Ishwari brings the dish to Sonakshi, she asks if she can open it, Sonakshi is stunned to see it so asks if Ishwari made the Mediterranean dish for her, Sonakshi asks how did she got to know the recipe, Ishwari explains that Sonakshi taught her how to use the mobile so she spoke to it and the recipe came which she made, Dev asks what was the occasion for which she made it, then Ishwari replies how she desired to appreciate her so thought of this way, Sonakshi explains Ishwari made this so doesnot have to say thank you, Ishwari mentions Sonakshi has done a lot for the family but there is just the case that no one ever saw it and then explains that everything which Ranveer said about her was the truth because she could have very easily left with Dev to make her own little world but she did
Sanjana is trying to call Dev, she prays that he answer it since she has a really important thing to reveal but Dev is constantly declining her call, she in anger throws the clock in the dustbin, Rena comes with the box of sweets, she questions how come the clock got in the dustbin, she asks if Sanjana did it by herself, Sanjana is still worried why Dev sir is not answering her call, Rena replies he would not answer it anymore.
The entire family is waiting when Ishwari comes with a box, Sonakshi asks what is in the box, Neha replies that the box is really important to Ishwari and she doesnot let anyone touch it, Sonakshi asks Ishwari what is in the box, Ishwari mentions that this box has the ritual of the family and then shows the bangles mentioning they belonged to the Grandmother of Dev, she explains how Sonakshi earned them a long time ago but she got late in giving them, everyone is happy while Neha feels angry, Ishwari explains the elders give their trust to the daughters in law through these bangles and hope that they would keep the family as a whole, she knows Sonakshi had this strength in her so hugs her, Sonakshi explains she doesnot know how to thank Ishwari.
Dev is called by Mr Verma when Ishwari explains that he seems worried, Mr Verma mentions he wants to talk with Dev in private, Dev leaves with him when Radha asks Ishwari what does he want to talk in private, Mr Verma mentions that he told Dev someone had come when he called her, he explains that Sanjana came to their house, she claimed to be the sister of their daughter in law, he explains how they got tensed as they never met anyone of her family, Dev asks if she was lying but Mr Verma mentions she is telling the truth and is the aunt of Sohana. Sonakshi asks if he has any proof when Mr Verma mentions they had an album of their daughter in law from before marriage which proved the truth, he shows them both the photo, Sonakshi exclaims this means she is the aunt of Soha, Dev and Sonakshi are both really tensed but are shocked to see Neha and Ishwari standing in the corner, Ishwari asks what is she hearing, they both help her sit on the swing, Ishwari asks what happened when they told her that their was no one else other than the grandparents.
Ishwari asks Dev to fire Sanjana and send her away, she warns everyone to not even let Sanjana near their house, she asks Sonakshi to do all she can to protect Soha, Neha explains she doesnot agree with them because she is the aunt of Soha and they cannot keep the blood relations away, Sanjana doesnot have anyone else other then Soha in her life, so do they know how much she would take care of her, Sonakshi explains she is their daughter, Dev also mentions how they have always treated everyone with the same love, Neha explains she while being his sister felt left out then what about Soha who is not a part of their family, Sonakshi once again replies Soha is their daughter, Neha agrees but questions what would they do if Sanjana takes the legal route as she has the most right over Soha, Sonakshi mentions they will find a way but until then no one would reveal the truth to Soha, Dev also agrees, Soha coming from behind asks what are they not supposed to tell her. Neha leaves to go to Soha mentioning how she doesnot think they should hide anything from Soha she also wants to know the secret, Neha mentions she would tell her and are planning a surprise for her but she is so smart so caught her, Soha demands to know the secret, saying that Sonakshi said she makes really good greeting cards, she asks if Soha would teach her as she also wants to make one, they both leave.
Dev gets a text from Sanjana with the photo, she exclaims this is the proof so will Dev take her calls now, she receives a text from Dev who asks her to come to his office at five pm, Sanjana mentions the words of the heart should be expressed, she shows the text to Rena, and exclaim how can one not express the feelings of their heart.
Sanjana walks into the office with roses, a colleague compliments saying she is looking gorgeous, but Sanjana leaves without saying anything, she is walking into the office exclaims they are meeting after so many calls, he doesnot know how much she longed for this meeting, Sanjana is shocked to see when Sonakshi turns from the chair. Sanjana asks about her informing how she thought it was Dev who called her, Sonakshi replies she called her from the mobile of Dev, Sonakshi questions if she thought that the bond between a husband and wife is not strong enough that they keep secrets, she informs they do not hide anything, Sanjana mentions that she feels that Dev is thinking wrong of her but she is saying the truth, Sonakshi questions if she was the one who won the competition saying it would have taken a lot of time to know of his likes and dislikes, Sanjana mentions she feels Sonakshi would also not believe her when Dev did not thought she was telling the truth when she revealed her feelings, Sonakshi looks at her with immense frustration.
Precap: Sonakshi in anger warns Sanjana to take back all those steps which she took towards Dev, she throwing the flowers in the bin exclaims she would never let Sanjana come near her daughter.
