Kumkum Bhagya 13th December 2023 Written Episode, Written Update on TellyUpdates.com

The Episode starts with RV taking Dadi’s dress from the changing room, and comes out. Poorvi turns and she is about to collide with him. They try to go in different directions, but collides. RV signs her to stop and walks from there. Poorvi turns to look at RV and thinks what is happening to her, this is not right, she is engaged and will soon marry. RV also turns and looks at Poorvi. He thinks he shall not have any feelings as she is soon to be married. Ashutosh and Beena come there and asks Poorvi if she has changed. Poorvi is in the changing room and thinks of RV. Diya smiles and says it is done.

Dadi asks the Salesgirl if she really didn’t see RV. The Salesgirl says I didn’t see him. Harleen comes there and says you started again. Dadi says I am surprised that they didn’t see my handsome and dashing grand son. Yug says he is hot too. Sushma asks him to have shame infront to elders. Dadi says she wanted to say, but her tongue stopped. Yug says I heard. RV comes there. Yug says Bhai has come. The salesgirl says he is hot. Dadi says yes, my grand son is hot. Harleen feels shy and tells Dadi that they shall go out and wait. Dadi says you shall feel proud as your grand son is hot.

Yug asks RV, how did he reach there? RV says you helped me, but I don’t want to say anything. RV gives his card to salesgirl for payment.The salesgirl gives him chit along with the his card. He sees her name and number and returns it. Yug takes the shopping bags. Poorvi and Diya come there. Ashutosh and beena are at the other counter. RV comes to Poorvi and asks her to stay away from trouble till tomorrow morning, as I am busy. Poorvi asks if you would have helped me again. RV asks if anything is going to happen. Poorvi says no. RV goes. Diya sees Poorvi smiling at RV and gets happy. Ashutosh tells Poorvi that they will drop her home.

Poorvi comes home and shows the lehenga to her. Divya says it must be costly. Poorvi says yes, and tells that Beena aunty asked me to stop wearing road side and cheap clothes. Manpreet says we don’t wear costly clothes, but our clothes are also good. Prachi says why to spend more money when there is no need. Poorvi tells that Ashutosh ji says right that the mall people add the mall rent also. Prachi shows the bridal dupatta stitched by her. Poorvi gets happy. Prachi asks her to hug it whenever she misses her. Poorvi says she wants to take her to her sasural. Prachi refuses. Poorvi asks why girls go after marriage. Manpreet tells that the girl makes the house better and make it grow, and says God gives them qualities since their birth. Diya says I didn’t know that I have so many qualities. Manpreet says there are exceptions also. Divya agrees with Manpreet. Diya pretends to be upset and asks Manpreet to love her also. Manpreet says you are best than Poorvi. Poorvi says Dumbo Diya. Prachi says you will go then your reflection Diya will be with me. Diya tells Poorvi that she will come with her. Poorvi asks her to come with her to her sasural. Diya says no and tells that if you choose some other sasural then I will come.

Ashutosh’s aunt comes there and tells that she has gone for puja and gives them prasad. She tells them that people are bad and talked wrongly about Poorvi. She asks what is Poorvi’s mistake that Jasbir is behind her and was marrying her forcibly, and RV came to rescue her, and she is marrying Ashutosh. Prachi asks what do you want to say. Ashutosh’s aunt says people are saying one pomegranate and three ill. She tells that Poorvi is one, and the lovers are three. She says Ashutosh, Jasbir and RV wants to marry Poorvi. Prachi asks what you are saying? Ashutosh’s aunt says someone said that Poorvi must have done something to provoke Jasbir. Prachi says you heard them and tells that you should have replied to them. Ashutosh asks why I shall fight unnecessarily. She asks why you are angry and says I am opening your eyes, and our eyes opened just now. She says they were proud That Ashutosh is marrying Poorvi, but someone said that Poorvi’s character is bad. Manpreet and Prachi ask who are they? Ashutosh says they are many and goes from there without telling.

Diya looks at Poorvi. Poorvi asks why you are looking at me. Diya says you have barred me from looking at you. Poorvi says you are at one thing. Diya says just behind talk of one person. Divya asks if you are fighting. Poorvi says she asked her not to say. Diya asks if I talk nonsense? Divya asks her to call her Mamma. Diya is about to tell her about whatever happened in Mall. Poorvi stops her. Divya asks her to say. Diya says you have removed v from your name and named me Diya, and says you should have named me Jyoti. She asks Divya not to get her married to Ashutosh like guy, and asks Poorvi what you will do with him all life, just will talk about maths class, geography or history etc. She says I will not marry Ashutosh like guy. Divya says I get terrorized seeing him. Diya says I want to become invisible seeing him. Poorvi says lets cancel the marriage. Divya signs Diya to stop.

