The Episode starts with Harman asking Mr. Mehra to come inside. Harleen asks about his wife. Mr. Mehra says she will parked the car and will come, and says actually she is enjoying driving on the roads here, as she is not scared of accidents. His wife comes there. Mr. Mehra says he will introduce them. Monisha tells RV that Mr. Mehra is different and homely, and not business types. RV says he is different in business meeting. Vikrant says he will go to someone’s house to have coffee, if we don’t impress them then will lose this business opportunity. RV says why did he act with us? Poorvi asks him to be a good host and then see. Monisha asks what you know about business and businessman’s mind. RV says Mr. Mehra is showing himself as a family man. He says we have to do business with him, and shall impress him. The money lender comes to Prachi’s house and asks for the money. He says we have to fold hands to get our money back. Prachi says we will give you money. He says I have to come here. Ashok says we will give you money in 15 days. The money lender says I want money today itself. He says he will get some money by selling utensils and their home.
Dada ji tells Mr. Mehra that he is doing business the right way. Mr. Mehra says he is learning the new ways. Mrs. Mehra tells that she had celebrated festival with business partners, last Diwali was celebrated with Dholakia family. Yug comes there and says you parked the car much inside. Mrs. Mehra says some more guests will also be coming for dinner. Deepika asks how many people will be there. Mrs. Mehra says 5 couples. She says my secretary must have missed, then we will order food from outside. Poorvi says no problem, we will arrange dinner for everyone, they will have home food. Harleen goes behind her and scolds her. Monisha asks why did she act oversmart, and wanted to show that she is the owner. Deepika says Maa was there and would have talked to them. Monisha says but you wanted to show that you run the house. Poorvi says why you are saying like this.
Harleen says let me talk. Poorvi says I thought they challenged us and that’s why I said that, and shall not say oh god, we are not ready, RV comes and says she is right. Deepika asks what she did. She says what has happened in KK’s marriage. Poorvi says it is not my or Maa’s mistake. Monisha says what you knows about business, I have handled such situation before and now will handle too. Harleen asks how you will handle. Monisha says why did they come? She says we shall get food from our restaurant so that they can decide about doing food business with us. Deepika appreciates her idea. RV and Harleen agrees and like her idea.
Mrs. Mehra tells that they will have tea here and will have food in the hotel. Monisha asks why you will have food outside and asks if she likes to have hotel food. Mrs. Mehra says yes. Harleen says I assume that your guests too will like the food. Deepika says why the chef haven’t come to take order and tells Monisha that she should have given him order on phone. Monisha says she has called him here so that she can tell them that the recipe was here, and she had added her personal touch. Deepika likes her idea. Chef comes there. Monisha asks Chef, if food will be made in 1 hour for 25 people. He says he will make it in 45 mins.
Monisha comes out and tells RV that he will be surprised and tells that she has taken the responsibility and there is no chance of mistake. RV says you have handled everything till now and my tension is gone a bit. Monisha says a bit, my love. RV goes. Deepika appreciates her for impressing RV. Poorvi comes to the room and says she said just normally that food will be made and then she understood that it is a business thing. She says she didn’t want to hurt them. RV says I know that you will not hurt me and my family, your heart is clear, and says sorry. Poorvi says you said good and asks if you want to hear thanks from me. She thanks him for supporting her, and asks if he likes her cooking. RV nods his head. Poorvi says Bua would have said, you can shake 5 kgs head, but not 100 gms tongue. He says he is just nodding and asks her not to get upset. She says she is not upset.

Nagpal didn’t have to do either of the things. Ranbir Trishna marriage is neither relevant to RAJVI story nor needed for PRANBIR story. PRANBIR have more than enough misunderstandings to last for lifetime, without adding the third woman to the mix.

Have you ever seen the main character who is not filming for weeks?😅 Even from this you can see how the creators themselves treated his character… Prachi can still be called the main character, on a par with Purvi, although she can have a love line to say no, but she occupies an important place in the series as Purvi’s mother, who fights against difficulties and solves problems. She has a storyline that does not depend on either the 3rd generation or Ranbir (maybe in the end it will be connected with him, but for now she is fighting alone). I don’t know how interested anyone is in this story with financial difficulties, but the fact is that at least Prachi has such a plot, but what is Ranbir’s role?
I belive Mugdha ig story tells she went through all the feedback of marriage track from ig, twitter social media platforms and concluded that ranbir character has buried into ash.she is a person who actually looks for all the feedback.

Unlike 1st and 3rd generations where MLs and FLs are independent, that was not the case with the 2nd generation because if you could remember, the original promos for 1st and 3rd generation have ABHIGYA and RAJVI, whereas the promo for second generation only have the Mehra family, viz. ABHIGYA and their daughters
Which means the plots for 1st and 3rd generations were primarily regarding couples whereas the plot of 2nd generation was regarding Mehra family story, so it doesn’t have an independent Male lead. There were only female leads in second generation and the male lead was going to be whoever gets paired with the FL.
If both Prachi and Rhea were shown as FLs then there would have been 2 MLs. Unfortunately Nagpal turned Rhea into a vamp so there is only one FL of 2nd generation, Prachi, and Ranbir became ML only because he was paired with her.
Now that he isn’t officially Prachi’s partner in story, he isn’t a ML anymore and a side character just like Trishna or Diya or Yug or RV’S parents

