Hi all. I am back with Episode 10 of Kuch Rang Pyaar Ke Ek Duje Ke Vaaste-The different shades of love we have for each other. Yes, I am back before eid. Luckily my maths assignment was super easy, that’s why I could finish it, project process is fine now and also got free time. So I decided to use this free time to write this episode. I am seriously really very happy with the response I received in the previous episode. I got even more and better response. It’s my best now again. I hope it gets better. The episode begins with Dev smiling seeing Sonakshi standing at the window and looking at the stars. Dev comes to her.
Dev: Miss Bose, are you really fine with this alliance?
Sona: Yes, Mr.Dixit, I am ready for this alliance.
Dev becomes happy.
Sona: You know, I have never thought of getting married. I was so busy in my education and career that I have never even thought about it.
Dev: Yes, Misss Bose, I have also never thought of it. Mom always used to persuade to see girls and then get married in a nice house and all that.
Sona: Yes, mom used to do the same with me too. I also didn’t think much of it.
Sonakshi looks at Dev,
Sona: Do you know Sumo used to irritate me and she used to ask me what kind of guy I want to be my life partner be like. And now she herself got settled with a guy of her choice, I am really happy for her.

Sonakshi gets into flashback how Dev supported her when Radha Rani badmouth her. She gets out of the flashback.

Sona gets thinking and later she answers
Sona: Look Mr.Dixit, I don’t believe in perfect life partner much but I know you will be a really good son-in-law.
Sonakshi looks at the window, and Dev lovingly looks at her.
Dev: (in his mind) This is one thing I like about you Sona, you never thought about yourself. And mom likes you a lot, now I get it why, I am sure you are the one made for me.
Dev looks at Sonakshi, Kuch Rang Pyaar Ke Aise Bhi plays.
Scene 2: Malhotra Residence

(Thanks to my friend who explained me the Hindu culture, I have no much idea about the Hindu culture so do forgive me if I have done any mistake)
Here Shravan and Suman comes at Shravan’s house for Ghar Pravesh. Everyone smiles. Kamini does the aarti to Shravan and Suman.
Kamini: Suman puttar now you kick the kalash.
Suman smiles, and she kicks the kalash, and she puts her feet on the alta and Shravan and Suman walk in together.
Later, the ring finding ceremony takes place.
Kamini: Now its time for the ring finding ceremony.
Vandy: In that both Shravan Bhaia and Sumo Bhabi have to put their hands in the milk, and find the ring. Whoever gets the ring will be dominating their better half.
Shravan and Suman does so and Suman smiles while finding the ring. Kamini and Ramnath supports Suman and the others support Shravan. and later Shravan looks at Suman and is lost. Shravan gets the ring on his hand,and Suman is still finding it and later Shravan quietly passes to Suman. Suman looks at Shravan. Shravan smiles,
Sumo: Shravan why did you pass the ring to me?
Everyone looks at Shravan and Shravan is surprised.
Sumo: Areh Shravan whoever gets the ring wins why did you pass it to me, you would have won.
Vandy: Areh Sumo Bhabi you still didn’t get it?
Sumo: Meaning?
Vandy: Bhaia loves you a lot, that’s why he did like this. Aww so cute.
Suman shys and Shravan looks at Vandy and gestures her to keep quiet.
Vandy: Bhaia this is not fair, you did cheating. You passed the ring to Bhabi like that so easily.
Sumo: I didn’t tell you to pass the ring to me Shravan, not my fault.
Shravan: This is not fair.
All laughs. Suman looks at Shravan and they share an eyelock, Ek Duje Ke Vaaste plays.
Vandy: Uhum Uhum
Shravan and Suman feels embarrassed.
Kamini: What Vandy stop disturbing Shravan? Suman must be very tired after all it’s a long day. Let me take you to the room.
Suman gets up, and Shravan holds her hand, Suman gestures to leave it, Shravan nods and then Vandy sees this.
Vandy: Leave her hand, Bhaia.
Shravan leaves it and Suman feels more shy. Kamini and Vandy takes Suman to the room. Shravan looks on.
Scene 3: Bose Residence
(KRPKAB part only)
Here Ishwari and Asha speak to each other,
Ishwari: Thank you so much for letting me stay at this house for a while, I was so tired.
Asha: Not, that’s not a problem. You can take more rest if you want to.
Ishwari: No, that’s fine. I am really happy to come here, you took such great care for us.
Asha: It’s okay, after all our relations are going to change soon.
Ishwari and Asha smiles, and Elena comes,
Elena: What relation are you talking about mom?
Just then Dev and Sonakshi comes,
Elena: Oh I got it now.
Dev: Mom I need to tell you something.
Ishwari and Asha acts as if they didn’t hear anything.
Ishwari: What is it Beta?
Dev: Mom I have taken a decision.
Asha: What decision?

