Shivansh and Prarthna question each other’s presence at the Zaveri house. When he asks why she’s acting like his wife, she firmly replies that she is his wife. She guides him through the house, revealing her past work there, and he realizes he’s in Smita’s room. To his surprise, an unknown person unlocks the door, setting him free.
Meanwhile, Tanya confronts Bua Maa for poisoning Shivansh’s mind against Prarthna. Bua Maa remains critical of Prarthna’s character, but Tanya defends her and Raunak, recalling how Raunak once protected her. Outside the mansion, Raunak, Payal, and Mayank wait. Payal receives a call from Ketki and reveals that Raunak’s revenge plan against Shivansh is in motion—Zaveri mansion has been set on fire. She coldly adds that neither Shivansh nor Raunak knows Prarthna is inside and assumes both Shivansh and Prarthna will perish in the blaze.
Inside, Prarthna finds Shivansh and urges him to follow her. Despite the growing danger, she insists, and they rush through the burning house. Tanya calls Prarthna, but Shivansh answers and lies that they are at Raunak’s house. Later, he and Prarthna argue. She reveals she came to speak to Smita to resolve the feud between Raunak and Shivansh. Learning Smita is still inside, Shivansh insists on saving her, declaring she’s his mother. Prarthna offers help, rushing off to get towels and blankets. When she returns, Shivansh is gone.
Tanya informs Bua Maa about her call with Shivansh, but Bua Maa is skeptical and accuses her of protecting Raunak. Shubhvi intervenes and is scolded as well. Meanwhile, Shivansh risks his life, dodging flames to reach the storeroom and save Smita. He doesn’t want her to die in the fire.
Tanya admits she has a soft spot for Raunak due to a past incident. Bua Maa dismisses her feelings and decides to leave the scene, taking Tanya with her. Shubhvi watches them go and updates Smita via phone, but the network cuts off. Smita, unable to find a working fire extinguisher, struggles to fight the flames.
As Prarthna searches for Shivansh, Smita vows to save them both. The fire continues to spread, rendering her helpless. Shivansh, injured by a falling beam, is found by Prarthna. She pleads with him to stay conscious and tries to rescue him.
Raunak, unaware of the full disaster, receives a call from Kanti and senses something is wrong. When Shubhvi tells him Smita went back home for a necklace and hasn’t returned, and that Shivansh and Prarthna are at the mansion, Raunak is stunned. Realizing his revenge plan has endangered three lives, he begins to panic.
