the episode starts with the leap of one month.

Dev and Sona finish their honeymoon and return back to Delhi from a night flight .Ishwari is waiting for them with aarti ka taal. Dev and sona take blessings and go back to their room to sleep. While sona is unpacking dev comes and hugs her from behind.

Sona : dev tumi ki korcho… I am very tired and I don’t feel like romancing now.
Dev: ok…
saying this, dev turns his side and sleeps on the bed facing the main door while sona sleeps on the bed facing the bathroom door.

the next morning..
Dev: sonakshi chai!! Sonakshi!! sona! ohho she is becoming more and more deaf lately.. I will find her downstairs..
Dev gets ready into his office clothes and goes down.
Dev: I will also say sorry for yesterday’s behaviour.
dev is walking when he sees nikki and Riya
Dev: Nikki, Riya.. have you seen sonakshi?
Riya: Sona Bhabhi? no…
Nikki: NO bhaiya..
dev goes to see in the kitchen…
Dev: so;arae she is not here also…where could she have gone…maa!!!!NRN!!!maami maama Vicky!!!
everyone comes..dev explains his tension..
maami: dekha jiji iss bagalan ke harkate….
ishwari:bhabhi aap bhi na..dev itna parshaan hai aur upar se aap…
Dev with Neha takes sona’s pic and goes around asking for her.

Neha asks a auto driver and he says that he saw that girl(sona)in a auto with hanuman’s pic at the back.
Later on, after finding, they see the same auto which has the hanuman pic and asks the afternoon shift person whether sona was travelling in this..
Auto person :arae this was the same girl who met with an accident
Dev: accident?
dev gets worried…and starts crying..
Neha:bhai shaant hoiye…bhaisab,which hospital is that madam in…
auto driver:i don’t know but I know that two old people came and admitted her in a hospital…I don’t think they were from delhi..
Dev and Neha search up all the hospitals and go one by one to search.

dev:*while crying shows sona’s pic and asks the receptionist..
the receptionist is talking to a old man about his medicines. and the receptionist tells dev to wait.
After she is done, she attends to dev where the receptionist shares there is only one accident case and that’s the old man’s daughter that I just served..

After discussing with Neha where else sona could be dev accidentally bumps into the old man and the coffee that he bought spills all over dev.
Dev: I am so sorry..
Old man: koi baath nehe bache….
When dev is wiping off the coffee off sona’s pic, the old man sees sona and
old man: yeh kaun hai?
dev:mere biwi…she met with an accident.. I don’t know where is she..
Old man:arae that’s the girl we admitted here… the accident case..
Dev without talking anymore runs to the ICU where he sees sona lie down in a critical condition. He tries to barge in but the nurse says its not allowed. dev calls everyone in the ishwari nivas to come to suvedha hospital and everyone comes with concern.even sona’s parents and elena comes. As Vicky makes a ayurvedic concoction that he learnt from his grandma to save sona and makes sona drink it out of much difficulty, dev burns his hand infront of god with fire with anger..
Dev : you snatched away my father, and now you want to snatch away my wife?my life?my world?lets see who wins, you stubbornness or my love..

after 4 hours, the doctor announces that sona is out of critical condition. everyone is relieved and dev extinguishes the fire and runs into the room where he sits next to sona.
as he is sitting down and holding sona’s hand, sona slightly opens her eyes and the vision is blur..
Sona: D..dev..*weakly*
dev hears that and :doctor did you hear that sona said my name..
doctor also observes
Sona : de..dev..
doc: congrats!! a miracle has took place!!!
the doctor goes and informs the rest of the family..
everyone is happy.. after a while sona is sitting up and eating apples from dev’s hand
sona:enough dev..
dev:what enough.. close your mouth and only open your mouth to eat…

Preacp: sona gets discharged. Ishwari’s past comes to haunt her back and sona tries to help..