Elena gets excited.

Asha feeds is about to feed Ishwari rasgulla, Sonakshi stops her.

Ishwari: Please a little bit.
Sona: Okay one bite.
Ishwari smiles and have a little.
Sona: No more Aunty,
Ishwari: Beta, now call me Maa.
Sonakshi smiles. Dev also smiles. As Asha was about to feed Dev the rasgulla,
Elena: Wait maa.
Asha: Why Elena?
Elena: Only Dii will feed Dev jiju rasgulla.
Dev gets surprised and Sonakshi gestures Elena and scolds her.

Sonakshi feeds Dev the music plays. Dev haves it.
Nikki: Now Bhaia, you should feed Bhabi rasgullas now.
Dev feeds Sonakshi. Everyone claps.
Ishwari: It’s getting very late now. We should leave.

Scene 4: Shravan’s room

Suman is sitting in the room and she smiles looking around the room.
Sumo: I have never thought that I will fall in love with my best friend and marry him. The feeling is so different of getting married. Who would say this is my best friend’s room?
As Shravan was about to go in the room, Vandy stops him.
Vandy: I won’t let you go in your room so easily.
Shravan: What childishness is this?
Vandy: This much desperate to meet Bhabi. Now I will definitely won’t let you go in the room.
Shravan: What? So tell me what should I do.
Vandy: I don’t know.
Shravan: Varun, you and here?
Vandy looks there, and Shravan quickly goes in the room.
Vandy: Bhaia, this is not fair.
Shravan comes in and Suman quickly sits down.
Shravan: What this Vandy?
Sumo: What happened?
Shravan: This Vandy wasn’t letting me in the room at all. Strange.
Suman starts laughing.
Shravan: What is so funny about that?
Sumo: No no nothing.
Shravan just comes and sits down beside Suman.
Shravan: You seem to be quite shy?
Sumo: What Shravan? No.
Shravan: You and shy now? Suman Bose, correction to be done. Suman Malhotra.
Shravan and Suman look at each other and smile. Suman gets up.
Sumo: I have to open these jewelleries. I am wearing them since morning, so irritating.
Suman gets up and she sees a lizard and screams.
Sumo: Lizard!
Suman pulls Shravan towards her and they fall down together on the bed. They share an eyelock. Just then Vandy comes in the room.
Vandy: Oops wrong timing.
Suman and Shravan gets up and then Shravan scolds Vandy.
Shravan: You here and again?
Kamini: I told Vandy to come along with me Beta.
Vandy makes faces at Shravan.
Kamini: I have brought milk for both of you. Have it.
Vandy: It will help you both.
Kamini hits Vandy,
Vandy: Ouch!
Kamini: Now let’s go. Dont disturb the both of them.
Kamini and Vandy leaves.
Later, Suman opens her jewelleries. Shravan is about to drink the milk,
Shravan: Wont you drink the milk Sumo?
Sumo: No. Yuck I hate milk.
Shravan: Then what should I do?
Sumo: You drink it. I won’t have it any cost.
Shravan: What excuse will you give?
Suman smiles and she takes the glass and throws the milk into the basin. Shravan nods.
Sumo: Done.
Suman removes her makeup and all those. Shravan also changes.
Sumo: I just don’t understand why do you have to drink milk on wedding night?
Shravan: You didn’t understand.
Sumo: What?
Shravan: That what people do on first night.
Shravan comes to Suman close, and Suman feels shy,
Sumo: What Shravan?
Shravan: I was joking.
Sumo: Milk is so boring. You know I want to talk to you so much. But nothing is there.
Shravan: Who said?
Shravan takes out something from below the bed, and its pizza and drink.
Sumo: Pizza!!!
Shravan: Yes.
Suman and Shravan have pizza together, they chit chat with each other, and they play games. They have a cute fight over the consoler. They smile looking at each other. Music plays. Later, Shravan looks and smiles as Suman falls asleep. He makes her lie down, and he also feels sleepy, and he falls asleep.
Next Day Morning,
Suman and Shravan are sleeping holding each other’s hand. Later, Suman wakes up and smiles. She goes. Later, Shravan who is still sleeping wakes up as Suman sprinkles water from her wet hair on Shravan.
Shravan: What is this?
Shravan wakes up and sees Suman. Suman laughs.
