Sona serves food to Dev’s family. Nikki says food is very tasty. Mamaji says it is really and gives her 1000 rs shagun. Radha coughs. Mamaji asks if he should give more.. Radha with weird face says no.. Daadi bua says bahu is well versed in preparing veg food like nonveg and asks Sona if she added choka in kadi before adding dahi or after. She nervously says before. Radha smirks. Daadi bua asks if she added choka in dal before or after. Sona says after. Ishwari says Sona prepared even kheer. Sona goes to her room and cries.

Sourav calls his business partner and scolds why did he withraw money without informing him, his cheques are bouncing, how will he repay cheques she paid during Sona’s marriage.

Sona goes to daadi bua’s room and sees Ishwari pressing her legs. She says she will press it. Ishwari says let her serve dadi bua for sometime. Daadi bua says yes and praises Sona’s culinary skills at first and says she knows Ishwari prepared food as she knows her taste. Ishwari sits afraid. Sona gets sad. Daadi bua scolds Ishwari that she should keep her bahu under her control and asks Sona to get up at 5 a.m. tomorrow morning for tulsi pooja. Daadi bua’s bahu asks even if she should get up at 5 a.m. here. Daadi bua angrily says yes. Ishwari says Sona works and she may not do pooja daily. Daadi bua says to earn some money, she cannot forget family values.

Sona goes to her room. Dev comes. Sona and Dev’s romantic chat starts. They joke about Daadi bua and her style, etc. Dev lifts her. Kuch rang pyarke…..plays in the background. Their romance continues. Nikki gets Devs courier. She knocks door. Sona opens door. Nikki gives Dev’s courier and tells Sona that Ishwari told her to sleep with hher and Nikki if she has to get up at 4:30 a.m. for tulsi and not distrub Dev’s sleep. Sona says she will come in 5 min. Nikki leaves. Dev asks why she has to do tulsi pooja, he will ask mom not to. Sona says sh ehas to learn rules of this house, so she will learn pooja. She walks out leaving Dev disappointed.

In the morning, Sona gets ready at 4:30 and meets Ishwari and asks if she is looking fine for pooja. Ishwari says yes and asks her to bring gangajal. Daadi bua comes and asks Ishwari if arrangements are made. Ishwari says yes, Sona has gone to bring ganga jal. Sona comes holding gangajal, wearing slippers. Daadi bua fumes seeing this and scolds her for wearing slippers while holding gangajal. Ishwari asks Sona to go to her room now. Daadi bua asks Ishwaari to get new gangajal. Sona sadly leaves.
