Sonalika confides in Tanya, insisting that despite Prarthna demanding alimony and half of Shivansh’s property, he secretly cares for her. She claims his hatred is just a lie to cover his true feelings and asks if she was wrong to act in anger to win his love. Tanya apologizes for misunderstanding, and Sonalika reminds her of their past friendship, stating “all is fair in love and war.” Tanya promises her support, and they reconcile.
Meanwhile, Shivansh and Gayatri fear for Prarthna’s life as she remains unconscious. With the doctor’s warning in mind, Shivansh desperately prays to Lord Bappa, arguing that if Prarthna—who brought the idol home with devotion—doesn’t survive, it will question the deity’s power. He declares he never prayed for anyone before but is now begging for his wife’s life.
Gayatri tells the unconscious Prarthna that Shivansh loves her and that they are meant for each other, urging her to wake up and save him from Sonalika. When Sonalika sees Shivansh praying until his hands bleed, she tries to stop him, but he angrily dismisses her, saying he doesn’t care about his own health as long as Prarthna recovers.
A heartbroken Sonalika retreats to her room. Gayatri continues to plead with Prarthna, warning that Shivansh might be forced to marry Sonalika if she doesn’t wake up. In a final desperate move, Shivansh vows to end his own life if Prarthna does not regain consciousness.