Shravan: Sumo ki Bacchi.
Shravan chases Suman and then later he manages to do so and pins her to the wall. Suman gets nervous.
Sumo: Shravan what are you doing?
Shravan gestures her to keep quiet. They get close. Suman closes her eyes, as Shravan and Suman were about to kiss, Suman’s phone ring. Suman picks up.
Scene 5: Bose residence
(All)
Suman and Shravan comes to Bose residence. Sonakshi opens the door,
Sona: Sumo!!!
Suman and Sonakshi hugs each other. Later Elena and Preeti also hugs Suman, and Asha comes and she hugs her too.
Asha: I am happy that you both came.
Shravan: No problem.
Asha: By the way, Sumo did all the rituals happen properly.
Sumo: Yes Maa no need to worry but what is it Maa? Why did you call us hear?
All smiles.
Asha: That you will know very soon.
Just then Dev and his family comes,
Asha: Finally they came.
Asha opens the door, and Suman and Shravan gets surprised as they see Dev here.
Shravan: Dev, what are you doing here?
Ishwari: Shravan beta, actually Dev is getting married.
Shravan and Suman gets happy.
Shravan: Really?
Shravan comes to Dev.
Shravan: What yaar this is not fair? You didn’t tell your best friend about it.
Dev: Everything happened so fast.
Shravan: Who is the lucky girl?
Elena: Shravan Jiju, the lucky girl is none other than Sona dii.
Shravan and Suman gets happy, and Suman hugs Sonakshi.
Sumo: I am so happy for you.
Sonakshi feels shy.
Shravan: Yes Sona dii is perfect for Dev. Only she can manage Dev.
Dev: What are you trying to say?
Shravan: Nothing.
Later, Asha and Ishwari speaks about Dev and Sonakshi’s alliance.
Sonakshi is preparing snacks in the kitchen, and Suman comes to her,
Sumo: I am really happy that you accepted Dev’s alliance. He is really a nice guy.
Sona: Yes, Mr. Dixit is very nice.
Sumo: You used to hate Dev a lot, how come you started liking him?
Sona: He is a nice guy, just that he is Obhodro.
Suman starts laughing,
Sona: What is so funny about it, he is still Obhodro if not everything is fine.
Sumo: Okay, I won’t laugh. What is your opinion regarding the marriage?
Sona: You know Sumo, I have never imagined that my marriage will take place. I really enjoy it when one gets married with rituals, which is taking the seven rounds and making promises,it strengthen one’s bond, relationship and culture. I am not much interested in big fat weddings. I have never thought much, but I am really happy that I am getting married with all the rituals carried out. That’s the only thing I like in a wedding it doesn’t really matter if its simple or big fat one.
Sumo: Yes, marriage is a very special thing. And your wedding will be a big fat wedding.
Asha: Sumo!! Bring Sona here.
Suman does so. Later, Suman brings Sonakshi to the room and makes her sit beside Dev, and she stands beside Shravan.
The priest finds a date.
Priest: After two weeks is a perfect date. The next one is after a few months.
Asha: 2 weeks is too less. How will the preparations happen?
Dev: Aunty, if you don’t mind may I say something?
Asha: First of all call me Maa.
Dev smiles.
Dev: Maa, I wanted to say that if its fine that this marriage doesn’t take place.
All are shocked.
Dev: I mean that without rituals and ceremonies. I just want a simple court marriage.
Sonakshi gets a little sad.
Ishwari: But Dev beta, you are the only son in the family and also Sona is the eldest among her siblings. The marriage should take place with full of pomp.
Dev: But maa, I don’t like all this. I don’t mind but is not necessary. I am just fine with a simple court marriage,
Ishwari: Now only Sona can reply to you,
Dev looks at Sonakshi,
Dev: Sona?
Sona: I am fine with it, I don’t mind the court marriage taking place.
Asha: If that’s the case, then we are fine with this court marriage.
Suman looks at Sonakshi who is a little sad,
Sumo: Dev, I am sorry to interfere but at least the marriage can take place, at least the main ritual to take rounds should take place.
Ishwari: I agree with Sumo beta.

