The Episode starts with Commissioner telling that why we didn’t think this before, everyone was telling that Poorvi’s mother can’t do this, or Prachi can’t do this. He says why nobody thought like RV that CCTV footage shall be checked. RV tells Commissioner, even you didn’t think and you have given arrest orders. Commissioner says he did what he should have done and he didn’t have any option. RV says I am sorry but, the arrest order shall be the last option for humble people. Harleen tries to stop RV. Commissioner tells that he didn’t like how RV is talking to him, and says it is not proved that Prachi or Poorvi is innocent and asks him not to act smart with me. RV says it is not the matter of smartness and asks if you want to take out your anger on me for something. Harman and Dadu ask RV to calm down. Harman asks Commissioner to understand that he is worried for his wife. Commissioner says all this trouble is happening because of his wife. RV shouts at him and says that his wife is innocent. Monisha tells that she can’t bear that RV is regarding Poorvi as his wife. Deepika reminds Monisha that footage screening will be shown now and she can be seen in it.
Harleen asks RV if he wants to go to jail because of Poorvi. RV says it is the matter of our respect. Harleen asks him to be quiet. The guy says CCTV screening is done and now they can see. Commissioner tells RV that he didn’t get Poorvi arrested because of KK, but if she is shown guilty then will be punished. RV says she will not be there in the footage, as she is my wife, I know her, I trust her fully. He says Poorvi is not careless and haven’t mixed anything in the food. Poorvi comes there with KK and Tashu and gets emotional hearing him.
Amar Dayal hires the goons to kidnap Tashu. RV asks the security guard if the footage is accurate and not compromised. The security says the time will also be there. RV begins checking the footage. Deepika asks Monisha to escape as Police will catch her. Monisha says how can my destiny be so bad. RV says we shall see the footage after 9:30. They all see a lady in shawl mixing something in the dishes. RV tells Commissioner that Poorvi and her mother are innocent and that’s why he was confident. Ranbir thanks RV. Gajendra thanks RV for saving their respect. His wife blesses RV and Poorvi. RV smiles. Monisha thinks thank god, she got saved. Commissioner asks who could do this. Ranbir says Amar Dayal, as he didn’t want the marriage to happen.
Prachi comes there. Commissioner apologizes to her. Diya praises RV for proving Poorvi’s innocence. Prachi thanks RV and then thanks Harleen for giving the good upbringing to RV. She blesses Poorvi and RV and hugs them. RV and Poorvi look at them.
Monisha goes to the room and breaks the things, says RV is Poorvi’s savior. Deepika asks her not to say this. Monisha says she will be caught. Deepika says she will make the footage vanished.

What the writer can do to give Ranbir justification for the 20 year absence with that surname however is Ranbir also thinks Prachi may have moved on with someone else. So based on that thinking he can also believe she no longer stays with the Tandons.
We dont know when Prachis surname suddenly became Tandon.
A situation which I believe the writer wont show, but would still be possible is the following
Ranbir after his misunderstanding resorted to alcohol immediately like minutes after he left the Tandon house. He had a car acident and Trishna saved him. He went into a coma for a couple of weeks or 1 or 2 months. For this there is no need to change any prior story.
He woke up and decided to go to confront Prachi, however the Tandons already left Delhi that time and become poor. He did for a starting period look for Prachi Kohli but found nobody from that name. After a while he gave up and continued with his misunderstanding that Prachi moved on without him.

To be honest, I’m surprised that Prachi’s last name is Tandon, especially since Purvi was Kohli before her marriage.
I don’t know how Indian legislation works, I can only assume that Prachi could have changed her surname even when she married Akshay, and then after her wedding with Ranbir she did not have time to change her documents and ended up keeping her surname Tandon.

Honestly, I liked the connection between RV and Prachi No matter how moronic the plot is now, I like one thing more than during the last jump – that for now at least Prachi is shown as a normal mother and mother-in-law, which is more natural at her age than love suffering. Abhigya, I lacked a normal relationship with my daughters and sons-in-law after their marriage. Here, too, I think that this will continue only as long as Pranbir is still playing hide and seek, but at least they showed something with Prachi as the mother of married daughters.

