranbir says you look good in this ornament. She says she didn’t wear any ornament. He asks her to see what she is wearing and says this shy ornament. Prachi feels shy and asks him to go, else she will go. He tells her about his dream and says she was about to kiss him in the dream. Prachi says Akshay did what I didn’t think even in my dreams, and tells that he has named 100 percent custody on my name. Ranbir says Akshay is doing this to impress you. Prachi says you can’t deny that he is a good friend and asks Ranbir to thank Akshay. Ranbir says Khushi is our daughter and she wants to stay with us, and says she was calling me super papa when I saved her. Prachi asks are you jealous. Ranbir says why will I be jealous? Akshay hears their argument and smiles. Vishaka comes and takes him from there. Prachi asks him not to understand if he don’t want to be and praises Akshay, saying he always stood by her, for Khushi. Vishaka tells Akshay that Prachi was praising you and saying you are good. Akshay says she was arguing with Ranbir for me. Vishaka laughs and says yes. Akshay says I felt this same jealously as Ranbir, when he came in my life. He tells that the jealousy ruins everything, and this time Ranbir is jealous, and this jealousy will burn everything. He says this is happening due to my conspiracy. He says this is happening due to your advice and thanks her for her support. Vishaka says I regard you as my first son and says if I have to do wrong to make Prachi yours, then will do it. Akshay tells that even I will do anything to get and win Prachi, and asks her to see how her son will win. Vishaka says yes. Akshay smiles. Ashok, Manpreet, Pallavi and Vikram pose for the photo.

Ranbir searches for Akshay. Dida asks where is that good guy? Dida asks who? He says Akshay. Dida says you are jealous. Ranbir says no. Pallavi asks why you are burning. Vikram says she means upset. Ranbir says it is not like that. Dida says I feel that Prachi said something good about Akshay which upset him. Pallavi says he got Prachi now, and he has right on her. Manpreet says Prachi is also lucky to have it. Prachi brings tea and gives to Ashok, Vikram and others. She tells Manpreet that she gave tea to Bua ji and says she is coming with Mihika. Manpreet says she was not here. Pallavi says Mihika couldn’t get what she wants. Manpreet says she will understand slowly.

Prachi comes to Ranbir and gives him tea. She asks what happened? Ranbir says everything is fine according to you, but why don’t you understand. Prachi says Akshay is good at heart and knows that they are good friends. Ranbir asks when he had misunderstanding that you both love each other? Prachi says everyone used to call us husband and wife and that’s why…Ranbir says Akshay thought that he will make you fall in love, but I came inbetween. Prachi says sorry. She says she will go. Ranbir stops her and sips tea, says it is sugarless. Prachi tastes it and says it is good. Ranbir asks her to show and drinks.

Precap: Ranbir tells everyone that Pandit ji told him that the marriage mahurat will be day after tomorrow. Mihika asks Akshay, how he will feel when Prachi gets pregnant with Ranbir’s child again. She asks what that child calls you, Mama? Akshay asks Khushi to promise him that she will love him more than Ranbir. Khushi promises him. Akshay looks on.

    Prachi could have gotten the custody by getting married to Ranbir as well. Condition was she should be married, not that she must be married to Akshay

    Problem wasn’t the leap itself but separating them again and that too by fighting.

    PRANBIR could have been shown to bond through Panchi’s assumed death and somehow get her back without knowing it’s her, and then leap.

    Or if they had to separate then it should have been Prachi’s accident while saving Panchi

    If none of these then at least the after-leap story shouldn’t have focused on Khushi by completely sidelining PRANBIR’S story as married couple..

    There were many ways to make the story successful despite 6 years leap but guess Nagpal purposefully wanted to ruin PRANBIR

    Not just 2 years. As long as they showed their story. Imagine, people have held on to PRANBIR despite the shittiest Imaginable plot which doesn’t even focus on them as a couple. Then if the story focused on them then KRISHDHA obsessed people would devour their story even on repeat mode

    According to news Krisdha will stay only two week After leap . Ranbir will be in jail

    So the two week of Krishna will be shown only in flashback not in Real Time ? How Pranbir will unite and make their exit together if Krishna as ranbir will be show only in flashback ? It was I don’t understand

    So I don’t know ranbir will be alive or dead..as they are going to show marriage, resort and court room drama after leap so if ranbir will be in fb of prachi they won’t do look test of ranbir and he can be shown dead.

    I don’t mean this in any bad way but does Mugdha not fast on Karwa Chauth? Is that a Marathi thing or something? I’ve never seen her talking about this occasion, fasting or celebrating it. Compared to other festivals like Navratri, Ganesh Utsav etc she proudly celebrates those and always gives interviews but I’ve never seen her about Karwa Chauth

    ‘India’ doesn’t have any single culture, celebrated uniformly across entire nations..different communities have different festivals, e.g. North India, Holi is a festival of colours while Lohri is where there’s bonfire into they throw grains etc, but in Maharashtra as far as I know there is no Lohri… bonfire is done on Holi, while festival of colours is Rang Panchmi.

    Dussehra is also not celebrated in all of India, because it’s symbol of Ram’s triumph over Ravan BUT there are tribes who worship Ravan so for them mere the concept of Dussehra is insult.

