Shivansh is puzzled by how much he misses Prarthana, despite knowing he should be focused on Bua Maa, Tanya, and Sonalika. He calls Prarthana, who asks if he wants to talk now. Though pressed for time, they share an emotional conversation filled with tears. Shivansh confesses how stuck he feels in life and hints that he may never see her again, fearing he might meet his end. Prarthana urges him to hold on and have faith.
As Shivansh drives, he reveals that his car’s brakes have failed and he might crash. Prarthana advises him to take a detour onto a more isolated road to avoid harming others. The call cuts off due to no network. Determined to save him, Prarthana asks an auto driver to take her to that dangerous road. Spotting a truck nearby, she convinces the driver to stop and help her.
Meanwhile, Sonalika contacts Shivansh, promising to save him and urging him not to give up, even as he describes the speeding car and the imminent danger.
Prarthana enlists the truck driver’s help to place hay bundles on the road to cushion the crash. She remains undeterred by the risks, trusting that Matarani will protect her husband. She loses connection trying to reach Shivansh, who also wishes he could confess his feelings before it’s too late. Just then, they reconnect by phone, encouraging each other to stay hopeful despite the uncertain fate ahead.
As Shivansh approaches, the truck driver and his men quickly arrange the hay. Shivansh’s car crashes into the haystack with a powerful impact, throwing him from the vehicle. Prarthana rushes to him, panicked and calling for immediate medical help.
At the hospital, nurses alert the doctor to the emergency. Meanwhile, Payal questions Vinay about Sonalika’s suspicious behavior. Vinay reveals Sonalika ordered him to sabotage the car’s brakes, hoping to kill Prarthana, but Shivansh had taken the defective vehicle instead. Payal worries for Shivansh’s condition.
Raunak arrives, overhears the news, and rushes out with Payal following. Sonalika, overwhelmed with guilt, ignores calls from her mother but finally answers and admits to making a grave mistake. Her mother consoles her, urging her not to stress as wedding preparations continue.
Back at the hospital, Prarthana recalls Shivansh grasping her hand, though the doctor explains it’s likely a reflex due to unconsciousness. She pleads fervently for his survival as the medical team begins treatment.
Sonalika reaches the accident site, where police inform her Shivansh was saved by a girl who stopped his car with hay bundles. She immediately hurries to the hospital.
The doctor updates Prarthana on Shivansh’s critical state and asks her to stay calm while he promises to do everything possible. Prarthana prays to Matarani, hoping for a miracle.