6 months into generation leap, it’s clear that Nagpal has no idea or direction regarding how to take the plot forward. There seem to be experimentation every 2 weeks, that whether this twist will work or that twist will work.
First he wasted 2 months in Ashutosh Purvi timepass, time that could have actually been utilized to wrap up PRANBIR story. Then 2 weeks RAJVI marriage by illogically doing merger of all Bhagyas, which proved a classic failure since that actually lowered the trp
Then he showed that the Prince charming was actually the assassin in disguise, the black spot on the name of ‘lead’ who’d stooped to doing character assassination of an innocent girl just to get married to her. His reason behind revenge is even more pathetic: he wants to take revenge from his wife’s sister, and for that he will ruin his wife’s life. More disappointingly, his entire family minus grandparents and cousin are in the plan, all ready to ruin an innocent life: which they know to be innocent, to feed the fire in our hero’s heart.
Then our new couple’s honeymoon, which also, lowered the trp, and now we are at marriage track of our 2nd generation ML who has ditched his family, turned his back on his only daughter, and cheerfully marrying another woman with whom he has been living as married couple since 20 years shamelessly, forgetting that he already has a wife and also a daughter. That man who abandoned his own family is now fighting for the honour of the family that mean nothing to him. AND completely irrelevant food poisoning drama that shouldn’t have been there at all
Since November 2023-till today, do you find anything that really links previous track with the next one??

I always thought that ABHIGYA were kept in coma only to enable bigamy track, since if united ABHIGYA got merger with 2nd generation story, bigamy wouldn’t work because obviously ABHIGYA wouldn’t let both of their daughters to be wives of a common man.

I think that the creators sent Abhigya into a coma, and did not kill them right away, only because they themselves were not sure how this would affect the rating and could have brought them back if the rating had gone the other way))) As for Pranbir, they are like as if they are experimenting based on the rating… So far everything is not too rosy. The show was ruined the moment it was revealed that Ranbir survived. I think if Ranbir had died in the accident, we would no longer have to judge him this way. If there was to be a transition to the 3rd generation, this track about Akshay’s death would have been perfect as a transition.
I mean Ranbir accused of Akshay’s murder, could have died and Prachi too while giving birth to Purvi. Thus the new generation would have taken over with on the one hand Khuchi who fought for 20 years to exonerate her late father and restore the image of her family, and on the other hand Purvi, forced to marry RV for money (if only Mihika was the guardian of the two girls). Speaking of her, one could say that after losing the family fortune with the successive deaths of Ashok, his wife, Prachi, Ranbir etc, instead of being committed to an asylum, she would have been made to promise to take care of the two children, a promise that she will only half keep because she sees in Khushi her model (which we already knew) and in Purvi the image of Prachi, the one who would have taken Ranbir from her. The show was ruined the moment it was revealed that Ranbir survived. I think if Ranbir had died in the accident, we would no longer have to judge him this way. If there was to be a transition to the 3rd generation, this track about Akshay’s death would have been perfect as a transition.
I mean Ranbir accused of Akshay’s murder, could have died and Prachi too while giving birth to Purvi. Thus the new generation would have taken over with on the one hand Khuchi who fought for 20 years to exonerate her late father and restore the image of her family, and on the other hand Purvi, forced to marry RV for money (if only Mihika was the guardian of the two girls). Speaking of her, one could say that after losing the family fortune with the successive deaths of Ashok, his wife, Prachi, Ranbir etc, instead of being committed to an asylum, she would have been made to promise to take care of the two children, a promise that she will only half keep because she sees in Khushi her model (which we already knew) and in Purvi the image of Prachi, the one who would have taken Ranbir from her. Hence from childhood she will try to pit them against each other.
I would have liked that to be the case. I think this story of misunderstanding between Ranbir and Prachi makes no sense. If the writers wanted to introduce a third generation, why leave the second generation in the show, especially in a lead that no one wants to see.