Diya asks Poorvi if you have fever. Poorvi says I will get another good guy. Diya says you will get crores of guy. Poorvi says half of them will be of Dadu and Papa’s age, and some will be married, some will be in jail and some might not be interested to marry, so let me marry whoever is willing to marry me. Divya says but she doesn’t like such guy. Diya tells that she will marry rich and good guy. She tells that Yug called me as his girlfriend infront of another girl, but I taught him a lesson today. Divya says RV’s brother yug, I like him. Diya says he is not good and asks which angle he looks good. Poorvi asks if you are saying truth. Diya says I don’t lie. Divya says she says anything. Poorvi thinks of RV.

RV, Harleen and others come home. Yug’s mother comes there. He says hello Mom. Yug’s mother asks if they have brought all the mall. Dadi says idea is good and asks RV to gift it to her. Harleen says no. Dadi says badi bahu is jealous. She says I was joking. Harleen says you know your grand son, and says he might buy mall for you. She says it is good for me, you will be in the mall all day and there will be no teasing at home. Dadi says she was joking. Harleen says RV takes work seriously and might buy it and then might get more busy. Damini says RV has time for his family always. She says only lucky people get son like him. She says her relatives give alliances of their daughters for RV. Harleen asks about the alliances. Yug tells that whenever RV goes to business trip with him, he doesn’t talk to any girls, and is not interested in them. Dadi gets worried.

RV tells that only girl will come home as bahu. Dadi says you have promised so tell the girl’s name. RV says answer is same as last year. Yug’s papa comes there and says you called Jiksy as hot. Yug says she is hot so I told, but didn’t tell her. His father says you told her brother. Dadi asks him to get yug married Jiksy. Yug smiles. His dad says don’t say this, he will ready. He asks if you do any work, you just show off. Yug says it is also a big work. Dadi asks where is my husband? Damini says he went with Vikrant. Yug’s father asks if Yug will be better. Yug goes with RV. Yug’s father praises RV to be the diamond who handles home and business alone. Dadi asks whose grand son was him.

Prachi takes Ranbir’s name. Ranbir gets down from the car sensing she called him and gets emotional. She looks out of window.

Episode ends.

    Thanks for the description. We complained that they don’t show RV’s family, but he has such a big family🙈 I like it, plus their family scenes look more interesting than Purvi’s family scenes.

    Why does Purvi have such low self-esteem that she decided that no one would want to marry her better than Ashuntosh? Where did such thoughts come from in her head? Even her grandmother did not have such low self-esteem, despite the fact that at the beginning of the series she was much older and everyone around talked about her glasses as a defect and an obstacle to marriage.

    But I still think that Divya and Bua could have instilled such strange thoughts in Purvi… Divya doesn’t seem to say directly that Ashuntosh is good as a groom, but stops Diya every time she tries to speak against him.

    And at the same time, Prachi seems happy when she shows Purvi the stitched wedding dupatta… I have no doubt that Prachi wants only the best for Purvi, but most likely Purvi takes such harsh gestures for the fact that Prachi is very happy that she is marrying Ashuntosh 🤦‍♀️

    RV seems to have a wonderful family, positive and loving. But I think the way he is brought in may just serve as a source of envy, primarily for his brother and his wife. In this positive, I see an unhealthy situation with the fact that RV is clearly greatly exalted over other children, grandchildren, and even his nephew over his own son.

    Do you think Prachi could have contributed to this? I don’t understand why this happened, but it seems to me that Prachi is the last one who could make Purvi think that Ashuntosh is the limit of her dreams, if Purvi does not understand her correctly, it is only because they do not talk openly with each other. If Prachi had heard similar arguments, I think she would have scolded her properly.

      You asked why does Purvi get her low self esteem from as Pragya wasnt like that. She got her low self esteem from Prachi as Prachi as a character also has a low self esteem which is evident by Prachi continuing to be willing to sacrifice her own happiness for others. So Purvis low self esteem she would have gotten from her mothers genes.

    Although maybe Purvi thinks this way not because of low self-esteem, but because of her experience🤭 Maybe she often comes across suitors like she described🙈 Jasi falls under her description of some people in prison. Maybe, in addition to him, her peers, dads, grandfathers, and married people were already trying to look after her… And compared to all the other unsuccessful suitors, does Ashuntosh really look better?🤣🤣🤣

    rachi She looks so beautiful, Abrar looks amazing

    I really feel bad for new gen KKB fans(Who is watching this torture),
    Don’t know how long rajvi fans will have to wait to watch something Interesting
    The makers brought this gen without planning the plot, Most characters no bond no connection
    No wonder, why Rajvi’s fans are not commenting
    The story is boring and slow except for some scenes

    Initially, it also seemed to me that Rajvi’s story was developing slowly, but now I have come to the conclusion that there is no need to go faster… Their scenes are needed so that they fall in love with each other even before the wedding. Without these constant rescues, everything seemed even faster.

