Ishwari wonders how did she sleep as if she had stayed awake nothing would have happened, Radha exclaims it was all her fault when Baldev instructs them to stop thinking of what Sonakshi would be going through, she walks downstairs exclaiming it has been six hours, she calls Dev asking if he knows anything about Aayush, dev replies he at his Grandparents house where the police brought him, he is also at their house, Sonakshi reveals that Aayush has been found, she asks him to bring Aayush back to the house as Maa is also very worried Ishwari hugs Sonakshi then goes to pray in the Mandir, Sonakshi also hugs Radha.
Aayush is sitting when his Grandmother makes the chicken which he likes, she feeds him asking what did he eat the last time, Aayush replies he had a soup and something
Ishwari is preparing a lot of food, she serves it on the table when Baldev asks why did she make so much, Ishwari replies she would not force him anymore but has prepared it so that he picks at least what he likes from the table, Baldev mentions he felt really nice after seeing her hugging Sonakshi, Ishwari replies that she is herself a mother so felt the pain that Sonakshi was going through but she cannot forgive her for the words which she said to her, she can still feel them in her heart so would never be able to forgive her for them, he must not make her remember them.
Sonakshi assures Soha Aayush would come back as he has been found, Soha asks if they have desired to know even if Aayush wants to come back, Radha stepping down the stairs questions why he would not want to come back as this house belongs to him.
Mr Verma exclaims they sent Aayush with Dev with a lot of trust in his capability to take care of Aayush, he is not like that and a really responsible child which means there was no one in his house to whom he can talk which is why he ran, Mr Verma exclaims he will never send Aayush with him, he can forget about the custody, Dev assures they are not bad people and even he knows Aayush was not happy in their house but there would be some sort of problem because of which he was forced to take such a step, Mr Verma starts shouting at Dev ordering him to leave, when Dev refuses to leave he brings a wooden stick threatening to hit him but he starts shivering and sits in a mode of panic, Misses Verm asks what happened asking Dev to call the ambulance, he leaves to bring his car.
Sonakshi is trying to call Dev, Ishwari is also worried asking if she knows when he would come back, Sonakshi replies he is not even answering her call, Radha assures they would be safe as he is at the Grandparents house, they must all have something to eat, she serves Baldev and Soha, but Sonakshi and Ishwari refuse to eat.
Bijoy walks through the front door cleaning himself, Soha sees him so asks Sonakshi to see, she rushes to her father along with Baldev asking what happened to him, he replies he was searching for Aayush so did not see the hole and fell, he decided to change his clothes and leave once again to search for Aayush, Sonakshi exclaims she forgot to tell him that Dev found Aayush and he is at his Grandparents house.
Dev is with Misses Verma while they bring Mr Verma to the hospital, the ward boy requests them to wait, Dev assures Misses Verma that they are the best doctors available so she must not be worried and sit down, Aayush asks if Bhagwan is angry with him as he first called back his mother then his father and now even his Grandfather is ill so would he be called back too, Dev comes assuring Aayush that nothing would happen to his Grandfather and he would be healthy really soon.
Baldev exclaims they do not understand how did they forget to tell him, Sonakshi mentions Dev is also at the house of the Grandparents and she doesnot know how she forgot, Bijoy says that he is not worried but the entire problems related to the persons associated with him are facing tension because of Dev, Ishwari is not able to bear it so stands exclaiming Dev really cares for them all when Bijoy replies that they do not call their children for the problems. Baldev exclaims Bijoy must not be worried and come as he can wear his clothes, he realizes his clothes would be loose but then assures he can wear the clothes of Dev.
The doctor explains there is nothing to worry about since Mr Verma did not have the heart attack and Mr Verma just has blockage in his artery, they can take him home tomorrow, Dev assures he would take care of every financial issue, Dev calls Aayush to him asking what problems he had in his house, that he was forced to leave, Aayush replies he doesnot want to change his name, Dev assures he would always remain Aayushman Rohit Verma, they only have to change the name because of the school formalities, would he come back to his own house, Aayush leaves saying it is not his house, Dev gets a call from Sonakshi so is tensed seeing the eight missed calls, he explains there was a medical emergency and Mr Verma got ill so they had to bring him to the hospital, Sonakshi asks if she can come to bring Aayush, Dev explains he would have to stay with his Grandparents.
Baldev is with Bojay exclaiming he is looking handsome in the clothes, Sonakshi comes saying she has talked with Dev and Aayush is with him, they will get a little late, Ishwari is relieved exclaiming she knew he would be stuck in some work, Bijoy questions why did Dev not call her fist, Sonakshi asks him to stop, Bijoy exclaims he will leave, he accompanies Soha hen Ishwari asks him to be careful as there are holes on the road, Baldev asks her to stop.
Misses Verma is sleeping when Dev comes requesting her to go back to her home, she however says she would not leave but then Dev requests her to allow Aayush to leave with him as he is really tired, she agrees when the doctor comes saying there has been a progress in the condition of Mr Verma and they have removed the equipment’s off him, she asks if they can take him home but the doctor says that they still have to keep him in observation for one night. Misses Verma goes to meet him, he assures Aayush he would come walking, Mr Verma after seeing Dev starts panicking asking his wife to not believe Dev saying they would not let Aayush leave with him, he kisses Aayush saying that they would not let him go back into this house.
Dev calls Sonakshi, she signals him to be quiet because maa is sleeping, she asks where Aayush is, he replies that he did not come as his grandfather doesnot want to give them the custodial right, Dev and Sonakshi both make her comfortable, he leaves.
Sonakshi asks Dev if it is just temporary but Dev replies that they are not ready to give them the custodial right, she asks why did he not call her as she would have talked like a mother, Dev replies he also talked like a father but is sorry as he really tried, Dev standing exclaims he feels he knows Aayush the best but is not able to connect with him, Sonakshi mentions they have waited far too long and so might loose their child, dev exclaims they made him feel scared in the house let alone be the parents, they both hug each other.
Precap: Mr Verma ask why she came, Sonakshi says she is the lead dietician of the hospital, she leaves informing Aayush that they would be waiting for him in the house, Aayush is standing when Mr Verma drops the glass of water, he asks his grandmother if she has eaten anything, she replies she would eat after a while, he exclaims he needs to tell her something.
