The Episode starts with Kulfi saying I can’t let anything happen to Amyra, I have passed this test, let me help Amyra. Sikandar cries and hugs her. Doctor says we can’t perform the operation without your permission, sign the papers. Kulfi says you love Amyra a lot, nobody has to fall sick, if I can help Amyra, everything will get fine. Mohendar says sign it, time is passing by. Kulfi says I promise, nothing will happen to both of us. Saathi re…plays… Sikandar signs the papers when Kulfi insists. He hugs Kulfi. Doctor takes Kulfi for the operation. Everyone cries. Sikandar kisses Amyra’s forehead and sends her. He sees Kulfi and goes to her. He holds her hand and says you make promises and fulfill it, I won’t spare you if you don’t get fine and come out, don’t break my promise. Kulfi wipes his tears.
Doctor says we got the donor, but its a risky operation, pray for both the girls. He goes. Sikandar cries seeing Amyra and Kulfi. He says doctors are trying hard to save them, I will do anything to save them. He runs away. He comes to a Dargah and prays. Aas paas hai khuda….plays… The operation goes on. Lovely looks on and prays. Sikandar goes to the church and prays. He comes to Gurudwara and makes prayers. He comes to temple and says I know you love your devotees, save my daughters, they are young and innocent, spare them, you can’t love them, make a deal with me, take my life but save them. Doctor says operation successful. Lovely smiles. A man runs somewhere. Sikandar gets in his car and leaves.
The man jumps in the car and threatens Sikandar. Police follows. Sikandar says what do you want, take my car, let me go. The man says just drive to the highway, it will be a problem if the car stops. Sikandar says my daughters are ill, let me go to them, just take whatever you want. He holds the man’s hand and throws the knife. They fight. Sikandar sees the bridge. He gets worried. The car hits the bridge. The man falls out of the car. Sikandar falls over the steering. He then falls down the car in wounded state. He gets up and falls again. Doctor says don’t worry, Amyra and Kulfi are out of danger, they will be totally fine if they take good rest. Lovely thanks him. She gets a call and is shocked. She says Sikandar… They ask what. She says he met with an accident, he is in the same hospital here, he is in OT. They rush. Amyra sees Kulfi and says I did so bad to you, I have stolen your song too, why did you save my life.
Kulfi says some things are constant, it has to happen, you are my sister, I had to help you, I m not a bad girl. Amyra thanks her. Kulfi says another fact is Sikandar is my dad too, I want to call him my dad, its my right, you can’t snatch my right, you have to take your promise back. Lovely and everyone cry seeing Sikandar in OT. Doctor comes and says he has met with a bad accident, he has broken ribs, head injury and vocal cords damage, nothing can be said as of now. Lovely says don’t say this, help him recover. Doctor says calm down, its a critical case, we have to do many operations, its a process of many weeks, family’s prayers and love have much strength, pray for him. They cry. Lovely says Amyra… and Kulfi might come to know, please don’t say anything to them. Amyra says I don’t want to share my dad. Kulfi says I want my dad, you have entire family, please take your promise back.
