Prarthna prays earnestly for Preeta’s well-being, while Karan also offers heartfelt prayers to Matarani, desperately wishing for a clue about Preeta’s whereabouts. He breaks down, confessing his love for her and fearing that she no longer loves him. With tears in his eyes, he wonders if Preeta misses him and calls out to her in longing. At the same time, Prarthna sees an elderly couple and is reminded of Karan’s words, wishing deeply for the two to reunite. Karan, overwhelmed by emotion, continues to plead for just one chance to meet Preeta.

In a miraculous moment, Preeta regains consciousness and murmurs Karan’s name. Karan, sensing this connection, becomes certain she’s near and vows to find her. A nurse tending to Preeta asks about Karan, curious about her sudden reaction.

Meanwhile, Shivansh instructs Jai to dig into Smita’s background, giving him only two hours to find everything. Jai agrees, understanding the urgency. In the Zaveri household, tensions rise—Smita and Shubhvi chat privately, while Kinjal feels left out, upset that she doesn’t share the same bond with them. Baa, however, is pleased to see Smita and Shubhvi growing closer. Smita receives a call from Payal but refuses to answer and instead asks Shubhvi to call Raunak and bring Prarthna home.

Prarthna rushes to Raunak, who questions if she invited someone. She explains she lost one of the wedding cards, so he hands her another and tells her to invite Nurse Shilpi. Grateful, she sets off.

At the hospital, Preeta finds the Matarani pendant tied around her wrist and tries to recall how she got there. The nurse shares that Prarthna saved her life, calling her appearance nothing short of a miracle. Preeta confirms she’s seen Prarthna before. When given Raunak and Prarthna’s wedding invitation, Preeta expresses her desire to attend and personally thank her. Despite the nurse’s resistance, Preeta insists and sets out.

Prarthna, meanwhile, looks for Shilpi and manages to hand her the wedding invitation. Shivansh arrives at the Zaveri house but hesitates to enter. He spots Smita and becomes visibly angry, though she doesn’t notice him.

Preeta continues searching for Prarthna, determined to express her gratitude. She decides to attend the wedding to bless Prarthna in person. The nurse offers to help her. Meanwhile, Prarthna and Raunak arrive at the temple. She tells him she wants to pray for Karan and Preeta, prompting Raunak to admire her selfless heart. Together, they offer their prayers, with Raunak remarking on Prarthna’s genuine care for others.
