Kumkum Bhagya 17th January 2024 Written Episode, Written Update on TellyUpdates.com

The Episode starts with Diya telling Poorvi that this color lehenga will look good on her. Poorvi says this color suits everyone. Diya says I burn, but gives light to others, and tells that whatever she says is from the depth of her heart. Poorvi says you gets so angry. Diya says for you and says you are my only sister and I love you a lot, I get angry when my words are taken lightly. Poorvi says you are a big nautanki, and reminds her that Khushi is their sister. Diya says yes, but you are more dear to me as God has made me as medium to connect with you. She asks her to close her eyes and see. Poorvi closes her eyes and sees RV. Diya says you have seen RV then and now also. Poorvi realizes something and goes.

Beena asks Ashutosh to have food, and tells that she can’t work anymore. Ashutosh asks shall I cook food now. Beena asks him to get married and bring cook home. Ashutosh says I was marrying, but you couldn’t wait and called Poorvi home and made her cook so much food. Beena says you are blaming me and asks him to see himself. Ashutosh says he is wearing ironed shirt. Beena asks him not to open her mouth. He asks her to tell. Beena says if your doings were good then Poorvi would have married you today and not RV. Ashutosh asks if she likes Poorvi. Beena says she likes her even now. Ashutosh says he will marry her only and goes.

Yug tells RV that he will look mind blowing Indian groom. RV asks from where you are, as you called me Indian groom. He tells the country names. Yug says you are not laughing. RV says your face is enough to make me laugh. Poorvi comes there. Yug goes from there. RV asks what she wants to say? Poorvi says I can’t marry you.

Jasbir comes and sits on the sofa. Shera asks him to have black coffee. Jasbir says I have drank lemon water and got over the wine effect. Shera tells him that he got the news that RV and Poorvi are getting married today. Jasbir asks why didn’t you wake me up. He gets angry and then asks himself to calm down.

RV asks if I heard right and says you don’t want to marry me. Poorvi says yes, you heard right. RV gets hurt and says I don’t know how to tell your decision to everyone, as everyone is expecting us to be together. Poorvi says I didn’t mean that and says I don’t know that if you want to marry me or not, if you want to live with me all life. She says suddenly so much happened, we didn’t plan, everytime you saved me. She says the neighbors accused me and you couldn’t bear and applies kumkum in my maang. RV holds her hand and says I love you Poorvi…I want to live all my life with you, and wants to marry you. He says I believe that whatever happens is for good, as it is all good. Poorvi looks at him. Song plays……Mainu ishq tera….

Diya comes there and sees them holding hands and looking at each other. She tells Poorvi, that she is looking for her. RV asks Poorvi what is her answer? Poorvi says she is going to get ready for her marriage. Song plays….She goes. RV smiles.

Pandit ji asks Harleen to call the groom after 20 mins for the var puja. Harleen says ok and tells that she couldn’t get desi ghee. Prachi says it is here, shall I send someone to get it. Pandit ji asks her to get it. Harleen asks Harman where he had gone? Harman says Ashok ji and I have gone to see the car’s parking space. Harleen asks him not to go anywhere. Harman says RV has done a mistake. Yug says I will go. Harman says your son don’t want to marry. Prachi asks what you are saying? Vishaka says RV agreed first before Poorvi. Harman says RV doesn’t want to marry groom’s attire, as he has forgotten his wedding dress in the car. Harleen says you have scared everyone and asks him to bring his clothes. Harman says I am old rice, that’s responsible and brought the wedding clothes already.

Khushi comes there and hugs Vishaka. She asks about Poorvi. Jasbir comes to Poorvi’s house and says you are married to me, you are my wife, you can’t marry someone else. The neighbors try to say. Jasbir asks them to go and says he will kill them. Ashutosh comes there on his bike. Jasbir says I saw Poorvi first and loved her first. Ashutosh says I was about to marry her. Jasbir says I would have won her, if RV had not come. He says Poorvi is his wife, they got married yesterday at 2:30 am. Everyone is shocked. Jasbir says he got married to her in dream. The neighbors ask them to go and tells that everyone went for Poorvi’s marriage. Ashutosh says I have lost and even you. He provokes Jasbir to go and marry Poorvi. Jasbir asks where is her marriage? Shera says the address must be on the wedding card. Jasbir looks on.

Precap: RV asks Ranbir if he came to threaten him. Ranbir says just a suggestion and asks him to take care of Poorvi else the suggestion will be converted to threat. Jasbir tells Shera that they shall go to a hall and shall fulfill the dreams. Someone is sitting as bride. The goons come there and kidnap her.

    I saw the full sbb and sbs segment,shows many upcoming scenes(khushi will get kidnapped.RV and Poorvi dance on the romantic song,Shaurya-Palki ….
    Story is so weak. No plot at all. Almost made this show with mentally disturbed characters Brains not functioning normally like normal human beings(ashtoush and jasbir ) . Wasted gorgeous talented actors like AbrarQazi. Hope they can change the plot to something productive not a waste of time.Actually this is just STUPID!!

