Mamaji tells Sonakshi that he can understand her, but for how long kids will stay away from their father? What about her and Dev’s relationship? If she leaves, then their relationship won’t be able to survive? Sonakshi says it’s not like that she doesn’t love Dev. She still loves him a lot. They got together after so many years. She never wants to separate Dev from her and kids, but she forcefully has to take this decision. She’s doing all this because Dev needs to understand that he cannot hurt kids like this. Mamaji says they have already understood this to an extent by her saying that she’s leaving. He tells her to stay there only and make them understand. Right or wrong, kids get punished in family fights. She says that she doesn’t want her kids to suffer.
Sonakshi
Later, Shubh is playing. He tells Sonakshi that he doesn’t want to sleep. Dev comes there. Shubh starts playing with him. Sonakshi also joins. Dev and she look at each other. Dev and Shubh continue playing. Ayush comes and says to Sonakshi that he needs a toothbrush. Sonakshi shows his backpack to him and says his school is starting from tomorrow. Ayush sees books and says they are so different. Sonakshi says that she knows he has studied in Hindi medium and now he will go to English medium. She says new things always look difficult in beginning, but you eventually learn it. She knows he is smart and he will learn it. Dev offers help. Sonakshi says that she will manage. Dev gifts an iPad to Ayush saying it will help him in studies. Ayush and Shubh check the iPad. Soha comes there. Sonakshi tells her that Ayush will go to school with her and study. If he needs any help, then help him. Soha nods.
Sonakshi comes to her room. Dev asks her, so she doesn’t have problem with Ayush’s name. She says that she did all that for Ayush’s happiness. She is against his name change. Dev says at least he tried. She went to her father’s home. She says that she went so he realizes his mistake. He always neglects everyone because of Ishwari. He takes mattress, pillow and goes to lawn. He sleeps there. While turning off lights, Sonakshi almost drops her and Dev’s photo. Ishwari sees Dev sleeping in the lawn and says they have had fights, but he never slept outside. This fight is having a bad impact on him.
Both Dev and Sonakshi are not able to sleep. They do time pass. After a while, Dev comes back to his room. He says that he doesn’t want Ishwari and kids to find out that they are sleeping separately. She says they could have slept separately in the room as well. He says that he wanted to sleep peacefully which he did. She says she also had a good sleep.
In morning, Sonakshi is in kitchen. Ishwari comes there. She tells Sonakshi that fights between couple is normal, but fights should stay till their room. She asks what happened that she kicked him out of the room. Sonakshi says that she didn’t tell him to go out. He went by himself. She says that she must have done or said something. Ayush comes there. Sonakshi says he’s very punctual and asks what he wants for lunch. He says anything is fine with him and leaves. Ishwari says that kids without mother handle themselves so well. Sonakshi says he has a mother who will raise him with lots of love.
Ayush sees Dev and goes to him. Dev says he woke up so early. He will get him ready. Ayush says he will walk first. It refreshes your mind. His father used to say. Dev tells him that today it’s his first day in school. This will be new phase in his life which he will always remember, so cherish it. Dev asks what he wants to become once he grows up? Ayush says either mechanic or sports teacher. Otherwise, engineer like his dad. Dev asks no businessman? Ayush says being businessman is very boring. Dev says he knows whatever he becomes, he will be the best.
Soha and Ayush get ready for school. Soha can’t find her work book. She tells Sonakshi to find. Ayush doesn’t know how to wear a tie. Dev helps him. Ishwari feeds yogurt to Ayush and tells him to do well and come first. Soha feels bad and tells Ishwari that she used to tell her this. If he comes first, then what about her? Ishwari says, sometimes he can come first, sometimes her. They leave for the school with Dev and Sonakshi.
At school, Soha meets Golu and they go in. Sonakshi asks them to wait for Ayush. Golu asks Soha why she brought that weirdo with her to their school. Soha says her parents adopted him and he’s her brother now. Sonakshi tells Ayush not to be nervous. She and Dev leave. Ayush greets Golu, but he runs inside with Soha. Ayush gets lonely. He doesn’t know what to do. He asks some students for his class location in Hindi. They laugh at him.
