In the morning Nandini enters the kitchen with a lot of excitement and is cooking, Mehul entering the house calls Nandini and Mitesh along with Ishwar, he enters the room where Manri is suggesting shirts to Ishwar but he refuses to wear them, Mehul asks if he is not ready when Ishwar says that he has gotten ready four times but his aunt is not convinced when Manri says that he had time yesterday and could not purchase anything for himself, Mitesh comes suggesting uncle should wear the shoes but Ishwar refuses to wear anything then Nandini comes saying he is fine just as he is and so suggests that he should even take the dishes that she made for them, Mehul asks if they can leave when Manri stops them and going to Surbhi says that she is the one who actually gave her milk to Nandini so should give the blessing, Manri tells that he did not button his shirt and even asks if he took the money, Manri says that everything should be fine, she then signals Mehul about what they talked last night but then says he should take care of his uncle.
Nandini then calls Naren who gets very excited, she informs Mehul and her uncle have just left for Rajkot so Naren says he is waiting for them, she asks if everything would be fine when Naren says his father is the best in the world which he realized yesterday night, she says she trusts him when he replies he will never break his trust and so would call her after everything is completed, Nandini tells him she liked it when he called her Nandu but should start stopping being so formal, Naren agrees before ending the call.
Ishwar and Mehul step out of the auto when Ishwar is shocked seeing the house, he says Manri was saying the truth as he should have worn proper clothes, Mehul asks Ishwar to be positive as they seem very wealthy but he feels everything would be fine, they both stand at the entrance of the house. Ishwar signals Mehul to ring the door bell.
Virel comes asking who is ringing the door bell, Mehul greets him informing they have come from Upleta s Virel invites them both inside and manages to recognize Ishwar but asks Mehul for his name, he then asks if they had any problem and then Mehul asks about his name, Virel reveals he is the younger brother, HemRaj walking down the stairs says how many times has he told him to send those who came asking for alms, Virel introduces the uncle of Nandini and Mehul, when he tells HemRaj that he is the uncle of Nandini, HemRaj mentions he thought his name is Ishwar Vasanjee, Mehul reveals that Vasanjee is the sir name of the father of Nandini but they should stop talking of the name, Virel agrees but stops when HemRaj stares at him, HemRaj agrees saying that a lot is in the surname as it tells of the name and family. Chanchal comes when Virel mentions that Ishwar is the uncle of Nandini and Mehul, Chanchal asks him to sit down and not keep standing, Hem Raj gets the call so stands up, Parag says that one of the person agreed to sell his land but the other would not be so easy so HemRaj asks for his name, Parag replies his name is Ishwar Tanbariya, HemRaj suddenly starts smiling, he asks Parag to come back assuring he will handle everything.
Samta then brings the glass, HemRaj thinks Ishwar is the farmer who is hindering his project when Samta mentions she has heard a lot of praise of Nandini from Naren, she stops seeing HemRaj coming when Virel once again asks them to sit down saying the water is for them but Mehul stops him explaining they just drank lemonade, HemRaj praises Mehul explaining that he should not, Chanchal says they have just come to talk right now and can have the drink, HemRaj tells Virel they are of the village and care a lot for the traditions, he says that Ishwar can have the water as who knows if the relation would be fixed or not, Ishwar hearing this puts down the glass. HemRaj mentions they seem modern but still follow the rules of the society, Mehul explains they also follow him since HemRaj is the leader, he replies his responsibility also agree. Ishwar says he cannot see Naren, HemRaj replies that when the elders are talking then the children donot interfere so what is the tradition in their house, Chanchal mentions that Naren is just getting ready to go out so she sends Punal to call him.
Naren in his room exclaims he would not see the photo of Nandini as she will forever live in this house and in front of him, Punal says it would surely be fixed as the family members are present, Punal stops Naren saying he at least deserves a game, Naren agrees to it and then runs.
Naren coming down then hugs Ishwar and Mehul asking Samta to bring the breakfast for them, she replies it is still cooking. HemRaj says he did not get so excited seeing his family and he says he would even sit but HemRaj asks Naren to go to office as he has very important meetings and there is no need for him. Ishwar gets worried seeing the strict behavior of him, when he says that the father is telling the truth, Naren says they should not leave without meeting him however HemRaj says they are not like him, Naren explains that they should at least meet him on the bus stand, he asks Dhawal to wait for him as they would go together.
HemRaj tells Ishwar and Mehul that this is the complete Ratansi family, the greet everyone when Virel once again asks them to sit down. Ishwar says Nandini made Khandvi for them all, Samta gets excited saying no one can make it like Chanchal, she says that it tastes just like her. Ishwar mentions they could not make her a doctor or engineer but have taught her everything that one must do in the house, HemRaj says that they cannot make any mistake in the house, he tells Dhawal that the diamonds of seventy crores are coming and they should take care of all the excuses they are hearing from the staff.
Ronaq enters when he is furious standing in front of HemRaj, Chanchal says she would introduce him to the family members of Nandini but Ronaq leaves, HemRaj tells Ishwar that they can talk in peace but he should first show them the house, Ishwar tries to excuse however HemRaj replies it is his right to see the house in which his niece would marry.
Manri tells Mitesh to send HetaBaa when she comes while she will take out the jewelry, Mitesh gets shocked thinking the jewelry is still not there and asks Manri which jewelry is she talking off, she replies those which their Grandmother had kept as it is time to get them turned into new.
Nandini is teaching the children when she gets a call from Mitesh who asks her to come back home as their aunt has gone to take out the jewelry, Nandini tells the children to go back when the time comes as she is going.
Chanchal enters the kitchen explaining they have come from far away but are not even allowed to have anything, Samta says that they would do the exact same thing which they do when their family members come, Chanchal agrees so they start preparing but she gets worried thinking what would Sethji do in the name of tradition.
Precap: HemRaj tells Ishwar that he can give fifty tola gold so Nandini does not feel shame in front of the other daughter in law, Mehul is shocked asking if there is any other way but he refuses. Manri vows to break the lock but Mitesh says it is very expensive however she insists on breaking it, Nandini runs to stop her.