All agree unwillingly,

Sonakshi leaves and Suman gets thinking.
Scene 6: Malhotra Residence

Suman and Shravan come home. And Shravan sits on the couch as he is tired.
Sumo: Shravan, Dev is a really nice guy but why he did like this?
Shravan: What?
Sumo: Like what made him not carry out the rituals, like it’s so important to keep the bond of the marriage strong.
Shravan: Well, he is always like that. I don’t really believe initially in all these, but later when I saw you I started believing in all these again.
Shravan looks at Suman and Suman smiles, Suman gets a call and smiles. Later, Shravan was about to doze off, and Suman looks at Shravan and pulls him.
Shravan: What is it Sumo?
Sumo: Come with me.
Suman brings Shravan.
Sumo: Open the door.
Shravan: What Sumo?
Sumo: I said open.
Kamini, Ramnath and other Malhotra members comes there and also looks.
Shravan smiles and opens the door, and later he gets surprised and his expression changes. It’s none other than Nirmala.
Shravan:Mom?
Nirmala is teary-eyed and she hugs Shravan. Shravan is surprised. Nirmala comes to Suman.
Nirmala: I am so happy that you are my daughter-in-law and my Shravan’s wife.
Sumo: No, I am really lucky to have you as my mother-in-law.
Nishi goes and hugs Nirmala, and Nirmala hugs her too.
Nishi: Mom, you are here? I am so happy.
Nirmala was about to hug Vandy, Vandy leaves from there.
Shravan: What is this lady doing here?
Sumo: I have brought her here and she is your mom and also my mom too.
Ramnath: But Suman beta?
Nirmala: I know you all are angry with me, but please listen to me once.
Shravan: You just get lost here.
Sumo: She will stay here as per my wish.
Shravan: Okay fine. Your wish.
Shravan and others leave.
Nirmala: That’s why I didn’t want to come here.

Nirmala looks on. Nishi hugs Suman.