    Considering the amount of time Ranbir is shown roaming around in a car, it would have been better if the reason of their separation was shown to be Ranbir having missed them after surviving the accident.

    So that now we could have assumed that a private investigator he’d hired to search for them reported seeing them in Mumbai, hence Ranbir decides to search them on every road and gully in Mumbai, hence keeps wandering around in car hoping to stumble across Prachi

      They joined the show in March 2019, which means they signed their contract in month of February, which they update each in February. So their current contract will last till next February, and they cannot leave by themselves before that

      Then ask him to make it permanent holiday…no need to return back to her at all if he is going to return to just give her more pain and heartbreak.

      She’d taught herself to live without him in 6 years. It wasn’t her who invited him back into her life. He literally invited himself into her life, again making grand promises of eternity (mind you, he made those promises with complete knowledge of history between PRAKSHAY)

      But he couldn’t keep those promises even for a single day.

      Accepting Ranbir back is the biggest mistake Prachi has done, that gave her 20 years of hardships, and with her, her daughters as wellb

    Tbh, for me these pranbirs scenes missing eachother should have been shown post 6 year leap instead of now.
    Showing Ranbirs longing for Prachi now is actually pointless and just fills screenspace if somehow no realisation dawns upon him to go and actually confront Prachi about his misunderstanding or even showing that he doesnt care anymore about the fact that Prachi somehow “betrayed” and just wants to go back to her.

      There’s actually so much that can be shown for Pranbir, all revolving around Ranbir’s redemption. You don’t need to know rocket science to progress the story, but it’s Nagpal who doesn’t want to write anything good for Pranbir. I just don’t understand why keep them if they’re not contributing to the story.

    There is actually a problem in showing his redemption, due to time span of the leap..

    You see, this was 20 years leap, so it has been made that he kept the stupid misunderstanding for 20 years, so how to show that suddenly out of nowhere he began to think he was wrong to distrust her??

    To Kickstart his redemption requires some initial push from the behind, which cannot happen until their face off, but keeping in line with Ranbir’s current character, he would like insult her during their first face off, due to his misunderstanding, which would sour their equation even more, which Nagpal might be afraid to show due to fear of backlash from PRANBIR fans…

    So he is at loss as for how to take Ranbir’s character ahead without pissing off PRANBIR fans

      True, but seeing him be more soft these days when remembering Prachi and not as angry as when we first saw him after the leap on the plane, Nagpal could potentially add in fbs of Ranbir trying to search for Prachi in vain over the past 20 years. This would go against his betrayal monologues, but the writer has flipped tracks and even characterizations in the past so this won’t be entirely impossible to show. I know I’m being too optimistic though.

    Ranbir is not normal from any angle. He kept forcing himself in Prachi’s personal life when she was insisting to him that she has moved on with Akshay. And ditched her when she accepted that she still loves him.

      Y ranbir has to be at losing side. You take his daughter for granted make third man in life call as dad. As a loser ranbir has to smile clap hands has to beg even to touch his daughter. To take his daughter back to home he has to give thousand reasoning. Coz she mother she can’t rewrite daughter history. Askhara did same mistake. Prachi did same. Both left downfall of generations 🥴

      Niti its better you don’t talk about Ranbir as a father. We all know what kind of father he is. After three months leap Ranbir was never showed caring for khushi. He didn’t even say her name but when khushi came he started Khushi khushi.
      If prachi has snatched Ranbir fatherly rights by marrying Akshay then he should file custody case after three months leap and put prakshay behind bars but he come in TM and was busy in making everyone believe that he is mihika’s bf.

    As Prachi told him during bigamy era, there is no coordination or synchronization in Ranbir’s words and actions.

    When he first saw Prachi in TM, his words (monologue) were that he isn’t there for her. But then his actions showed otherwise.

    Then after marrying her, again his words were he won’t let any misunderstanding separate them. Again his actions went against his words

      I have not been watching ghum since savi grandpa track started.
      But I realised one thing over the time if we don’t love actors and their chemistry then we don’t get offended by the cringe much.
      We easily forget it and move on without any issue.
      But if we love actors and their pair then we really get offended by the cringe like for me in cas of pranbir I won’t be able to see them with any other person.

      I am not attached to Shakti and bahvika i just see them as just actor and same with armaan and abhira so frankly speaking I won’t mind armaan and ishaan cringe with ruhi and reeva resp.

      But yes like pico said it’s too in case of ishaan and reeva.

    There IS no side of coin in Ranbir’s favour….even if some agree that Ranbir could be said justified in being insecure regarding Prachi lying in hotel about Akshay, no one can deny the open and unambiguous support she showed to Ranbir during entire case.