    From the beginning of gen3 nothing in the story.it revolve around dumb ashutosh and Jasbir only side characters,now back to the same drama as before ,rajvi just doing guest appearance in their marriage(rajvi have hardly 3 to 4 mins in scens).
    How can they even think of showing the viewers something like this?,I was excited to watch Rajvi’s marriage but the writer killed it all .
    end this scooterboy nonsense and give us the damn revenge to love story,I guess i’ll just have to continue reading the updates till I see a change and decide to start back watching the show

      Don’t forget that in the end Sandy has gone to jail in his place, and Shaurya still didn’t confess that it was him who wanted to trap Rajveer in drug case to get rid of him.

      Also don’t forget that even Rhea had had her moments of so called realization and regret and she too, appeared to have confess her crimes, like at the end of SIDACHI marriage track where she helped Ranbir escape Alia’s plan; but never revealed the entire truth like orchestrating the hotel incidence or multiple attempts on Prachi’s life..

      Rhea only confessed as much as required to evoke sympathy in Kohlis’ hearts so that they will forgive her and accept her back in their lives, but never revealed the entire stack of her crimes which would surely have had seen her kicked permanently out of their lives…

      Just like that Shaurya has appeared to have changed as much as required for Preeta to accept him with open arms but he will never reveal to her the extent of hatred he has for Rajveer or how far he has gone to ruin him; like current drug case or attempt on Rajveer’s life in Diwali or attempt to assasin Rajveer’s character with Shanaya on Janmashtami, or…etc etc.

      And this, along with the fact that whether he will stop scheming against Rajveer and stop his obsession with Palki and let her be happy with Rajveer, will determine whether or not he is a villain, not his current appeared changed behaviour, because whether or not he has actually changed, he has to pretend to have realized his mistake to get out of current situation

    Here they talk about dissatisfaction with the storyline, but for me this also characterizes her as a person. She was also not originally part of the series, and originally came in for a minor role. After all the privileges from the creators, should she still not be satisfied?       When did say she signed up for the role of mother of two girls in twenties? Her contract gets renewed in February, so unless you want to say that Mugdha knew in February ’23 that there will be generation leap in ’23 itself, she definitely didn’t ‘sign up’ for the role she is doing currently

      If you see the description of Ghum on hotstar, they have said that ISHVI will be having budding love story and Ishan’s ex will cause problems in that, but in reality it’s looking like Savi is the one who is the hurdle in union of two lovers Ishan and Reeva…Ishan wholeheartedly wants to marry Reeva, but now due to Harini’s promise, he will have to ‘sacrifice’ his love for Reeva and accept Savi..

      So who is looking like a third wheel, a thorn in budding love story Herr?? Savi, or Reeva?? Reeva is being portrayed as Ishan’s FL and Savi, an obstacle in their love story, which is not how the makers had promised in the beginning.

      Neither of Rishta and KKB first generation, makers deceived like this. In Rishta, it was already clear that Armaan will only marry Abhira due to helplessness. In kkb 1st generation, Abhi married Pragya for revenge, and theirs wasn’t called ‘a budding love story’

    like the fact that in KKB all the couples are different from each other and their stories. When the 3rd generation promo came out, I felt some similarity in the plot with Abhigya, but in reality there is none. And I even like it.

    And all the couples are even different in age at the beginning of their story))) Abhigya were about the same age, but at the beginning of the series they were already about 30. Pranbir was also the same age but much younger.     As per the original promised concept of Ghum.., Ishan was supposed to have unambiguously moved on from Reeva, Savi and Ishan were supposed to slowly fall in love, and as they were just about confess their love, to themselves and to each other, Reeva was supposed to make a reeentry as ‘a shadow on ISHVI’S newly flourishing love story, not as Ishan’s official original love interest.

    If Ishan and Reeva’s marriage got fixed, it was supposed to be reluctantly on Ishan’s part and due to helplessness, not willingly and joyfully.

    The current storyline just paints Reeva as a victim and Savi, the actual supposed FL as her house breaker

    To me, she isn’t even a villain at all. She is purely a victim. Real villain is Ishan, who chose to marry Savi just to relieve his guilt, and didn’t care about Reeva’s love

    I can’t speak specifically for this series, since I don’t watch it, but I noticed a general trend throughout itv that even when the story begins as a girl’s desire for education and a career, in the end it all comes down to family and often the initial line with a career in the end not really shown.

    I saw what this blue Abrar wrote, but I did not interfere, not because I agreed with him in everything, but because I realized that this person comes here to argue. And of course you can stand up for her, but you must remember that this will not silence this person.       As for Appy… What difference does it make that it wasn’t today? She can be insulted but Mugdha cannot? Everyone can stand up for their favorites, just as everyone can express their negative opinion, but the rule “you cannot insult” should be equal for everyone, and not so that the same people can insult some, and then indicate that others cannot be insulted .
