Kriyam: Kyun karte ho mujse itna pyar ( Chapter 16 )

It was 3AM in the night.. Krishna was still unconscious.. Everyone had left the room it was just saiyyam and Krishna alone.. saiyyam was pacing back and forth infront of the bed… He was in deep thought about why Krishna hadn’t eaten anything..the moment she collapsed kept replaying in his head..
Saiyyam : tum yeh sab kya kar kahi ho Krishna…apna dihaan kyun nahi rak sakti.. ghar ke baaki sab logon ki bohot sevaa karti phirti ho par khudki koi fikar nahin hai… ridiculous.. ( what are you doing Krishna.. why cant you take care of yourself.. you serve everyone else in the house but don’t care about yourself… ridiculous. )
Suddenly Krishna woke up and frantically looked at the clock and screamed…
Krishna : MERA VRAT! MUJHE VRAT RAKHNA HAI…. ( MY FAST… I HAVE TO FAST)

She hurriedly went towards the door…she was going to go have some food to prepare for her fast. She opened the door and was about to step out when saiyyam came running and closed the door.. He was now standing infront of the door.
Krishna : ( irritated ) Saiyyam.. kya kar rahe ho hato yahan se… ( saiyyam what are you doing get out of the way )
Saiyyam shook his head NO..
Krishna : Yeh kya mazaak hain saiyyam mujhe 4 bajne se pehele kuch khana hai.. mera vrat hai khal.. ek toh meri tabiyat vaise hi kharab hai aur tum… ( Stop joking around saiyyam. I have to eat something before 4am. I am fasting tommow.. im already feeling unwell and on top of that you are… )
Saiyyam clapped his hands softly..
Saiyyam : Congratulations.. kam se kam tumhe yeh toh realize hua khi tumhari tabiyat kharab hai but as usual.. ( saiyyam tapped krishna’s head with his hand ) yeh joh tumhari mit bhudi.. hai na isse yeh baat samjh nahi aa rahi ki iss halat main tum vrat nahi rak sakti…( congratulations atleast you realized that you are unwell.but as usual your thick head cannot digest the fact that you cannot fast in this condition )
Krishna : vrat main rakh rahi hoon tabiyat meri kharab hai. Manage main karoongi na.. tum kyun itni chinta kar rahe ho.. ( im the one fasting.. im the one unwell so ill be the one managing.. why are you getting so worried )
Saiyyam : Mujhe chinta nahi ho rahi hain.. main bas nahi chahta hoon ki tum mere liye koi stupid vrat rakho that’s it.. ( Im not worried. I just don’t want you to do this stupid fast for me.)

Krishna tried to speak but saiyyam cut her off..
Saiyyam : Isliye maine decide kiya hai ki tum yeh vrat nahin rakho gi…( That’s why ive decided you wont keep this fast )
Krishna : saiyyam yeh vrat main rakhoon ya na rakhoon yeh mera decision hai.. tum yeh decision nahi le sakte.. aur maine faisla kar liya hai ki main yeh vrat rakhoon gi. Ab hato yahaan se.. ( Saiyyam I’ll decide whether or not I will fast.. you cannot take this decision for me..and I have decided thati will fast..now get out of my way )
Krishna tried to push saiyyam away from the door.. saiyyam grabbed Krishna and pinned her against the door..
Saiyyam : TUMHE EK BAAR MAIN SAMAJ MEIN NAHI AATI!! TUM YEH VRAT NAHI RAKHO GE… ( CANT YOU UNDESRTAND WHEN I TELL YOU ONCE YO WONT KEE THIS FAST )
Krishna : MERA VRAT MERI MARZI… HAAT CHOLHO SAIYYAM…JAANE DO MUJHE.. ( MY FAST MY CHOICE.. LEAVE MT HAND SAIYYAM..LET ME GO.. )
Krishna kept trying to free herself.. slowly she felt dizzy again… she nearly fell down when saiyyam grabbed her..
Saiyyam : Krishna …tum teek ho? ( Krishna are you ok? )
Krishna was in a semi conscious state .. saiyyam brought her to the bed sat her down and made her drink some water.. he was genuinely concerned..he had momentarily forgotten about their fight..She was now resting on his shoulder..
Saiyyam : aur rakho vrat… kya zaroorat thi kal pura din bhooka rehene ki..aur subah..subah naashta kyun nahi kiya… ( keep more fasts…. Why didn’t you eat anything the whole day yesterday..and in the morning why didn’t you have breakfast.. )
Krishna mumbled in her semi conscious state..
Krishna : woh tumne….tumne meri wajah se naashta nahi kiya tha toh…. Mera bhi man nahi kiya.. ( um you..you didn’t have breakfast because of me..so I also didn’t feel like having it…)
Saiyyam looked over at Krishna lovingly… she had passed out on his shoulder.. jo tu mera hamdard hai.. suhana har dard hai.. played in the background..
