Tanya informs Shivansh that Prarthna has managed the crisis effectively and praises her efforts. Shivansh is impressed and asks if she knows who caused the incident. When she inquires, he reveals that Raunak is responsible, having already threatened him. Tanya defends Raunak, believing he’s heartbroken and just wants Prarthna back, not capable of such malice. Shivansh, however, warns her that she doesn’t know Raunak’s limits and insists he can’t be trusted.
Meanwhile, Kanti questions Raunak about his actions. Raunak insists he only wants Prarthna back and blames Shivansh for ruining his life. When Kanti urges him to reconsider, Raunak shuts down the conversation. Later, Raunak and Shivansh confront each other, but Smita intervenes. As she looks at Shivansh, her eyes reflect a sense of affection, recalling memories from his childhood. Bua Maa notices Smita’s emotional reaction and worries that Shivansh might reveal the hidden truth to her. She wants to keep Smita in the dark and calms Shivansh down.
Smita is later seen speaking to the inspector, blaming Priya Saluja for the food poisoning. Gayatri, on the other hand, becomes suspicious of a woman in a veil—Payal—and wonders about her identity. Smita manipulates the situation to frame Preeta. Payal also tries to stay informed and hidden. Shivansh defends Priya and accuses Raunak, who denies all allegations. The inspector warns them to stop arguing and assures that the real culprit will be arrested soon. Bua Maa asks Shivansh to focus on the guests’ treatment at the hospital.
Later, Raunak wants to talk to Shivansh, but Kanti and Smita tell him to wait until the next day. Gayatri follows Payal and sees her talking to Neha. Alerted by Gayatri’s presence, Payal tells Neha to leave and meet her later, refusing to give her money on the spot. Gayatri approaches them, prompting Payal to reveal her true feelings—she blames Prarthna for stealing Raunak and rejoices that Prarthna has now lost him too. She questions Prarthna’s love for Raunak, claiming she never truly cared. Gayatri is left confused by Payal’s resentment. Payal curses Prarthna, wishing she never finds love or happiness.
Back at the hospital, Shivansh meets Prarthna and thanks her for her composed handling of the emergency. She updates him on the patients’ recovery. A doctor joins in, commending Prarthna’s efforts in ensuring everyone receives timely treatment.
