When Smita questions his actions, Raunak dismisses her, insisting he no longer wants to discuss the matter. Hurt, Smita reminds Raunak that she is his mother and longs for a conversation, but he accuses her of being more like Shivansh’s mother than his own, claiming he lost respect for her. He recalls that he respected his true mother because she was loving and caring. Smita leaves in tears, while Payal, sensing the tension, quietly exits with Raunak. Meanwhile, Bua Maa pointedly asks Prarthna if she is pleased with how things have unfolded.
Prarthna is taken aback by Bua Maa’s accusation, as Bua Maa blames her for Raunak’s hostility, claiming that

Bua Maa approaches Sonalika for help with their legal troubles, but Sonalika declines, arguing that her involvement was only out of kindness in the past and she wants no part in the current disaster. She attributes blame to Prarthna and refuses to assist further.
As the pressure mounts, Bua Maa becomes desperate, pleading with Prarthna to save the family. She calls Prarthna her only hope. Prarthna, deeply moved, promises to do whatever it takes. Bua Maa asks her to end her marriage to Shivansh, insisting only then will the threats from Raunak and Sonalika stop. She explains that without Prarthna, Sonalika would marry Shivansh and secure the family’s legacy—particularly Shivansh’s late father’s dream project, which is at risk.
Prarthna is torn, recalling Shivansh’s passion for his father’s dream project and understanding the gravity of the situation. Still, she refuses to abandon her husband. Bua Maa pleads, painting a bleak picture of the potential fallout if Prarthna remains. Overwhelmed, Prarthna runs through the streets in agony, reliving Bua Maa’s pleas and haunted by painful memories.
Seeking solace, Prarthna finds herself at a temple, where she confides in Kalyani Maa about her crisis. Kalyani urges her to reflect on her priorities: her own happiness, her husband’s future, and the meaning of true love. She explains that love often demands sacrifice, and suggests that if Prarthna is meant to be with Shivansh, life will ultimately unite them—otherwise, she must let him go for his own good, regardless of the pain it causes her.
Faced with impossible choices and emotional turmoil, Prarthna is left to grapple with her conscience and the future of her family.
