Shivansh, with Surya in his car, receives a call from his lawyer and informs him he’s on his way to the police station with the culprit. Determined to get justice, he swears to spare no one. Meanwhile, Shakti and his goons trail Shivansh. When Prarthana calls to check on him, he says he’s taking Surya to the police. Upon learning that she confronted Raunak and revealed the truth, Shivansh scolds her for behaving like his wife and reminds her they’re not an ideal couple bound by fate.

As Shivansh continues driving, he notices a tempo tailing him. Prarthana tells him to let it pass, but he says the vehicle is deliberately following him. Meanwhile, Payal calls Shakti and asks if Shivansh has been dealt with. Shakti assures her they’re following him.

Soon, the tempo crashes into Shivansh’s

car in a clear attempt to harm him. Despite Shivansh’s evasive driving and taking a safer route, the truck reappears and hits from the front, forcing his car off a cliff. Shivansh is thrown from the vehicle. Prarthana senses something’s wrong and rushes out, narrowly escaping a fire as her dupatta catches flame. Bua Maa and Tanya witness her panic. Shakti and his goons find Shivansh injured and unconscious. They rescue Surya and leave with him.

Prarthana overhears Shakti informing Payal about the staged accident and is horrified to learn Payal ordered Shivansh’s murder. She rushes to the accident site in a hired taxi, arriving just after Shakti and the goons flee. She begs the driver to help her take the critically injured Shivansh to the hospital. Meanwhile, Payal celebrates, confident that Shivansh won’t survive, hoping to protect Raunak.

At the same time, Raunak, heartbroken, vents to Mayank about how Prarthana ruined his love and friendship. He vows not to let her be with Shivansh and shares that he’s rented a new house. His family, worried, discuss his emotional turmoil, unaware of the accident.

At the hospital, Prarthana pleads with the nurse to admit Shivansh immediately. Shakti and Surya also arrive for the latter’s treatment and spot Prarthana with Shivansh. They quickly hide before she sees them, but her suspicions grow.

Back at Raunak’s home, Smita answers a call on his phone from Payal, who brazenly confesses to orchestrating Shivansh’s accident to protect Raunak. Smita is horrified and demands an explanation. Payal justifies her actions, revealing Raunak’s involvement and claiming Shivansh is a threat. Smita, overwhelmed with emotion, finally reveals the shocking truth—Shivansh is her son. Payal is stunned. Raunak overhears everything and is left in disbelief. Smita breaks down, and the revelation sends shockwaves through the family.