Scene 7: Bose Residence

After a few days,
It’s wedding day of Dev and Sonakshi. Sonakshi wears a red salwar kameez and gets ready for the court marriage. As Sonakshi was about to go, Dev comes.
Sona: Mr.Dixit?
Dev: Yes me.
Sona: What are you doing here? Today is
Dev: Our court marriage and I know that.
Sona: Okay, but what are you doing here?
Dev: Are you happy with this marriage?
Sona: Yes, I am.
Just then Asha calls them out,
Asha: Sona!!!
As Sonakshi was about to go, Dev holds her hand. Kuch Rang Pyaar Ke Aise Bhi plays. They look at each other.
Dev: Wait, Sona.
Sona: What is it?
Dev takes out a red lehenga
Sona: Lehenga?
Dev: Maa always wanted her daughter-in-law to come home wearing bridal attire. Well, our marriage may not be taking place with all the rituals, but at least you can wear this.
Sona: I will definitely wear this for Maa.
Dev smiles.
Dev: I think I should leave now.
As Dev was about to go,
Dev: If you have any problem regarding this marriage, you can still tell me.
Sona nods no, Dev leaves.
Sona: (in her mind) Mr.Dixit you are really a very nice guy, who cares about his family and loved ones a lot. I am really lucky that you are going to be life partner. But I would have been happier if my marriage took place with rituals. But if you don’t want, its okay. At least you will be my life partner and that’s a lot for me.
Asha comes.
Asha: Let’s go now.
Asha, Sonakshi and others leave.
Later, Dev and Sonakshi reach the court along with Ishwari, Neha, Nikki, Asha and Elena. They go in.
Lawyer: You may sit down.
Dev and Sonakshi sits down.
Lawyer: Now sign here.
As Dev was about to sign,
Sona: Mr.Dixit we can wait for Sumo and Shravan?
Dev: Well, Shravan just inform that he is going to be late. And the time is passing so we should sign them.
Sona: But Mr.Dixit?
Dev signs the paper.
Lawyer: Now it’s the bride’s turn.
Sonakshi signs the paper.
Lawyer: Now this marriage is completed. From today, Dev Dixit and Sonakshi Bose are husband and wife.
Everyone smiles, and Dev and Sonakshi smiles looking at each other.
As all goes out of the court.
Ishwari: Sona beta, now come with us.
As Sonakshi was about to go, Dev who is talking on the phone, later gets shocked. And he looks at Sonakshi.
Dev: Wait a minute.
Ishwari: What is it, beta?
Dev: I don’t accept my marriage with Sonakshi,.
Ishwari: What kind of joke is this? Don’t be like Shravan.
Dev: I am not Shravan, I take things seriously.
Sona: Mr.Dixit, we can speak about it. I admit you may not believe in rituals and I don’t have problems with that, but marriage is one of the most important thing, don’t take it lightly. Its about two person’s life.
Dev: I understand that. But I am sorry Miss Bose this marriage is considered incomplete according to me.
Asha: Dev babu, if any mistake is done by us, tell us.
Dev: Sona, come with me.
Dev takes Sonakshi’s hand and leaves.

Scene 7: Temple

Dev brings Sonakshi to the temple.
Sona: Why did you bring me here?
Just then Shravan and Suman comes,
Sona: Shravan? Sumo?
Dev: Miss Bose, I am sorry but I have done a mistake.
Sona: Mistake?
Dev: I am okay with our marriages taking place with rituals.
Sonakshi gets happy.
Dev: I know that you may accept this marriage with contract marriage, but not whole heartedly.
Sona: But you?
Dev: I don’t mind. I am happy that you have thought logically, and you want this marriage take place with ritual not with celebrations.
Sonakshi smiles.
Dev: I used to misunderstand that celebrations and rituals are the same thing. Like a big party is taken place, and then rituals and all those , all same in all marriages.
Sona: Thank you so much for understanding me, but how do you know I really wanted to take this marriage place with rituals only.
Dev gets into flashback, how he came to the kitchen for water and he overhears Suman and Sonakshi’s conversation halfway, like Suman teasing Sonakshi. Later, as Suman was about to go, Dev asks Suman.
Dev: Is Sona happy with this?
Sumo: What?
Dev: The marriage.
Sumo: Why not?
Suman was about to leave,
Dev: Tell me the truth Sumo.
Suman tells Dev the truth,
Sumo: Yes Sona is not happy.
Dev is surprised.
Sumo: She is happy with the marriage but not with the way its going to happen.
Dev: As in?
Sumo: Sona wants the marriage to take place with rituals?
Dev: She should have told me. I would have adjust.
Sumo: You didn’t get it?
Dev stops.
Sumo: I also didn’t get it initially. Sona is very simple and logical girl. She was never interested in celebrations and all those like you, but she loves the ritual as she strongly believes in it, unlike you that’s it.
Dev realizes this.
2-3 days later, Suman and Shravan are having a fight,
Sumo: Shravan this is too much, you shouldn’t have done so with Maa.
Shravan: She is not my Maa, Sumo.
Sumo: At least give Maa a chance, to explain.
Shravan: Look Sumo, I am getting frustrated, I may
Just then Dev knocks the door,
Shravan: Dev, you and here?
Dev: You both must have been busy. I should leave.
Shravan: Nothing like that. What is it?
Dev: Sumo, thank you so much for explaining me.
Sumo: Me and explain?
Dev: About the marriage thing. I used to think rituals and all those are useless, but later as I thought about it deeper I realized its value. Now I am ready with getting married with Sona with rituals only.
Suman smiles.
Sumo: Finally you got it. Dont worry Dev, initially I also had this misunderstanding, like I believed in rituals but always linked it with celebrations.
Shravan looks at Suman,
Dev: And also the wedding of both of you made me strongly believe in marriage. I used to think its good only in romance in all that but I was wrong. You both were best friends and now you got married happily.
Sumo: You are wrong Dev?
Shravan is still angry?
Sumo: We are still best friends. After all we are best friend first, husband-wife later.
Shravan looks at Suman surprised, Music plays.
Dev: I am happy to see the bond between both. I just need help from both of you that’s all.
Shravan: You helped us in our marriage, why not us?
Shravan and Suman helps Dev.
Current,
Sona: That means you played a prank with me also?
Dev: Its not a prank, its just a surprise. As in like I understood the value now, well I know you also dont like celebrations, so we can just get married simply taking the rituals.
Sonakshi smiles.
Dev: I am sorry Miss Bose, I should have understood your situation and also what you really want. And thank you for making me realize the true value of marriage.
Sona: It’s okay. You did all this for me and fulfilled my wish that’s enough.
Ishwari, Asha, Neha, Nikki and Elena comes
Sona: You all also knew it?
Asha: We have no idea about it.
Sumo: Mom is speaking the truth Sona.
Sonakshi smiles.
Asha: I am happy beta, at least the marriage is taking place with rituals. This satisfies my heart a lot.
Ishwari: Thank you Sona beta only you could have make it possible for Dev to agree, and thank you Sumo and Shravan.
Sumo: I think we should go now. The time is passing by.
Suman and others go to the temple, Shravan tries to speak and Suman ignores him.
Later, the marriage starts,

