Preeta reviews the kitchen rules and starts cooking for Karan, who is busy at his office. The manager informs Karan he has no news about Priya Saluja, so Karan considers asking Prarthna for information. He orders food, and the manager assures him a new cook is preparing it, but Karan impatiently demands it immediately.
Preeta, asked only for pasta, surprises everyone by making a variety of dishes. The manager warns her that Karan may fire her for not following orders. Meanwhile, Shivansh struggles with thoughts of Prarthna and is questioned by Jai. Karan calls Shivansh, urging him to protect Prarthna.
When the manager delivers the food, Karan is taken aback by the variety and refuses to eat, insisting he only eats laddoos made by his wife. He asks to fire the new cook, but the manager persuades him to try the food. Karan finds the main dishes too spicy but is moved to tears when he tastes the laddoos, instantly recognizing Preeta’s touch. He immediately calls the manager to reinstate Preeta and double her salary.
Preeta is initially upset when told she’s fired for breaking the rules, but is overjoyed to hear Karan wants her back and has increased her pay. Meanwhile, Prarthna changes curtains at home. Shivansh, worried for her safety, catches her as she stumbles from a stool while he’s on the phone with Sonalika. The call disconnects as Sonalika hears him mention Prarthna’s name. Shivansh and Prarthna share a tender moment, and he wonders why he cares so much.
Payal taunts Prarthna, warning her to keep Shivansh away from Raunak. Prarthna remains composed, concerned only for family harmony. Later, Payal visits the Zaveris, offering legal help and questioning Shubhvi’s loyalties.
At dinner, the family enjoys a meal they believe Malti made, but she reveals Prarthna cooked it. Shivansh is surprised and invites Prarthna to join them. Meanwhile, Raunak looks at Prarthna’s pictures and longs for her. The day unfolds with emotions, misunderstandings, and the warmth of home-cooked food bringing everyone closer.