    I don’t think the audience likes to see Lakshmi like this. For me, it’s a rather strange decision to bring such a track, considering how similar it was in KKB, the rating fell. In Lakshmi it was preserved at least in the same aisles.

    I agree with you on one side, but not on the other. I agree that if the story was about how they fall in love after marriage and a quick wedding, it would be generally more interesting. But since this is a different story, I believe that there is no need to rush into it. If the plot requires that Rajvi already have a relationship with each other by the time of the wedding, then the pacing of the story is quite normal – some people are already attracted to the fact that they quickly fell in love, what would they be like if it happened even faster, and they already Would you get married if you were in love?

    1) Questioned her character in hotel. Shred her dignity in pieces worse than Alia, Rhea, and Sanju, all 3 of these combined

    2) got married to Rhea, her own twin

    3) went to honeymoon with Rhea in front of her own eyes, to a place where she herself (Prachi) wanted to always go

    4) saw Ranbir and Rhea on same bed under covers, Ranbir bare chested and Rhea half naked having her head on his chest

    5) saw Ranbir getting introduced as Rhea’s husband in all the social functions

    6) had to endure Rhea’s taunts regarding Ranbir himself having given her the right of kumkum

    7) had to hear Rhea’s pregnancy news and Ranbir father

    8) had to see Ranbir doing duties of Rhea’s child’s father in Rhea’s baby shower function

    9) had to endure Ranbir questioning her child’s paternity

    10) had to endure Ranbir forcing her to get married to Siddharth

    11) had to endure getting thrown out of the house by Ranbir, after getting the tag of worst mother and wife

    If you want to talk about emotional turmoil and torture then Prachi receiving it from Ranbir is much more than Ranbir getting it from Prachi.

    In case of Ranbir, much of emotional torture is his own karma, e.g.

    1)He had to marry Rhea because he himself character assassinated Prachi and didn’t attempt to patch up. As a result Rhea got the chance to take Prachi’s place in life because he didn’t bring Prachi back in that place.

    2)Then he got news of Prachi’s pregnancy hidden from him because he made her think that he can question child’s paternity.

    3)Then he had to see Prachi getting ready to marry Siddharth because he himself started the topic by blackmailing her to get ready for that when initially she begged him to not force her.

    4) He had to be separated from her from 6 years because he himself threw her out

    5) between them, he was the one who agreed to marry Rhea

    6) he let that marriage go till last moment before realizing he cannot marry Rhea

    7) decided to play stupid groomswap game instead of openly coming out and asking her whether she would give their relationship another chance

    8) and the last but not the least: decided to just go away instead of clearing the misunderstanding

    But in Prachi’s case, much of the heartbreak is actively given by Ranbir, like character assassination, marrying Rhea, going on honeymoon with Rhea, forcing her to get married to Siddharth and throwing her out of the house.

    She did this when they were already in separation phase, while he did this right after their reunion. When the couple is in separation already, their misunderstanding one another and not interested in clearing that misunderstanding is acceptable because they are already on no talking terms with each other.

    But in this case they weren’t separated, they were newly married. If he had some issue with her then he should have come forward talked about it, asked her answers and justification. That was his right as her hubby.

    There is no justification for not clearing the misunderstanding and just going away, leaving not only Prachi but their daughter as well who had no fault in any of this

    I like the current KKB more than many other series because at the moment the villains are kept to a minimum and there are no inappropriate individuals in the families of the main characters yet. Ranbir is the most inadequate person ever😆 because he abandoned his family for no reason, but he is not a villain.

    Prachi, on the other hand can definitely file case of abandonment on Ranbir, claiming that he married her, got her with child and then ditched her without any reason. Prachi will definitely win such a case against him since there are number of alibi in her favour…everyone has seen her taking stand for Ranbir. Ashok knows why she couldn’t reach the court on last day, and that lady’s words has zero importance..

    Why wish for it??? Go and file the case against Prachi in your role as Ranbirs attorney. It will just add to the number of court cases you will lose.

    Any court will ask him first question that if he had some issues/ doubts about his wife then why didn’t he try to confront her and ask her directly??

    On what basis is he claiming that SHE played with HIS emotions when he himself is the one who decided to abandon not only his wife but their innocent daughter as well due to one misunderstanding!!

    If Ranbir is to win such a case then Niti being his defense attorney is not enough…she must be the judge herself, then only will the verdict go in Ranbir’s favour, otherwise he will lose such a case in any court of any country

    She’s a fabulous writer on wattpad..almost all her stories there are top-tier, be it redemption or broken angel or even heart meant to love you, which is not related to kkb at all.

    Even her short stories are too good, especially this latest one ‘Heartless’