Dev whispers to Sona
Dev: If you wanted this why you didn’t tell me earlier?
Sona: Because you may thought it stupid?
Dev: Yes, I would but I understood once your sister made it clear to me, you could have done so also.
Sona: Okay, okay I didn’t know you will agree.
While taking rounds,
Elena: What are you both whispering?
Dev and Sonakshi keeps quiet and takes the rounds from their heart. Suman and Shravan sees this and remembers about their wedding.
They look at each other, Music plays.
Priest: Now apply mangalsutra and sindoor to the bride.
Dev does so.
Priest: The marriage is completed.
Dev and Sonakshi smiles looking at each other. Music plays.
Later, as Dev and Sonakshi takes Ishwari’s blessings outside, Suman is still in the temple.
As Suman was about to go, Shravan holds her hand.
Sumo: Shravan leave my hand.
Shravan: I am so sorry Sumo.
Suman doesn’t agree.
Shravan: Today when Dev and Sona dii were getting married I remembered about our marriage and also the rounds we took.
Suman looks on,
Shravan cups Suman’s face,
Shravan: Since you are insisting a lot, I will agree to you and give Maa a second chance.
Suman smiles. Shravan and Suman hug each other.
Sumo: Even I remembered about our marriage, while Dev and Sona were getting married. Really we should never forget about our promises we made to each other.
Shravan smiles,
Shravan: I love you.
Sumo: I love you too.

Hey all, as I said that I was supposed to end this fan fiction in 10 episodes, that’s why this 10th episode is quite big, it would have been bigger if I really ended it. But due to the lovely comments and response, I received I already mentioned I decided to extend to 15 episodes, and I may extend more but I am not sure yet, but maximum will be 20 not more than that. Well, currently assume 15 episodes.
And as I am busy this week due to Eid, and also next week I am planning to end my projects so that I can study, Believe me its going great till now, and thanks for the support and understanding I can manage my ff, studies, and projects at the same time, By then I will get more ideas after all I am extending it (i got some already) and dont worry no stupid saas bahu wala things will be there and all that, I will not be publishing the episodes of this fan fiction only for a while. Like maybe after two weeks, I will publish episode 11, but when I will publish episode 11, I will include the summary of episode 1-10 just by chance, so that you all dont forget my story. And next week, I will publish the promo which will have the detailed precap. And episode 11 will also be a Maha episode like Episode 10. And I am seriously enjoying reading your comments, please support me like this. Your comments means a lot to me. Love you all and Eid Mubarak once again.