It was evident how much hate RV was getting after revelation of revenge plot, so what did Nagpal do? He brought back Ranbir, and degraded him even more, so as to show, you consider RV a monster? But see, Ranbir is even worse who not only ditched his family, also enjoyed life as another woman’s husband.
Proving Prachi’s innocence in food poisoning should either have gone to Purvi, being Prachi’s daughter, Prachi herself or Ranbir being Prachi’s husband. But Nagpal made RV as Prachi’s saviour, and it promptly produced reactions like, what a great man RV is, proved his MIL and wife’s innocence..and see that bigamist, how cheerfully got ready to marry another woman by completely forgetting his family!!
This marriage track has directly made comparison between Ranbir and RV, and portrayed Ranbir as pathetic as compared to RV.
Even if we assume this track developed RAJVI, this needn’t have been Ranbir’s marriage track. RAJVI equation can be developed using any excuse

If the creators wanted to attract viewers to the 3rd generation through showing 2, then they did it in a very strange way… Don’t take my words with hostility, I’m not going to criticize anyone, but at the first stage, Pranbir really hyped up Abhigya’s fans. They did not have a separate promotion, and the maximum that could be attracted to Mugdha’s personal fans was nothing more. Of course, over time they began to attract viewers on their own, but at the very beginning this was not the case. This does not apply to me personally, they were never able to attract me, but I know quite a few Abhigya fans who, in the end, may not have become Pranbir fans, but at least were always interested in them.
But the difference between this and this generation leap is that then the story of Abhigya was not so spoiled, and although some fans abandoned the series after the leap, many continued to watch, and yet there are quite a few who continued to watch after Abhigya’s coma. RV’S character is originally created as pathetic human being, Ranbir isn’t related to that, so RV exercising his revenge and Ranbir becoming Purvi’s saviour isn’t degradation of RV’S character or even glorification of Ranbir’s character. Ranbir isn’t exactly doing something explicitly praiseworthy by saving Purvi from RV. That’s his implicit duty being her father and expected from him
But it wasn’t Ranbir’s original trait to happily marry another woman. Whenever he was made to get prepared to marry Rhea, his reluctance and glum was highlighted. But this time he was shown almost eager and cheerful to marry Trishna in the end. That’s not in line with his original character
So far except marry Purvi, RV hasnt shown to take any other steps to get his revenge for Khushis deeds. He clearly remembers it, but doesnt take actions. He sort of also softens towards Purvi. If they suddenly make him stone hearted again and actually makes him take actions to excercise his revenge, then what?
Given the current story line, there is no need for RV to take steps to have a 1 night stand with Purvi.

Why attract the 3rd generation? Did Pranbir’s meeting promo bring a rating boost? No. And you can write as much as you like about the plot, I even agree with you that this track failed because it failed in plot, and not because of Pranbir. However, the traffic at the moment shows that there are clearly not enough of those who are ready to watch the series for the sake of meeting Pranbir, no matter the plot, to compensate for those who are not attracted to this track. Frankly now even Ranbir’s interactions with Purvi won’t be appreciated, because now he comes packaged with Trishna so Ranbir’s bonding with Purvi also becomes Trishna’s bonding with her, making the 3 of them to give appearance of a family which is infuriating because Trishna doesn’t deserve to be in Purvi’s mother’s place which she will be if Ranbir’s bonding with Purvi is shown

Given that ratings 10 years ago and rating now is not same, Anupama 3 years ago had ratings of 4 and above and only 2.3 now, its not a fair comparison to use raw ratings figures, but rather the shows rankings.
Abhigya had this show consistently in the top 5 for numerous years in terms of rankings.
Pranbir became leads when show was ranked 12th and took as well as kept show a higher ranking for over a year until 5 or 6 months before the leap. So in that sense Pranbir had success. Also Pranbir financially costed a lot less than Abhigya ever did.
Rajvis story is only starting now and can only be judged once 2nd gen is removed.

I agree with this, but what makes you think that with 100% fans leaving, Pranbir trp will not even reach this figure? I’m not talking about an increase, but why should the amount be less? And also with the same logic – what prevented Pranbir fans from watching the series in 2021 when the rating first dropped to 1.3?🤔 The fact that it increased after Abhigya’s coma is a weighty argument, but if everything depended only on those Pranbir or Abhigch fans who watch on them for any plot and any scenes, the rating would always be 2+. I completely agree with you. I’m just writing about the fact that that part of the audience who will watch the series only because of the chemistry of the couple, regardless of the plot, will remain unchanged in any plot, but if the trp depended only on them, it would always be unchanged. For this reason, the plot is also important. And if we talk about the initial stage, then Pranbir had an advantage over Abhigya and Rajvi in that their story could really attract those for whom a normal, non-toxic relationship in a couple is important, and not just chemistry. I wrote about this earlier, and I will repeat it now – KKB will be closed only if the channel actually launches so many new shows after ipl that a maximum of 3 of the old ones will remain. As Pranbirs story financially costed half of what Abhigyas story costed the makers financially, it is expected for Pranbir to produce half the output that Abhigya produced.
Thats why I dont agree with notion of many that Pranbir is a failure. Cause they achieved what the makers wanted them to achieve financially. Yes the story was terrible I dont disagree with that.
But in terms of finance, Pranbir achieved good ratings for makers for over a year at half the cost of Abhigya. As Mudgda and Krishnas salary is half what Sriti and Shabir got. On top of that Pranbirs story only had 7 supporting characters compared to nearly 20 for Abhigya. The Mehra house was a palace compared to the Kohli house.

I’ll write the last one and close this topic. I have already written that there was no sharp increase in TP after the first jump in potency. For 2 months, the rating remained lower than before, compared to the period when rumors about the jump began, and when the first serious failure actually occurred. But TP was able to reach the same mark (2.6) that it had before this failure in the week when the Abhigyas met face to face.
