In the morning Mami is working wondering how did they behave with Naren when he came to their house, she is about to fall after hitting the bat so asks Mitesh to put it into place. Mitesh says he was actually very mad as he went to beat Naren with his bat, but is now thinking that if he meets Naren again then would he be able to look him in the eye. Nandini looks up, she gets shocked seeing Naren walking into their house so calls her uncle who also looks at Naren, Mitesh does not know that Naren is standing behind him, he asks what has happened, they both cannot answer, Nandini signals Mitesh who turns back, Naren introduces himself before walking to greet Ishwar and Nandini.Mami tries to see who is it, and realizing it is Naren she quickly comes out, he also greets her. Naren apologizes
Naren slowly walks close to Nandini mentioning he told whatever is in his heart to Mehul, Nandini replies Mehul also told her, but her way to thinking about Naren was completely different and felt he was trying to take revenge so it was nearly impossible to form relation with him, Naren asks what about now, revealing he meant if they all know about the truth then what is her answer, Nandini turning back replies now it is surely impossible explaining there is no match between their two families, because his position in society is so strong that they cannot even think about matching it, Naren says that she means the financial status, he explains he does not believe in these things. Nandini has rightly said they should be equal but in their thinking, emotions and what about money, as they might not have it in the future but the he really likes the way Nandini thinks and behaves so she should forget about such differences as money, and social status but just say if she has any problem with him, Nandini replies she does not have any problem with him but with dowry and any sort of exchange, she says she cannot be part of any such family who ask for dowry since she has witnessed a lot of families being destroyed, Nandini turning back explains that after her mother passing, both uncle and Mami have raised them both with a lot of difficulties even when they donot have anything to her then a farm, and if they lose it in her marriage then what would they have for their old age. Naren says she says it without any hesitation which is her biggest strength, he mentions that he is also against the dowry just like her and thought that she would have understood it by now, he reveals they are educated people of the modern age and if they donot oppose these traditions then who would do it. Nandini replies that his family might not share the same views like him. Naren says that Nandini does not know his father who is the Seth HemRaj Ratansi, he is charged with correcting the society and his thinking is a lot more positive then his own.
Mr HemRaj Ratansi is entering a function, he stops the announcement and welcomes everyone to the event on behalf of the organization. Mr HemRaj Ratansi is taken to the center of the stage where he after greeting everyone walks onto the stage, to present the lecture. Naren says the words of his father tend to become law as people respect him a lot, because he also follows whatever he says to others.
Mr HemRaj once again welcomes everyone to the event, and says they all should be praised for the event as the traditions are relating to their society but certain traditions are on which they have just take advantage off, one of which is the dowry due to which a lot of parents have risked all that they have, and it is the right of the women to live in peace. He feels proud on the young generations who have given them a way to move ahead, they all should start working against dowry.
Naren says that she will adjust in their family very easily because she will become the daughter in law of the social worker, Naren informs how Nandini is his happiness, Nandini thinks about the story which her uncle told her that the person who always remains happy tends to be strong so they should face all the problem with a smile on their face.
Mr HemRaj says they should start the event, Mr Sujhan Dharamsi greets Mr HemRaj who explains that if someone succeeds so much in such a short period of time then they tend to question his success, MR Sujhan says he is the owner of a small company which has a turnover of 500 million, he says he wants to present a proposal explaining he has just one daughter and HemRaj also has just one son so if she gets a chance to live in his house then even his life would be fruitful. Mr HemRaj walks to the other side to sit on the couch, Mr Sujhan says he has a lot to give his daughter and after him it will all belong to his daughter and son in law, mentioning he would do a lot in the city while even send her in an expensive car. Mr HemRaj questions if he hears loud as did he not hear what he said in the start of the event, questioning how did he dare.
Naren raises his hand but Nandini walks to the other side, he requests her to trust him and his family while give her hand to him.
Mr Sujhan sits with HemRaj saying he felt bad and he has also taken a vow against dowry but was just talking about fulfilling the rituals and Mr HemRaj did not ask anything, because what they demand is dowry while whatever they get without asking is the gift so he is doing it all for the happiness of his daughter. Mr HemRaj replies if it is for happiness and as a gift then he can agree and is going to welcome the daughter who arrives in an expensive car, Mr Sujhan says that their minds would start thinking the same as the time passes hearing which Mr HemRaj gets tensed. Naren kneels in front of Nandini assuring to never let her feel any pain, while on the other hand Mr HemRaj hugs Mr Sujhan not knowing that Nandini has agreed to the proposal of Naren.
Precap: Nandini shows the Mehandi of her hand, Naren says that the N is of his name but Nandini replies it means her name, Mr HemRaj enters the room telling Chanchal that Mr Sujhan came with the proposal of his only daughter who will bring so much that the next seven generations would live peacefully. Nandini and Naren are enjoying the company of each other.