    Maharashtra has Gudhi Padwa which is new year beginning of Hindu calendar, but it’s not celebrated outside Maharashtra. But Maharashtrians don’t celebrate Teej unlike North Indians.

    Thanks Colin for explaining. I thought so. I realised too she didn’t speak much about the festival in the interview whereas Krishna was overexcited that’s why I was intrigued.
    It must be hard for Mugdha though as her character is the opposite and celebrates all the stuff she doesn’t. Even though it’s acting but sometimes it reflects on you too

      I don’t think so, it’s hard. Otherwise imagine, cross religious actors performing rituals not prescribed in their own religion…would you say it’s ‘hard’ for them to act to celebrate those festivals, e.g. Abrar who is a Muslim, doing a Hindu marriage?

That’s why I have a lot of respect from marriage couples of complete opposite castes because culture clashes which is actually common never got in between them.     From what I understand, encounter is when a criminal is trying to run away from the police and in efforts to catch him, police accidentally kill him..that’s what an encounter is from what I understand. But if Ranbir is already in jail then what encounter are you talking about?? Or does he try to jailbreak, despite himself having taken the blame by own choice?

If you don’t like the culture no point giving an interview you selfish woman. At least respect others beliefs and cultures as they do with yours. Krishna a young man literally spoke about it all as if he’s already got a wife 🤣🤣 that woman most have felt so awkward next to him listening to him but who told her to?     Colin. No one’s gaf about you and your friends. You aren’t celebs. You don’t have fans, paparazzi and audience around you. Mugdha knows what day it was. The segment was partially for KC. But she didn’t even say one word 🤣🤣 her Kashmiri male co star is more maturer than her who hates the festival celebrated by 90% of people she knows. If he wished, why didn’t she?     Prakshay wasn’t that cringy , they was bearable to Watch ( I was worry for nothing) . On the other hand the bgm shown for Akshay is so scary 🤢

    Abhishek IS a good actor , his acting IS very good 👍 . He portrays very well his character to Such a point that sometimes , I feel pity for him Like today during his scene with kushi and also during his scene with Prachi

    But I liked when he was on the bed watching Prachi ( his expression, the bgm 👌 his acting) good actor

      Same, I don’t actually hate Akshay’s scenes like I do for Mihika’s scenes. I don’t know if it’s the writing, the acting, or dynamic between Abhishek and Mugdha, but their scenes are slightly more realistic than Ranbir and Mihika’s scenes. Abhishek really is a good actor, and he pulls off both positive and negative roles. I wish he was utilized more than Mihika.

    Even if Krishna is not there after leap and they will show Ranbir in flash back only, I don’t think they will show Ranbir dead. I think they will keep Ranbir’s character open atleast till Prachi is there in show.

    If ranbir killed ak ..it will be for solid reason ..not a random thing. I think ak and rk will be seeen last time together and ak hide himself and blame will fall on ranbir..and ranbir will be in prison. Prachi went to resort to find ak and she will find ak and ak will try to molest her and ranbir will reach there( ofcours after sensing prachi is in danger he will escape) so here we can see two options rk killed ak ot prachi killed ak and ranbir took the blame…my assumption

      Then bring generation leap. Like ABHIGYA fans continued watching second generation due to ABHIGYA getting good storyline, PRANBIR fans might have watched the 3rd generation if PRANBIR had gotten good storyline

    Frankly speaking showing this as flashback is flop idea to start with because the viewers already know that she failed to prove him innocent….

    What is the suspense in the entire scenario of Ranbir getting accused of Akshay’s murder when it’s already revealed that he was found guilty?? The suspense would have been if it wasn’t revealed whether she succeeds in proving innocent, which requires the entire process to be shown before showing the outcome.

    Now it’s all meaningless. Whether Akshay is really dead or somehow framed Ranbir, whether Ranbir really killed him or not…what value is there of the answers to these questions?? The underline is Ranbir lost 20 years of his life, which is already revealed

    For most people the excitement of watching suspense movie gets drastically reduced if they get to know the ending beforehand

    By already showing that she failed, showing the details of her efforts can bring sympathy at the best but along with that sympathy there will be pity as well, due to knowledge that her efforts are going to end up without yielding any success.

    Instead of excitement, it will only increase anger against Nagpal

      those who are on social media they know that Ranbir would be jailed. but majority TV audience doesn’t know what happens to Ranbir and why is he not with prachi?? why prachi is living with Tondons and not with pallavi. So to get answer of this question TV audience will watch KKB.
      and there it is important to show that prachi did try but failed.
      By the time people would be knowing that Ranbir is in jail but if they will also know that even after trying hard prachi could not save him.
      So it is better to show prachi’s failure in saving Ranbir then not at all show it.
      It will present Prachi as selfish in eyes of audience that Ranbir was sent for 20 years in jail and prachi didn’t even try also. if Ranbir would be in place of Prachi, he would have not let prachi go.

    As has been stated before, this can be achieved by reducing PRANBIR to secondary role of 3rd generation’s FL and keeping them together through 20 years leap. Then they can depart together after Purvi’s marriage

    When PRANBIR aren’t going to be the focus in 3rd generation story, the drama surrounding them is completely unnecessary
